Fibroblasts of large animals are easy to isolate and to maintain in vitro culture. Thus, these cells are extensively applied to donor cell for somatic cell nuclear transfer, and to substrate cells to generate induced pluripotent stem cells after transfection of requited genes to be essentially required for direct reprogramming. However, limited mitotic activity of fibroblasts to differentiate along a terminal lineage becomes restrictive for their versatile application. Recently, commercial culture medium and systems developed for primary cells are provided by manufactures. In this study, we examined whether one of the systems developed for primary fibroblasts of human are effective on porcine ear skin fibroblasts. To this end, we performed proliferation assay after five days culture in vitro of porcine fibroblasts in medium DMEM, which is generally used for fibroblasts culture, and medium M106 for human dermal fibroblasts, supplemented with various concentrations of FBS and LSGS contained mainly growth factors, respectively. Consequence was that presence of 15% FBS and 0.1 ${\times}$ concentrations of LSGS in DMEM showed most active proliferation of porcine fibroblasts.

This study was carried out to select the appropriate medium (especially, carbon and nitrogen source, potassium phosphate and pH) for somatic embryogenesis in order to develop the rapid mass production system in suspension culture of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. Direct somatic embryos were obtained from root explants in the hormone free suspension culture (MS). Combination of $NH_4NO_3$ and $KNO_3$ at the ratio of 1650 (mg/${\ell}$) : 1900 (mg/${\ell}$) obtained the better result to produce somatic embryo in suspension culture. MS medium supplemented with $170mg/{\ell}$ $KH_2PO_4$. The addition of 1 and 3% sucrose was effective for formation of embryogenic callus. Therefore, this report will be helped to improve the establishment for suspension culture in Oplopanax elatus Nakai.

발효 소세지의 제조 중 staphylococcal enterotoxin A의 생성에 미치는 첨가제(Glucono delta Lactone, starter culture 및 NaCl)의 효과를 조사하기 위하여 본 실험을 실시하였다. GdL의 첨가량은 높아짐에 따라(0, 0.25, 0.50 및 0.75%) 현저히 enterotoxin 생성량은 줄어들었다(p<0.01). Starter culture(L. plantarum)는 $10^6\;cells/g$수준으로 접종되어 졌는데 0.5% GdL이 첨가되지 않았을 때 starter culture 처리구와 무처리구에서 40 ng/10g과 80 ng/10g을, 그리고 0.5% GdL 첨가되었을 때 starter culture 처리구와 무처리구에서는 최대 50 ng/10g과 30 ng/10g를 생성하여 starter culture의 enterotoxin 생성억제 효과를 보였다. 또한, NaCl은 2.7%와 1.7% 처리구에서 2.7% NaCl 처리가 오히려 더 많은 enterotoxin을 생성 하였다.

This article highlights the importance of design in the formation of worldview paradigms in global culture. The research aims to investigate the design development as a part of the culture and its significance in the social development of society and worldview standards. The article uses general scientific methods of cognition, showing the transformation of design in the social and cultural sphere based on scientific and business literature. The research results show the chronology of design development as a factor determining the development of society and its worldview. In particular, the epoch of modernism, classical functionalism, postmodernism, post-industrialism, and digital design show their own particularities of design development. Furthermore, the article reveals the peculiarities of design development and its requirements depending on the development of society, progress, and civilization in general. The question of current and future trends in the development of design as a factor of worldview paradigms in the culture is based on digitalization, globalization, and the formation of design as an independent entity that determines man's place in the world and society.

The Chosun Dynasty in the $18^{th}$ century was a period of revival for science, art, and culture, bringing about Silhak(practical science), a new trend in the history of Chosun thoughts. In the history of fine arts, realistic landscape paintings and genre paintings were popular as realism became prevalent. From the aspect of food culture, in particular, the luxurious and elegant Korean-styled food culture was completed during this period. Iwanwasuseoksihoedo was painted by Jeong Hwang (1735-1800) in 1789, depicting a banquet on an elder's $60^{th}$ birthday. It is classified as a genre painting in the late Chosun Period but it contains things that comes into our heart, which are white porcelain with blue celadon pictures, white porcelain bowls, busy atmosphere of a banqueting house where food is being carried in a hurry and elders' serene appearance. All these things show the abundance of life, the room and comfort of old ages, and the beauty and relish of life in the well-arranged living ground. Hoehonyedo was painted on an elder's $60^{th}$ marriage anniversary by an unknown artist presumably in the $18^{th}$ century is a painting as realistic as a documentary photograph. The work gives viewers pleasure and comfort because it describes not a mighty clan but the superb later years of an official who had lived right and upright life. In the aspect of food culture, it displays the food culture of the splendid sixtieth marriage anniversary of a Korean official through noble etiquette among family members, seat planning, unique table culture and high quality tableware including white porcelain with celadon pictures and pure white porcelain.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of reputation in culture oriented market on revisit intention and word of mouth(WOM) effects for Traditional Market. Research design, data, and methodology - 5 point Likert-scale has been adopted for this study designed based on previous study. Used SPSS ver.23, factor analysis & Cronbach's alpha, correlation, regression test were made. 277 samples were used for analysis. Results - Tourist satisfaction as an element that affects on revisit intention and word of mouth effects for traditional Market. Their goods images and impressions from experience of traveling and purchasing keep in mind and be another place and story to talk others. Culture is an important factor that maintains and regenerates cities and cities should be perceived as cultural places instead of simple physical places. Culture was associated with higher revisit and word of mouse intentions for traditional market. The tourists can select a new places and visit the market if it has a special culture and special food which people can like and enjoy even they do not have regional brand image. Conclusions - Tourist satisfaction of users in traditional markets and their revisit intentions and the results indicated that higher customer satisfaction was associated with higher revisit and word of mouse intentions. Culture factors will be the motive to find out peoples a hometown in heart.

The aim of this study was to establish a three dimensional (3D) culture system of endometrial cells and to examine the plasminogen activators (PAs) activity in porcine uterine. The 3D culture system in porcine endometrial cells was composed to mixture 3D gel, stromal cells and epithelial cells. The 3D culture system was used to identify normal structure search as uterine tissue and PAs expression in this study. In results, porcine endometrium epithelial cells forming a top monolayer and endometrium stromal cells developed as fibroblast-like within 3D matrix scaffold. Expression of urokinase-type PA (uPA) and tissue-type PA (tPA) were observed during the 3D culture using immunofluorescence. PA activity in 3D-cultured endometrial cells was no significant difference between the tissue type, but 2D culture system were significantly lower than in 3D-cultured endometrial cells (P<0.05). Therefore, basic system and functional aspect of 3D culture could be established with similar system of endometrium tissue. We suggest that this study was assumed applicable as baseline data to investigate mechanism between porcine uterus cells in vitro.

Aphids are one of the most destructive pests in crop production such as pepper, cucumber, and eggplants. The importance of entomopathogenic fungi as alternative pest control agents is increasing. Conidia of entomopathogenic fungi are influenced by environmental conditions, such as temperature and relative humidity, and cause slow and fluctuating mortality. These factors have prevented wider application and use of biocontrol agents. For investigation of means of mitigation of such problems, we conducted bioassays with 47 fungal culture filtrates in order to evaluate the potential of secondary metabolites produced by entomopathogenic fungi for use in aphid control. Among 47 culture filtrates cultured potato dextrose broth, filtrate of Beauveria bassiana Bb08 showed the highest mortality (78%) against green peach aphid three days after treatments. Filtrate of Bb08 cultured in Adamek's medium showed higher toxicity as 100% to third instar nymphs of the aphid compared with seven other filtrates cultured in different broths amended with colloidal chitin or oil. The culture filtrates and fungal cultures from media amended with colloidal chitin or oil had lower control efficacies than filtrates without these additives in three different media. These results indicate that the fungal culture fluid or culture filtrate of B. bassiana Bb08 cultured in Adamek's medium has potential for development as a mycopesticide for aphid control.

본 연구에서는 서울시 24개 공공도서관의 문화 프로그램과 독서 활동의 실태를 파악하고 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 선행된 연구를 통해 공공도서관의 문화 프로그램 및 독서 활동에 대한 이론적 근거를 살펴보고 본 연구의 대상이 되는 서울시 24개 공공도서관의 문화 프로그램과 독서 활동의 실태를 조사 분석한다. 또한 새로운 문화 패러다임의 모델로 노원어린이도서관 독서활동 특성화 프로젝트를 소개한다.
