  • The article analyzes and studies that pedagogical design of the educational process using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education based on the development of a model and methodology personalization of training will improve the quality of the educational process at the university and solve the identified contradiction. A qualitative analysis of foreign countries in the possibility of using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education is carried out.

A Design of Secure Communication Architecture Applying Quantum Cryptography

  • Existing network cryptography systems are threatened by recent developments in quantum computing. For example, the Shor algorithm, which can be run on a quantum computer, is capable of overriding public key-based network cryptography systems in a short time. Therefore, research on new cryptography systems is actively being conducted. The most powerful cryptography systems are quantum key distribution (QKD) and post quantum cryptograph (PQC) systems; in this study, a network based on both QKD and PQC is proposed, along with a quantum key management system (QKMS) and a Q-controller to efficiently operate the network. The proposed quantum cryptography communication network uses QKD as its backbone, and replaces QKD with PQC at the user end to overcome the shortcomings of QKD. This paper presents the functional requirements of QKMS and Q-Controller, which can be utilized to perform efficient network resource management.

A STUDY ON FUEL ESTIMATION ALGORITHMS FOR A GEOSTATIONARY COMMUNICATION & BROADCASTING SATELLITE

  • It has been developed to calculate fuel budget for a geostationary communication and broadcasting satellite. It is quite essential that the pre-launch fuel budget estimation must account for the deterministic transfer and drift orbit maneuver requirements. After on-station, the calculation of satellite lifetime should be based on the estimation of remaining fuel and assessment of actual performance. These estimations step from the proper algorithms to produce the prediction of satellite lifetime. This paper concentrates on the fuel estimation method that was studied for calculation of the propellant budget by using the given algorithms. Applications of this method are discussed for a communication and broadcasting satellite.

  • 이 논문은 우리 나라의 해상 사고가 매년 600~700건씩 발생되어 많은 인명과 재산피해가 나타나고 있다. 그러므로 해난 재해시 선박 통신의 역할은 많은 인명과 재산피해를 가져오는 원인을 제거하는 것이라 생각하고 국가적인 차원에서 연구하였다.

소집단 활동에서 과학 영재들의 집단 내 의사소통 지위와 언어네트워크 (Communication Status in Group and Semantic Network of Science Gifted Students in Small Group Activity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 과학영재들의 소집단 활동에서 집단 내 의사소통 지위와 언어네트워크와의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 과학영재들을 대상으로 5명을 한 단위로 하는 7개 소집단을 구성하고, 이들에게 지구의 밀도 구하기라는 주제로 토론활동을 하였다. KrKwic과 UCINET 6.0 for Windows를 활용하여 집단 내 의사소통 지위와 언어네트워크를 분석하였다. 그 결과 집단 내 선도자의 언어네트워크는 방관자들에 비해 높은 단어 사용 빈도, 낮은 컴포넌트 비율, 높은 밀도를 나타내었다. 이는 선도자들이 방관자들에 비해 응집된 지식을 소유하고 있으며, 문제해결을 위해 방관자들보다 많은 양의 지식을 인출하고 있음을 의미한다. 이런 결과는 과학영재들의 인지수준의 평가와 소집단 활동에서의 집단 구성에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
