  • The study was conducted to find out the interaction between learning styles, and types of task on satisfaction and achievement in Chinese learning on Facebook. 44 students from D University in Seoul, Korea finished the questionnaires. To measure the participants' learning styles and satisfaction, the learning style instrument and satisfaction instrument were used. The data received were analyzed to find out the interaction between learning styles, and types of task on satisfaction and achievement. Through the analysis, the study suggests that, in the SNS environment for learning, instructors should focus on more on types of tasks than learning styles. Learning styles are important, however, for new pedagogy for one new learning environment, types of task are definitely more important than learning styles. Depending on the study results, the instructors should pay more attention to types of task, and they should also use different strategies to facilitate the contents of tasks to improve achievement and satisfaction in an SNS environment.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of use behavior and environmental perception of a park and to analyze the influence of environmental perception factors on park satisfaction among 7 parks in Suseong-gu, Daegu. The data from the 255 questionnaires of young adults (30-59) and old adults (more than 60) who use the park more than once a week were used for the analysis. In terms of park use behavior, young adults used the park for walking and jogging mainly on weekday evenings, while old adults used the park for walking and rest mainly during weekday daytimes. In addition, old adults used the park more times a week than young adults, and spent more time in the park. In the analysis of the environmental perception of the park, similar results were found in both age groups but overall, old adults were more satisfied with the park environment than the young adults. As a result of analyzing the influence of environmental perception factors, it was determined that park satisfaction in young adults has a significant influence on 'use amenity', 'use convenience', 'facility suitability', and 'landscape diversity' in this order. On the other hand, park satisfaction for old adults has an influence on 'use amenity', 'facility suitability', and 'use convenience' in this order. The findings of this study can be used as an effective basic data for future park planning considering age groups.

  • Purpose: As mobile devices are commonly used and contact-free services are widespread due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the recent distribution environment, this study suggests retail strategies for consumers using high-speed railways. To this end, we analyzed how consumer perception on technologies necessary for use of mobile apps is related to the attitude that drives consumers to continue using the app services. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the extended unified theory of technology acceptance and use of technology model by Venkatesh, Morris, Davis and Davis (2003), we added variables proposed by existing theories that studied the technology acceptance model from multiple perspectives and empirically analyzed the relationship between user satisfaction and use intention with structural equation modeling. Results: As expected, factors necessary for the use of app services such as performance expectancy, social influence, price value, facilitating conditions, security, and aesthetics had positive effects on user satisfaction, whereas the effect of effort expectancy on user satisfaction was rejected. And user satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on intention to use. Conclusions: The results provide implications that strategic retail management of the above factors can motivate passengers to continuously use high-speed railways.

  • This study reviews and modifies general IS success models to find success factors of WIS(Web-based Information Systems) and to confirm the relationship between WIS success and user's satisfaction of web use. A WISSM(Web-based Information Success Model extended to include EQ(E-Quality) is developed to anticipate user's intention to use Web-based Agricultural Information System and fit into the survey data from 252 WIS users of RDA(Rural Development Administration). PLS is applied to estimate a structural model based on EQ-WISSM to test hypotheses including 1) users reach a high level of intention to use Web-based Information Systems when they feel a high level of interactivity among an 'E-Quality', 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction' and 'Task Support Satisfaction', and E-Quality boosts intention to use Web-based Information Systems. The results show high path coefficients and $R^2$ values and find followings; First, the EQ-WISSM explains the user's intention to use WAIS quite well. Second, E-Quality can be used well in web-based IS environment to predict IS Success. Finally, this research finds the importance of 'Task Support Satisfaction' as a mediator between 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction', 'E-Quality' and 'Intention to Use'.
