This paper identifies the development trend of aviation software certification regulation and introduces the certification regulation optimized for aviation for the application of augmented reality and virtual reality software to aviation maintenance industry. This regulation is expected to provide stability and reliability of augmented reality and virtual reality software applied to aviation maintenance industry by applying strict certification regulations to augmented reality and virtual reality software applied to aviation maintenance industry.We would like to present certification regulations that take into account problems that are difficult to define previously used DO-178B, and DO-178C.

Introducing the concept of construction safety in the design/engineering phase can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of safety management on construction sites. In this sense, further improvements for safety can be made in the design/engineering phase through the development of (1) an automated hazard identification process that is little dependent on user knowledge, (2) an automated construction schedule generation to accommodate varying hazard information over time, and (3) a visual representation of the results that is easy to understand. In this paper, we formulate an automated hazard identification framework for construction safety by extracting hazard information from related regulations to eliminate human interventions, and by utilizing a visualization technique in order to enhance users' understanding on hazard information. First, the hazard information is automatically extracted from textual safety and health regulations (i.e., Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) Standards) by using natural language processing (NLP) techniques without users' interpretations. Next, scheduling and sequencing of the construction activities are automatically generated with regard to the 3D building model. Then, the extracted hazard information is integrated into the geometry data of construction elements in the industry foundation class (IFC) building model using a conformity-checking algorithm within the open source 3D computer graphics software. Preliminary results demonstrate that this approach is advantageous in that it can be used in the design/engineering phases of construction without the manual interpretation of safety experts, facilitating the designers' and engineers' proactive consideration for improving safety management.

Korea's FTA e-commerce regulations are evolving into a standardized norm. However, "location of computing facilities", which was not covered by Korea's existing FTA, was newly established in Korea's first Mega FTA, RCEP. China, a member of RCEP, restricts data movement and requires data localization through its Cybersecurity law. These facts have led to start this study with interest in data-related regulations. It examined country-specific and regulatory characteristics in the process of forming digital trade norms, using the TAPED established by Burri et al. (2020). It also analyzed the current status of introducing norms related to 'data flow', 'data localization' and 'data protection' of the EU, USA and China, which are leading the formation of e-commerce trade norms. Finally, the legal review was conducted to compare the exact meaning of the wording expressed in each agreement for the six recently enacted Mega FTAs and Digital Economic Agreements. These findings are meaningful in that they provided implications for the effectiveness of RCEP and the direction of negotiations on Korea's digital trade norms.

Purpose - This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and aims to explore the decision-making mechanisms of consumers participating in value co-creation activities within virtual brand communities. Methodology - The research involved a comprehensive survey of 405 participants from various virtual brand communities. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, applying SPSS and AMOS to test the hypotheses. The study focused on community rules and regulations, community experience and community trust. Results - The research found that community rules and regulations significantly impact subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but not directly influence consumer attitudes. Community experience positively affected consumer attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Community trust was found to positively influence these aspects of consumer decision-making. However, a gap was identified in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior. Implications - The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of factors affecting consumer behavior in virtual brand communities. It underscores the necessity for community managers to develop strategies that consider these internal decision-making mechanisms, facilitating more effective community engagement. The study also identifies a potential area for future research in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior.

This study is the present condition of running school based enterprises and tasks in the future, based on the 'regulations for establishment and management of school based enterprises' which came into effect in March, 2004. The investigation showed that 80% of respondents knew about the KIT's school-based enterprise, the bakery. And it seems that the fact that the college is running the bakery does not inspire any special confidence in the products. The students doesn't seem to purchase the products as much as staffs and the professors do, so more active promotions are necessary for student customers. The answer we got to the question 'if you enjoy the our bread and cookies, would you recommend them to your friends or family?' shows that some limit to the 'word of mouth marketing.' And increase in sales of the school based enterprise is closely related to how many times the customers visit the bakery. The school-based enterprise is regarded as one of the most effective alternatives to practice filed based education and innovate teaching methods.

Objectives: Effective and efficient response for public health crisis necessitate planning how to respond and mobilize the resources in schools. We preformed this study to develop the strategies to improve efficiency of school health education in an outbreak of pandemic disease. Methods: We tried to review the policies, regulations and response systems of all related sectors, and advanced cases associated with pandemic disease control measures by searching databases and on-line networks connected with the Korean Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Results: It was important to implement a consistent and systematic approach for educational offices and schools to prevent confusion resulted from the inaccurate information. First, the systems and action plans for school health should be established to prepare and respond to an outbreak of pandemic disease. Secondly, the strategies to improve the efficiency of school health education in public health crisis should be in place. Finally, the personnel pool would be needed to provide the crisis management programs. Conclusion: In order for staffs and students to have abilities to respond in an outbreak of pandemic disease, comprehensive school health approaches and efficient educational efforts should be prepared in collaboration with related sectors.

Background: Under the risk of financial sustainability of National Health Insurance, Korean government attempted a series of regulations over pharmaceutical prices. The first price-cut was implemented to the hyperlipidemial treatments, and the prices of statins were reduced on 15th, April in 2009. The purposes of this study are 1) to investigate the impact of this price-cut on pharmaceutical expenditure, and 2) to identify the factors associated with drug-switch among statins. Methods: Using the national patients sample data, this study conducted time series analysis on the expenditures, prices, and volumes of statin drugs. To understand the factors associated with drug-switch, the multinomial logit model was analyzed at the patients level. Results: The results of time series analysis demonstrated that the price-cut of hyperlipidemic medicines did not lead to the reduced expenditure, suggesting the increased volume was the major cause. The multinomial logit analysis identified the switch of healthcare provider as the significant factor that was highly associated with drug-switch, implying the physicians' preference was the major motivation of drug-switch. Conclusion: Without control of utilization, price regulation itself could not reduce pharmaceutical expenditure. This suggests that the pharmaceutical regulations should be implemented on the basis of understanding of provider behaviors. The findings of this study will form the first step for further empirical studies.

In recent years, using a smart phone that can access the Internet becomes routine in society through development of information and communication technology. On land, as especially actual accidents and research results show risk that using the smart phone while driving at the same time, and there are traffic laws and regulations that restriction of using of smart phone. But the regulations on the use of smart phones at sea is incomplete state. On this paper. We invested present status of use and reality of smart phone at sea and analyzed the subjective risk for judging to apply to regulation. And we analyzed risk quantitatively by using the simulation experiment; it Suggested a direction of guideline for use of smart phone at sea.

Child labor is being recognized as the key issue of human rights, and the International Labor Organization and the Convention on the Rights of the Child emphasize that children are individuals with dignity and rights. Male and female child actors belong to a profession with wide public exposure and there is a potential danger of invading classes and roles not matching the developmental stage of the child. In this study, we would like to discuss international and domestic laws and future complementary measures surrounding legal and institutional issues that need to be considered for child actors. Although the basic rights for child workers are stated in the Constitution Article 32 Paragraph 5 and Labor Standards Act Articles 64 through 70, they are insufficient. Following the revised broadcasting deliberation regulations by the Korea Communication Commission and amendment of the Juvenile Protection Law, several changes are taking place in the working environment. In certain foreign places such as California, United States, the economic and educational rights of male and female child actors are being protected. Although legal and institutional frameworks for the male and female child actors are being reinforced, more consistent devices are needed. Consideration for working hours, regulations to keep up with learning while working, and preparation for physical and emotional influences are required to keep up with international changes.

portable white space device(WSD) obeying the Korean regulations of TV white space(TVWS) can cause harmful interference to a digital TV receiver residing at the same pixel around the edge of the digital TV service coverage for the case with a changed propagation environment. In order to solve this problem, we propose a method to allocate the resource of a hybrid WSD based on TVWS geo-location DB with spectrum sensing. Using the received power of digital TV signal through the spectrum sensing, a hybrid WSD can calculate the maximum permitted EIRP based on location probability. Based on the accurate allocation method proposed in this paper, it is possible to satisfy the Korean TVWS regulations and to eliminate the harmful interference to TV receivers nearby the hybrid WSD.
