Development of Anti-Spoofing Equipment Architecture and Performance Evaluation Test System

  • Spoofing attacks including meaconing can provide a bogus position to a victim GPS receiver, and those attacks are notably difficult to detect at the point of view on the receiver. Several countermeasure techniques have been studied to detect, classify, and cancel the spoofing signals. Based on the countermeasure techniques, we have developed an anti-spoofing equipment that detects and mitigates or eliminates the spoofing signal based on raw measurements. Although many anti-spoofing techniques have been studied in the literatures, the evaluation test system is not deeply studied to evaluate the anti-spoofing equipment, which includes detection, mitigation, and elimination of spoofing signals. Each study only has a specific test method to verify its anti-spoofing technique. In this paper, we propose the performance evaluation test system that includes both spoofing signal injection system and its injection scenario with the constraints of stand-alone anti-spoofing techniques. The spoofing signal injection scenario is designed to drive a victim GPS receiver that moves to a designed position, where the mitigation and elimination based anti-spoofing algorithms can be successively evaluated. We evaluate the developed anti-spoofing equipment and a commercial GPS receiver using our proposed performance evaluation test system. Although the commercial one is affected by the test system and moves to the designed position, the anti-spoofing equipment mitigates and eliminates the injected spoofing signals as planned. We evaluate the performance of anti-spoofing equipment on the position error of the circular error probability, while injecting spoofing signals.

A Study on the Evaluation Method of ACC Test Using Monocular Camera (단안카메라를 활용한 ACC 시험평가 방법에 관한 연구)

  • Currently, the second level of the six stages of self-driving technology, as defined by SAE, is commercialized, and the third level is preparing for commercialization. The purpose of ACC is to be evaluated as a system useful for preventing and preventing accidents by minimizing driver fatigue through longitudinal speed control and relative distance control of the vehicle. In this regard, for the study of safety assessment methods in the practical environment of ACC. Distance measurement method using monocular camera and data acquisition equipment such as DGPS are utilized. Based on the evaluation scenario considering the domestic road environment proposed by the preceding study, the relative distance obtained from equipment such as DPGS and the relative distance using a monocular camera in the actual test is verified by comparing and analyzing the safety assessment. The comparison by scenario results showed a minimum error rate of 3.83% in Scenario 1 and a maximum of 14.61% in Scenario 6. The cause of the maximum error is that the lane recognition is not accurate in the camera image and irregular operation conditions such as rushing in or exiting the surrounding area from the walkway. It is expected that safety evaluation using a monocular camera will be possible for other ADAS systems in the future.

Test Cases Generation Method for GUI Testing with Automatic Scenario Generation (시나리오의 자동 생성을 통한 GUI 테스트 케이스 생성 방법)

  • In these days GUI components are recognized as the important driving elements to the successful software development. Thus they must be verified. In practice, however, GUI testing for verifying the GUI components needs lots of time and high costs. Test automation for GUI testing is a promising solution to save those expenses. In this paper, we discuss some issues considered to perform GUI testing and suggest a new method that improve the GUI test case generation method based on our previous 'record & playback' approach. For this, we suggest the event generation method using the 'spy' technique and the scenario generation method that generates effectively a lot of scenarios with the generated events. In turn we describe how to create GUI test cases from the generated scenarios.

  • Face recognition out of biometrics is considerable interesting due to high performance and accessibility in applications to security such as access control and banking service. Therefore, a study on the protocol of the performance test is an important issue to understand the art-of state and to show a direction in future works, in addtion to developing algorithms.   • Currently, sharp increase of car is on the rise as a serious social problem due to loss of lives from car accident and environmental pollution. There is a study on ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) to seek coping measures. As for the commercialization of ITS, we aim for occupancy of world market through ASV (Advanced Safety Vehicle) related system development and international standardization. However, the domestic environment is very insufficient. Core factor technologies of ITS are Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist System, Forward Collision Warning System, AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking) system etc. These technologies are applied to cars to support driving of a driver. AEB system is stop the car automatically based on the result decided by the relative speed and distance with obstacle detected through sensor attached on car rather than depending on the driver. The purpose of AEB system is to measure the distance and speed of car and to prevent accident. Thus, AEB will be a system useful for prevention of accident by decreasing car accident along with the development of automobile technology. This study suggests a scenario to suggest a test evaluation method that accords with domestic environment and active response of international standard regarding the test evaluation method of AEB. Also, by setting the goal with function for distance, it suggests theoretic model according to the result. And the study aims to verify the theoretic evaluation standard per proposed scenario using car which is installed with AEB device through field car driving test on test road. It will be useful to utilize the suggested scenario and theoretical model when conducting AEB test evaluation.

  • Efficiency and limitations of HAZUS-MH, a GIS based systematic and informative system developed by FEMA and NIBS for natural hazard loss estimations, are discussed by means of a pilot study in the Korean Peninsular. Gyeongsang-do has been selected for the test after careful reviews of previous studies including historical and modern seismicity in the peninsular. A ShakeMap for the selected scenario earthquake with magnitude 6.7 in Gyeongju area is prepared. Then, any losses due to the scenario event have been estimated using HAZUS. Results of the pilot test show that the study area may experience significant physical, economic and social damages. Detailed study in the future will provide efficient and crucial information to the decision makers and emergency agents to mitigate any disaster posed by natural hazards.

  • Currently, software testing is becoming increasingly important in the industrial field and a large body of research supports the improvement of efficient software testing. Model-based testing is generally used to formalize user requirement data for test design. Complex system that includes loop and concurrency has a high probability of path explosion problem. Specially, as threads are added to concurrency, test scenarios have also increased exponentially. However, it is difficult to solve this problem using existing techniques. In this paper, we propose novel path-search technique that focuses on behavioral features of concurrency path in order to avoid path explosion problem. A system that contains concurrent paths is represented by activity diagram in case study section. Efficiency of our study is shown through comparison with several generated test scenarios of other studies. The result indicate that our approach is efficient for finding faults in loop and concurrency with fewer test scenario.

  • LBS is service technique to provide several service which are required to user by user's location information for mobile. This paper presents Auto_Test system of testing the mobility performance of mobile clients in wireless mobile networks. In spite of importance of mobility management, currently the study of mobility management is not enough, therefore we have developed modulated Auto_Test management system for resolve the mobility management. The proposed system is composed of distance-based monitoring, location-based monitoring, scenario management, mobility management and statistic management, it makes the control by individual module. Simulation results show that the proposed system outperforms the existing systems.

  • The radar flight test has many restrictions on simulating various targets, clutter and jamming signal. Therefore, in this study, a radar HILS system that performs a radar operation simulation function according to an operation scenario was developed. Radar HILS simulates the radar mission environment through radar beam operation simulation, radar operation control, simulated signal generation, and flight attitude simulation.. HILS generates and modulates simulated target signals(single, multiple targets) containing radar mission environments(clutter, jamming etc.) based on flight scenarios, and transmits them to AESA radar over RF. And Scenario-based radar performance was verified by detecting simulated targets and confirming detection results.

  • In this paper, analyze the technical elements of the CTI system to design the proposed system, understand the requirements of CTI IP based system. in the Hearing-Impaired designed a CTI system of mobile phone-based services available to the CTI call center system based on this. Furthermore, we implemented voiceXML scenario data analysis modules using the JAVA language to implement the system was designed, the server provides. And an implementation of the CTI system of mobile phone base for the Hearing-Impaired by integrating the modules that have been implemented. Finally, create a scenario that uses the CTI system for mobile base to test and evaluation, based on the test scenario each functional, we conducted repeated tests. It was possible to confirm the results of time for the acquisition of the test result information has been reduced about 20 seconds on average than the audio system based on conventional.
