Firefighters and police officers have the third highest prevalence of obesity among 41 male occupational groups in the United States (US). However, few studies have examined the relationship of firefighter working conditions and health behaviors with obesity. This paper presents a theoretical framework describing the relationship between working conditions, health behaviors, and obesity in firefighters. In addition, the paper describes a detailed study plan for exploring the role of occupational and behavioral risk factors in the development of obesity in firefighters enrolled in the Orange County Fire Authority Wellness Fitness Program. The study plan will be described with emphasis on its methodological merits: adopting a participatory action research approach, developing a firefighter-specific work and health questionnaire, conducting both a cross-sectional epidemiological study using the questionnaire and a sub-study to assess the validity of the questionnaire with dietary intake and physical activity measures, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the body mass index as an obesity measure in comparison to skinfold-based percent body fat. The study plan based on a theoretical framework can be an essential first step for establishing effective intervention programs for obesity among professional and voluntary firefighters.

Using small cameras such as smartphones, criminals shoot secretly in public restrooms and women's changing rooms. And Revenge porn is also increasing. As a result social damage is increasing. Tumblr is an overseas service and it is very difficult to work with Tumbler on international legal cooperation and deletions. Thus In order to block the distribution of videos, victims must find and report the video URL themselves. But it's hard for victims who lack IT expertise to proceed those procedure. In this study, we automatically collect the URL of stored information and hash values of the images from API permlink of Tumbler blog. It is then saved as a document file with and presented to the victim. Through these technical methods, we can help victims report violations easily and quickly.

This study focused on violent act, such as verbal offensive and other acts of violence such as cyber bullying, personal information infringement. Online bullying is seriously taking place online, as juvenile violence is seriously debated due to recent school violence. In particular, it is necessary to seek countermeasures by considering the nature of cyber violence in cyberspace, particularly when stalking victims in cyberspace have died from stalking. The study examines the problem of defamation and defamation of character and tries to identify problems. Measures were taken to enact cyber defamation laws. To this end, the Commission analyzed cases of defamation and defamation of character and considered legal precedents. The study intends to study cyber defamation and defamation of character. First, I want to differentiate between cyber libel and defamation of character. Second, I intend to raise the need for cyber defamation of cybercrime and consider the offence of contempt for the criminal justice system. Third, seek ways to protect against cyber defamation and defamation of character.

This study analyzes 21,686 dental clinic business names from 1946 to February 2016, where official records exist. The results of this study will be used as a historical data of Korean dental clinic and contribute to the decision of dental clinic name. According to the results of analysis, the first official dental clinic used in Korea was 'Chu' in 1946, 'Minsaeng' and 'Chusaeng' in 1958, and "Won" in 1959. In the 1960s, dentists' family names were often used as dental clinics. In the 1970s, dental clinic names were often used as dentists' family name, 'Jung-ang' and 'Seongsin'. In the 1980s, dental clinic name was used more than other names such as 'Seoul', 'Yonsei', 'Hyundai' and 'Sang-a' along with the dentist's family name. In the 1990s, a dental clinic name was used to refer to the words 'Yeonsei', 'Seoul', 'Hyundai', 'Sang-a', 'Isalang', 'Uli', 'Jeil', 'Bubu' used a lot. In the 2000s, Dental Clinic's name began to use english words such as $^{\circ}{\AE}Good$ Morning','White','Prime 'and adjectives such as 'Haengboghan', 'Ipyeonhan'. The characteristic of the dental clinic name in 2010 is the increase of the business name 'UD'. From 1946 to February 2016, the most commonly used dental clinic name was 'Seoul', 'Uri', 'Isarang', 'Yonsei', 'Hyundai', 'Good Morning' 'Jung-ang', 'UD', 'I', 'Miso'.

This study explored the change in keywords and topics in newspaper articles related to schizophrenia after the Gangnam murder case. The study examined newspaper articles related to schizophrenia for five years before and after the Gangnam murder case. A semantic network analysis was conducted using the NetMiner 4.4.1 program. 610 articles between 2013 and 2018 were retrieved from 8 national newsletters. The most frequent core keyword was 'treatment' before the murder case, but 'incidents' after the case. Four topics were identified: 'becoming chronic if missing the time of treatment due to prejudice', 'being curable with early treatment', 'living an ordinary life with medication', 'being indicted as a murderer while impaired by a mental disorder' before the murder case. After the case, four topics were identified: 'committing murder for delusions, not misogyny', 'medication non-adherence leads to more impulsive behavior', 'claiming leniency for criminals due to the mental impairment', 'killing the police who were mobilized to stop stabbing rampage'. These findings suggest that newspaper articles should provide accurate information about schizophrenia to reduce prejudice and stigma toward patients with schizophrenia and other forms of mental illness.

The final goal of this study is to develop a system that can analyze whether a wanted vehicle is a criminal vehicle from images collected from black boxes, smartphones, CCTVs, and so on. Data collection was collected using a self-developed black box. The used data in this study has used a total of 83,753 cases such as the eight vehicle types(truck, RV, passenger car, van, SUV, bus, sports car, electric vehicle) and 434 vehicle models. As a result of vehicle recognition using YOLO v5, mAP was found to be 80%. As a result of identifying the vehicle model with ReXNet using the self-developed black box, the accuracy was found to be 99%. The result was verified by surveying field police officers. These results suggest that improving the accuracy of data labeling helps to improve vehicle recognition performance.

In September and October 2020, combined acoustic and trawl surveys were conducted in the northwestern sea of Jeju Island. In the survey area, a region, so called Jeju region, was designated to esimate the biomass of chub mackerel and jack mackerel using a trawl survey method and frequency difference method. In the September survey, the weight ratios of jack mackerel and chub mackerel to the total catch were 24.6% and 2.8%, respectively, and in the October survey, those ratios were 24.9% and 20.7%, which were used to calculate their biomass (trawl survey). Using the frequency difference range (-8 to -3dB) corresponding to two species in 120 and 200 kHz, their biomass was estimated (frequency difference method). As a result, the biomass of two species from the trawl method was 3252.3 tons in September and 5777.0 tons in October. The estimated biomass by the frequency difference method was 4926.6 tons in September and 7521.5 tons in October. It was the first trial to estimate the biomass of two species using the trawl and frequency differencing methods in South Korea although there were some differences between two methods. In addition, horizontal distributions of acoustic backscattering strength over the entire survey area were mapped.

In modern times, damage caused by the spread of the Internet has become very diverse. In particular, due to the craze of K-pop since 2008, the damage caused by copyright infringement in the domestic and international music markets has become the biggest problem in the Internet market. However, the manpower of the police and copyright protection agencies to solve these increasingly intelligent crimes is insufficient. Therefore, we are trying to find out the role of the public interest detective as a supplementary force for the public authority and as a substitute for the copyright protection agency that can provide legitimate help for victims in the prevention of music copyright infringement and disputes. For this study, first, the concept and types of music copyright, the concept of public interest detectives, the current status and system of music copyright were identified, and the role of detectives for music copyright protection was explored through system operation and status analysis of protection agencies and literature review. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that the role of a professional detective in the public interest dimension of music copyright protection can be a good soil for the development of the detective industry in the future.

The purpose of this study is to identify the major peacekeeping activities that the Korean armed forces has performed from the past to the present. To do this, we collected 692 press releases from the National Defense Daily over the past 20 years and performed topic modeling and social network analysis. As a result of topic modeling analysis, 112 major keywords and 8 topics were derived, and as a result of examining the Korean armed forces's peacekeeping activities based on the topics, 6 major activities and 2 related matters were identified. The six major activities were 'Northeast Asian defense cooperation', 'multinational force activities', 'civil operations', 'defense diplomacy', 'ceasefire monitoring group', and 'pro-Korean activities', and 'general troop deployment' related to troop deployment in general. Next, social network analysis was performed to examine the relationship between keywords and major keywords related to topic decision, and the keywords 'overseas', 'dispatch', and 'high level' were derived as key words in the network. This study is meaningful in that it first examined the topic of the Korean armed forces's peacekeeping activities over the past 20 years by applying big data techniques based on the National Defense Daily, an unstructured document. In addition, it is expected that the derived topics can be used as a basis for exploring the direction of development of Korea's peacekeeping activities in the future.

Modern society is operated based on the internet, wireless networks, and digital devices to the extent that it is called a digital society. In particular, as most of financial transactions, information movement, and commercial activities are based online, various social problems and side effects related to this are increasing rapidly. Representative examples include industrial espionage activities and leakage of industrial technology, and social problems such as illegal goods trade such as drugs using online and online gambling are increasing to a serious level. These digital-based social problems cannot be solved only by the activities and capabilities of judicial institutions such as police and prosecutors. Now that the private investigation market is open, active intervention using them is necessary. To this end, it is necessary to actively cultivate private investigator's ability to investigate and collect evidence in relation to digital social and criminal problems. In addition, each private investigation education institution or association should actively invest and research this.
