Big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning are keywords that represent the Fourth industrial Revolution. In addition, as the development of science and technology, the Korean government, public institutions and industries want professionals who can collect, analyze, utilize and predict data. This means that data analysis and utilization education become more important. Education on data analysis and utilization is increasing with trends in other academy. However, it is true that not many academy run long-term and systematic education. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a data ecosystem hub and one of its performance missions has been providing data utilization and analysis education to meet the needs of industries, institutions and governments since 1966. In this study, KISTI's data education was analyzed using the number of curriculum trainees per year from 2001 to 2019. With this data, the change of interest in education in information and data field was analyzed by reflecting social and historical situations. And we identified the characteristics of KISTI and trainees. It means that the identity, characteristics, infrastructure, and resources of the institution have a greater impact on the trainees' interest of data-use education.In particular, KISTI, as a research institute, conducts research in various fields, including bio, weather, traffic, disaster and so on. And it has various research data in science and technology field. The purpose of this study can provide direction forthe establishment of new curriculum using data that can represent KISTI's strengths and identity. One of the conclusions of this paper would be KISTI's greatest advantages if it could be used in education to analyze and visualize many research data. Finally, through this study, it can expect that KISTI will be able to present a new direction for designing data curricula with quality education that can fulfill its role and responsibilities and highlight its strengths.

본 논문에서는 정형/비정형/XML 데이터의 검색 및 관리 기능을 갖춘 정보검색 관리시스템을 위한 서버와 클라이언트간의 통신 프로토콜을 설계하는 방법에 대해서 설명한다. 제시된 프로토콜은 정보검색관리시스템에 적절하게 설계되었으며, 확장성 및 호환성을 높이기 위하여 XML 메시지로 이루어져 있다. 그리고 통신 처리 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 TCP/IP 기반의 소켓 통신을 한다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로토콜을 기반으로 정보검색관리시스템에서 기본적으로 제공하여야 하는 서비스를 정의한다.

KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology) has developed ${\ulcorner}KISTI-ACOMS (KIST-Article Contribution Management System){\lrcorner}$ as a part of the national project for the informatization of academic societies, and distributed the system to academic societies for free since 2001. KISTI-ACOMS is a web-based system that automates the full process of academic paper review and journal publication and circulation for academic societies. KISTI have analyzed academic societies' demands for a paper review system for last three years and, after a thorough redesign and implementation, released KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 in september 2005. recently, there are many societies requesting the online paper review system for the informatization of their societies. korean academy of child health Nursing has decided to introduce KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 to meet current trends and KISTI customized KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 to reflect configuration and paper review process of Korean Academy of Child Health Nursing. This Paper investigates the functions of KISTI-ACOMS customized for the korea academy of child health nursing and describes necessary features for the future online paper review system.

KISTI는 학회업무 및 학술정보 관리를 학회가 어려움 없이 처리하도록 지원하고자, 학회 학술정보 유통체제 전 과정을 온라인 화하고 쉽게 관리할 수 있도록 한 ${\ulcorner}$KITTI­ACOMS (KISTI-Article COntribution Management System: KISTI-학회논문투고관리시스템)${\lrcorner}$을 개발하여 2001년부터 학회에 무상으로 보급하여 왔다. 최근 KISTI-ACOMS를 이용하고자 하는 학회의 요청이 더욱 확대되고 있어, KISTI는 많은 학회의 특성들을 의견수렴 하여, KISTI-ACOMS의 표준화를 목표로 보완해 나가고 있다. 본 연구논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 1. KISTI-ACOMS 개요 설명. 2. KISTI-ACOMS를 기반으로 구축한 한국작물학회의 학회 논문투고관리시스템의 모듈별 기능 및 사용자 접근 권한에 따른 논문투고 심사 단계별 처리 방법 기술. 3. 향후 시스템에 필요한 기능 및 명세를 기술함으로써 한국작물학회 뿐만 아니라 KISTI-ACOMS를 기반으로 한 개선 된 온라인논문투고관리시스템을 제시.

As data-based research activities and outcomes increase and ontact or non-face-to-face activities become common, the demand for easy utilization of resources, tools, functions, and easily accessible information required for research in the R&D sector has increased accordingly. With the rapid increase in the demand for collaborative research based on online platforms, research support institutions strive to provide venues for research activities that merge various information and functions. ScienceON, an integrated science & technology (S&T) knowledge infrastructure service developed and operated by the Korea Institute of S&T Information (KISTI), supports open collaboration by connecting and merging all the information, functions, and infrastructure required for research activities. This paper describes the online research activity support tool provided by ScienceON and the remarkable results achieved through this activity. Specifically, the excellent creation of the following flow of meta-material research activities in the ontact space is elucidated. First, the papers required for a meta-material analysis are retrieved, virtual simulation is conducted with the experimental data extracted from the papers, and research data are accumulated. ScienceON's tools for supporting ontact research activity will play a role as an important service in the era of digital transformation and open science.

클러스터 시스템의 노드 수가 수백에서 수천노드와 같이 대규모라면 시스템 관리에 많은 수고가 필요하다. 특히 노드 수가 많으므로 발생하는 빈번한 장애에 대하여 체계적인 장애관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대규모의 클러스터 시스템 환경에서 노드에 장애가 발생하는 시점부터 복구까지 체계적인 장애관리를 위하여 장애관리시스템(Trouble Management System, TMS)을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템으로 장애를 체계적으로 관리하여 효율적인 클러스터 시스템 관리에 도움이 될 것이다.

EDISON 웹 포털을 기준으로 경진대회 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 다양한 전문분야의 역할의 분담이 필요하다. 또한 사용자의 팀 구성, 평가 반영 결과의 가시화 등의 구체적인 서비스 분할과 사용자에게 부여된 권한에 따른 서비스 차별화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 경진대회를 진행함에 있어 다양한 사용자의 권한에 기반하여 경진대회 서비스를 구축하였다. 또한 현재 서비스를 구축하고 경진대회를 진행하였으며, 그 결과 각 사용자의 권한에 따른 서비스를 분할하여 제공하였다.

최근 지식기반 정보사회의 확산으로 정보의 창출과 활용 능력이 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 특히 학술정보의 창출과 활용능력 중에서도 과학기술 관련 정보의 폭발적 증가와 더불어 과학기술정보 이용자들의 정보요구가 세분화되고 전문화되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 또한 과학기술 관련 연구결과가 산업현장에서 바로 활용됨으로써 산업발전에 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 많은 관심과 지원을 받으면서 급격히 발전하고 있다. 이처럼 과학기술정보의 중요성 증대와 정보 이용자들의 욕구변화에 따라 콘텐트와 서비스 측면에서 이들의 요구를 적극 수용하여 신속하게 개선할 수 있는 고객지향적 시스템을 구축하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 국가 지식정보인프라의 중심기관 역할을 수행하고 있는 KISTI의 주요 이용자를 대상으로 과학기술정보에 대한 수요와 이용행태를 파악하고 분석 하고자 한다.

한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 해외 과학기술정보의 체계적 입수, 분석, 관리를 통해 학계 및 산업계의 연구활동과 기술개발을 지원하는 사업을 수행하고 있다. KISTI는 해외 핵심 과학기술정보를 선정하기 위하여 "KISTI 정보자원 개발 정책"을 수립하고 합리적인 학술지 수집을 위해 많은 연구를 수행해 왔다. 이 연구는 이러한 노력의 일환으로 국내에 유통되지 않은 과학기술분야 해외 핵심 정보자원을 발굴하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 지난 6년간 KISTI를 통해 해외에서 복사 제공된 원문서비스 실적을 분석하였다. 특히 학술지의 이용빈도, 인용빈도, 비용대 효과 분석을 실시하여 국내 수요에 입각한 해외 핵심 정보자원을 선정하고자 하였다.
