Korean society frenzy about ubiquitous computing is in a rapid change into so called 'Nomadic' information environment. In many previous studies, a number of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors were empirically found to affect users' continuance to use mobile hand-held devices. However, the role of device attachment, a new intrinsic motivation factor with which users are known to care about their own mobile devices personally, in determining users' post-adoption behavior was not explored yet to the full scale. To fill the research void like this, this study proposes a new research model in which device attachment as well as perceived value are positively linked to satisfaction and continuance to use. The statistical results obtained by applying PLS to the valid 137 questionnaires showed that the device attachment has stronger positive influence on satisfaction and continuance to use than the perceived value. Therefore, a practical implication is suggested thai the mobile devices need 10 be designed in a way of arousing users' device attachment more strongly.

본 연구는 서울시 공공자전거 이용환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 물리적 특성을 파악함으로써 서울시 공공자전거 서비스 개선을 위한 정책방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 공공자전거를 이용한 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 최종적으로 567명의 설문조사 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석방법은 IPA분석과 순서형 로지스틱 분석을 활용하였으며, 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울시 공공자전거 IPA 분석 결과 모든 항목에서 중요도에 비해 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 특히 자전거 도로설치, 자전거 도로의 연결성 개선, 자전거 도로관리상태 개선, 차도와 자전거 도로 구분, 야간주행 시 안전성 개선, 안전시설물 설치의 경우 중요도는 높은 반면 만족도는 낮은 것으로 나타나 가장 시급하게 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서울시 공공자전거 이용환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 인지된 근린환경특성 변수를 추가함에 따라 모형의 설명력이 0.062에서 0.437로 크게 증가한 것으로 나타나 인지된 근린환경특성이 서울시 공공자전거 이용환경 만족도를 결정하는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한 인지된 근린환경특성 중에서는 접근성, 편의성, 관리성, 경제성 변수가 서울시 공공자전거 이용환경 만족도와 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제성, 편의성, 관리성, 접근성 순으로 영향력이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Although the Internet has been a important communication tool in modern societies, researchers did not pay attention to its' positive impacts on individual's psychological process. The Internet provides users with a unique environment such as visual isolation, non face-to-face communication, and easiness to escape from social influences. This environment enables people to take free action according to their personality and disclose themselves. From the uses and gratification perspective, the current research reveals that individuals with high extraversion are inclined to maintain social networking sites and those with high openness participate in web communities. The findings indicate that individuals' social use of the Internet may reflect their personality. To fill the research void like this, this study proposes a new research model in which well bing as well as perceived value are positively linked to satisfaction and continuance to use. The statistical results obtained by applying PLS to the valid 150 questionnaires showed that the well bing has stronger positive influence on satisfaction and continuance to use than the perceived value. Therefore, a practical implication is suggested that the web site need to be designed in a way of arousing users' well bing more strongly.

사회 환경 변화에 따라 공공도서관의 노인 이용자 서비스는 새로운 관점에서 제고되어야 할 필요가 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 LibQUAL+를 적용한 공공도서관 노인 서비스 품질을 평가하고 이용자 만족도를 조사하여 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 주요 이용 서비스 만족도, 전반적인 서비스 만족도, 서비스 품질 구성요인(서비스 영향력, 정보 제어, 도서관 장소) 그리고 재이용의도와의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 바탕으로 공공도서관 노인 서비스 개선방안으로 노인 이용자 환경 변화에 따른 적합한 정보자료 및 서비스 제공과 노인 이용자의 세분화된 연령별 정보요구에 따른 장서 개발 그리고 노인 서비스에 적합한 전담 인력을 배치를 제언하였다.

The aim of this study is to suggest guidelines of bicycle lanes in terms of landscape architecture with special reference to Kyongju. The research is mainly based on landscape satisfaction factors analysis regarding 16 variables and 10 slide photos of bicycles lanes. The 43 students of Landscape Department in Kyungpook National University were selected for the research. The major research findings are as follows; 1. Satisfaction degree of 16 variables are assessed in terms of semantic differential scale. The assess group is generally satisfied with variables concerning bicycle lane environment such as $\ulcorner$inclination of the lane (5.2)$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$road pavement conditions (5.1)$\lrcorner$. But the group expresses rather low satisfaction degree on the variables related lanes' surrounding landscape such as $\ulcorner$visual variety (3.9)$\lrcorner$, spacious resting place (3.7)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$variety of facilities (3.1)$\lrcorner$. 2. The level of satisfaction degree regarding 16 variables and 10 photos shows that the male gives relatively higher satisfaction degree than the female group. But there is no statistical significance between the group regarding satisfaction degree of each variable and photo except 4 variables and 2 photos. 3. The assess group gives the highest satisfaction degree on the$\ulcorner$no. 10 slide (6.5)$\lrcorner$ and the lowest on the $\ulcorner$no. 7 slide (2.7)$\lrcorner$. The two photo shows variables of more than 4 points difference of satisfaction degree, such as $\ulcorner$good looking planting threes (4.8)$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$enough shadows (4.8)$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$comfortable atmosphere(4.1)$\lrcorner$. 4. $\ulcorner$Aesthetic and amenity factor$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$use condition factors$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$ike lane environment factors$\lrcorner$, and $\ulcorner$inclination and open view factors$\lrcorner$are the main four factors influencing landscape satisfaction of bicycle lane. Regression model using factor scores for landscape satisfaction degree of bike lane is S(Satisfaction degree)=4.526+1.099(aesthetic and amenity factor)+0.720(use condition factors)+0.486(bike lane environment factors)+0.048(inclination and open view factors($R^2$=0.811).

Purpose: Previous studies have rarely examined the role of higher education for human capital development in the case of Korea. The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of higher education for international students in globalized environment on job satisfaction, globalization, and hosting country. Research questions include the following: i) how do application and improvement on work, performance, self-confidence, and use of network affect job satisfaction; ii) how do leadership, policy improvement, public diplomacy, social responsibility and global competence affect globalization?; iii) how do affective, cognitive, and behavioral components affect attitude of hosting country? Research design, data, and methodology: Online survey and interviews were conducted. For quantitative research, this study applied factor and structural equational modeling, while for qualitative research, this study applied cognitive mapping and sentimental analysis. Results: This study found that most of proposed effects showed significant. The results showed consistent for quantitative and qualitative researches. Conclusions: The results implied that higher education in global environment plays a key role to enhance job satisfaction, globalization, and attitude toward the hosting country and contributes to foster international relations significantly. The results also implied that human capital development in globalized environment helps improve global network and public diplomacy.

The Location Based Services (LBS) comprise spatial information and mobile technology allow users to receive various services based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Although, spatial information based services are very useful, it has lots of possibility to damage privacy protection. But the contents of the legislation by government have problems conflicted between protection of a person's location information and invigoration LBS. Therefore, in this study suggest a causal model to deal with user satisfaction and factors affecting spatial information based services to customer perspective. The proposed research model is tested empirically with one hundred and forty one usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the usefulness, playfulness, and service quality play a prominent role in influencing the spatial information services satisfaction compared to other factors. But, easy of use and perceived risk are not significant.

Objectives: This study aimed to find determinants of customers' use of and satisfaction with oriental medical services in Korea. Methods: A total of 33 articles which consist of 9 articles published in academic journals, 20 master's theses, and 4 doctoral dissertations were included in the systematic review. Among the articles used in the study, 29 used primary survey data, while 4 used secondary data produced by the Korean National Health and Nutrition Evaluation Survey. Results: First, it was found that people who prefer to use oriental medical services usually have one or more of the following diseases: musculoskeletal disorders, paralysis, or diseases or injuries without clear diagnosis. Other variables of gender, age, expectation of treatment outcome, and kindness of doctor and other staff were found to be significant determinants of using the oriental medical services. Second, the determinants of customers' satisfaction with oriental medical services were found to be age, gender, level of education, chronic disease with long length of stay, kindness of staff, medical cost, clinical environment, doctor's reputation, and public image of the institutions. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used to develop marketing strategies for oriental medical institutions in Korea.

Today's firms are experiencing severe competition and lots of change under uncertainty of the future. In order to survive in rapidly changing environment, companies have steadily adopted information technology(IT) environment. The advancement of information technology allows people to access information and knowledge resources without the limitation of time and location through internet. Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. This study is intended to provide a theoretical framework of information and knowledge and their relationship, that the infusion of powerful information networks into business environments is beginning to have a profound a significant difference of the nature between information satisfaction and accounting information system(AIS) in the business activity. This paper is to maximize the efficiency of university libraries human resources management by determining the followings the relationship between the level of information technology implement and the job satisfaction of the librarian, the main factors that affect job satisfaction. Questionnaire was sent to 120 companies from 20 corporations chosen by random sampling and the methods of ANOVA, T-test, and correlation analysis were used. The results of the analysis are as follows; 1) There is a unsignificant difference in the level of information satisfaction by accounting information system and the motivation factor according to the level of implementation of IT. 2) There is a relatively high in a significant difference in information satisfaction by the level of net income. 3) There is high a significant difference is shown in the accounting years while implementing the IT and information satisfaction.
