링레이저 자이로의 환산계수 비선형성과 공진기 각진동 잡음 형태의 관련성 연구 (A Study on the Relation Between the Scale Factor Non-linearity and Dither Noise form of Ring Laser Gyroscope)

  • In this paper we confirm the disappearance of dynamic lock-in simply by increasing the dither noise magnitude of the ring laser gyroscope by numerical and experimental method. After that, we numerically study the relation between the dither noise forms and scale factor non-linearities by comparing those of the two case outputs which are individually generated by operating with the two types of dither noise forms. The first one is the simple form composed of consecutive alternations of the random increasing and decreasing parts but maximum and minimum dither envelopes are scarcely changeable. And the second one is similar to the first one but maximum and minimum dither envelopes are randomly changable. As a result, we find that the scale factor non-linearity could be improved by the second one. And we confirm those results by experimental measurements.

진동형 MEMS 자이로스코프 G-민감도 오차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the G-Sensitivity Error of MEMS Vibratory Gyroscopes)

  • In this paper, we describe the analysis and the compensation method of the g-sensitivity error for MEMS vibratory gyroscopes. Usually, the g-sensitivity error has been ignored in the commercial MEMS gyroscope, but it deserves our attention to apply for the missile application as a tactical grade performance. Thus, it is necessary to compensate for the g-sensitivity error to reach a tactical grade performance. Generally, the g-sensitivity error seems intuitively to be a gyroscope bias error proportional to the linear acceleration. However, we assert that the g-sensitivity error mainly causes not a bias error but a scale-factor error. And we verify that the g-sensitivity scale-factor error occurs due to the non-linearity of parallel plate electrodes. Therefore, we propose the compensation method to remove the g-sensitivity scale-factor error. The experimental result showed that a proposed compensation method improved successfully the performance of the MEMS vibratory gyroscope.

A Digitized Decoupled Dual-axis Micro Dynamically Tuned Gyroscope with Three Equilibrium Rings

  • A new digitized decoupled dual-axis micro dynamically tuned gyroscope with three equilibrium rings (TMDTG) is proposed which can eliminate the constant torque disturbance (CTD) caused by the double rotation frequency of a driving shaft with a micro dynamically tuned gyroscope with one equilibrium ring (MDTG). A mechanical and kinematic model of the TMDTG is theoretically analyzed and the structure parameters are optimized in ANSYS to demonstrate reliability. By adjusting the thickness of each equilibrium ring, the CTD can be eliminated. The digitized model of the TMDTG system is then simulated and examined using MATLAB. Finally, a digitized prototype based on FPGA is created. The gyroscope can be dynamically tuned by adjusting feedback voltage. Experimental results show the TMDTG has good performance with a scale factor of $283LSB/^{\circ}/s$ in X-axis and $220LSB/^{\circ}/s$ in Y-axis, respectively. The scale factor non-linearity is 0.09% in X-axis and 0.13% in Y-axis. Results from analytical models, simulations, and experiments demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed TMDTG.

Hub-and-spoke 운송전략을 고려한 철도화물서비스 네트워크디자인모형의 개발 (A Service Network Design Model for Rail Freight Transportation with Hub-and-spoke Strategy)

  • Hub-and-spoke운송은 교통분야에서 널리 이용되고 있는 운송전략의 대표적 개념이다. 화물의 컨테이너화와 환적기술의 발달로 최근 유럽을 중심으로 철도화물운송부문에서도 이 운송전략의 적용사례가 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 Hub-and-spoke운송전략을 구현하는 철도화물서비스네트워크 디자인모형을 제시하고, 대규모 운송망에도 적용이 가능한 효율적 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 개발되는 모형이 전략적 수준의 계획모형임에도 불구하고 모형에서는 일반화된 운영비용 외에 열차속도, 서비스빈도, 터미널에서의 화물처리속도 등에 따른 시간지체비용도 고려되었다. 시간지체비용의 고려에 따라 야기되는 목적함수의 비선형성은 빈도별 서비스결정변수의 설정을 통해 선형최적화문제로 표현되었다. 규모가 큰 네트워크의 경우 해도출의 어려움 때문에 본 논문은 전체문제의 분할(decomposition)에 기초한 휴리스틱방법((heuristic method)으로 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 해도출의 효율성을 높이기 위해 서비스빈도개선과 관련하여 3개의 알고리즘이 개발되었고, 개발된 알고리즘은 유럽의 실제네트워크를 기초로 도출한 4개의 테스트문제를 대상으로 해의 정확도와 해 도출의 효율성이 비교 평가되었다.

  • 물-글리세롤, 물-에틸렌 글리콜, 물-이소프로필 알코올 및 물-t-부틸 알코올의 2성분 혼합용매 중에서 cis-$[Co(en)_2ClNO_2]^+$착이온의 가용매 분해반응을 분광광도법으로 연구하였다. 용매의 극성이 커짐에 따라 반응속도도 커지는 경향이 있었으며 반응속도의 대수값과 $\frac{D-1}{2D+1}$값을 도시한 결과 비직선적인 관계를 나타내는 것으로 보아서 용매의 수소결합이나 분산력등의 비정전기적인 상호작용이 지배적으로 작용함을 알 수 있었다. log k와 Grundwald-Winstein의 Y값을 도시한 직선의 기울기와 Kivinen식에서 구한 전이상태에 관여하는 물분자의 수 n값으로부터 실험에 사용한 착물의 가용매 분해반응은 Id메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알았다. 한편 자유에너지 사이클의 결과는 초기상태에서 보다 전이상태에서 용매구조의 효과가 더 큼을 알 수 있었다.

Wind-excited stochastic vibration of long-span bridge considering wind field parameters during typhoon landfall

  • With the assistance of typhoon field data at aerial elevation level observed by meteorological satellites and wind velocity and direction records nearby the ground gathered in Guangzhou Weather Station between 1985 and 2001, some key wind field parameters under typhoon climate in Guangzhou region were calibrated based on Monte-Carlo stochastic algorithm and Meng's typhoon numerical model. By using Peak Over Threshold method (POT) and Generalized Pareto Distribution (GPD), Wind field characteristics during typhoons for various return periods in several typical engineering fields were predicted, showing that some distribution rules in relation to gradient height of atmosphere boundary layer, power-law component of wind profile, gust factor and extreme wind velocity at 1-3s time interval are obviously different from corresponding items in Chinese wind load Codes. In order to evaluate the influence of typhoon field parameters on long-span flexible bridges, 1:100 reduced-scale wind field of type B terrain was reillustrated under typhoon and normal conditions utilizing passive turbulence generators in TJ-3 wind tunnel, and wind-induced performance tests of aero-elastic model of long-span Guangzhou Xinguang arch bridge were carried out as well. Furthermore, aerodynamic admittance function about lattice cross section in mid-span arch lib under the condition of higher turbulence intensity of typhoon field was identified via using high-frequency force-measured balance. Based on identified aerodynamic admittance expressions, Wind-induced stochastic vibration of Xinguang arch bridge under typhoon and normal climates was calculated and compared, considering structural geometrical non-linearity, stochastic wind attack angle effects, etc. Thus, the aerodynamic response characteristics under typhoon and normal conditions can be illustrated and checked, which are of satisfactory response results for different oncoming wind velocities with resemblance to those wind tunnel testing data under the two types of climate modes.
