This study is based on 'Sangkwan' in 'Jeokcheonsucheonmi' among Myeongri classical theory as a guideline, and is a consideration research on past 'Sangkwan' in the rest of Myeongri classical theory. The first words about 'Sangkwan' in the original text is that the interpretation is very difficult when Sangkwan looks at 'Jeongkwan'. When we say 'Jeongkwan', it contains the interpretation on the person who should take on the heavy responsibility of the state in the monarchy, and there is a concern about how it can be easily interpreted by neglecting it because 'Sangkwan' have a bad effect on 'Jeongkwan'. Unlike modern times, in the past, there was no other way but to become government officials to be successful socially and accumulate wealth. There should be big difference in standard of fortune and success in an era where success conditions and opportunities were difficult to be given. That is, it was though in the past that 'Sangkwan' which has a bad influence on 'Jeongkwan' have a detrimental effect awfully. However, in today's scientific society, the use of 'Sangkwan' which has a bad influence on 'Jeongkwan' has come to light in a wide variety of places. Therefore, this study is to lay a foundation for the expansion of reinterpretation and utilization methods suitable for the times through the consideration of classical 'Sangkwan'.
This study attempts to estimate the benefits of environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir. To this end, we apply a survey technique, the contingent valuation (CV) method to elicit the public willingness to pay (WTP). Two CV surveys of randomly selected households were administrated to on-site and off-site areas. As it happens, a number of respondents reported zero WTPs for the environmentally- enhancing water. To deal with the zero WTPs, this study employs a spike model. The results show that average household's WTP for the environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir is estimated to be 1,393.7 won for on-site area and 2,237.7 won for off-site area per year. The benefits of environmentally-enhancing water ensuing from Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir amount to about 38.3 billion won per year. Our findings are expected to contribute to determining an appropriate level of investment and making management policies with regard to the benefits of environmentally-enhancing water.
There is imminent need to find a way to measure the recreational benefits of water so that appropriate actions can be taken to make a multi-purpose reservoir. Therefore, this study attempts to apply a choice experiment to quantifying the recreational benefits of a multi-purpose reservoir, using a specific case study of Sangkwan multi-purpose reservoir. We consider the trade-offs between price and attributes of recreational attributes for selecting a preferred alternative and derive the marginal willingness to pay (MWTP) estimate for each attribute. The results show that the MWTP for providing additional 10,000 ton of water is estimated to be 3 won per household per year. The MWTP for improving 1 level of water quality is computed to be 645.5 won per household per year. Moreover, the MWTP for providing recreation facilities is calculated to be 1,518.6 won per household per year. This study allows us to provide policy-makers with useful quantitative information that can reduce uncertainty in the decision-making process related to a multi-purpose reservoir construction projects.
Pain is one of the quite common symptoms in clinics and many treatment methods have been applied to relieve pain. Among the treatments, high-intensity light therapy for pain has been introduced, but this therapy has not been fully supported by confirmed efficacy due to the absence of quantitative assessments and treatment feedback data in real time. In this study, the evaluation of light distribution in tissue was performed with current high-intensity light sources quantitatively using light-tissue interaction simulations. The diffuse reflectance in tissue was generated using Monte Carlo simulation that traces photons as they undergo multiple scattering and absorption within each tissue layer (skin, fat, and muscle) and within multi-layered tissue. The results showed that the highest diffuse reflectance and the deepest penetration of tissue were achieved at ${\lambda}$=830 nm when compared with other wavelengths like ${\lambda}$=650 nm, 980 nm and 1064 nm.
This study used a method of comparing and analyzing various editions of Jeokcheonsu, and aims to confirm why different views have arisen on commentaries that differ according to the perspective of one original text, which interpretation is more valid among them. The biggest part of the misunderstanding of Myeongri theory in Jeokcheonsu is Kyeokguk theory. Jeokcheonsu does not set a high value on Kyeokguk, and it is highly regarded as the Myeongri classics that emphasizes Eokbuyongsin. However, as a result of classifying the original text by theory, we can see there are about 5 sentences that directly mention Eokbu theory, but 9 sentences that explain Kyeokguk theory and 15 sentences if we include the sentences that explain Jonggyeok and Hwagyeok. Even looking that metaphoric speech is mainly used, it is also clear that it's not a book written to be read by a beginner of Myeongri. This is Myeongri texts written to convey more profound logic and enlightenment to a person who has sufficient knowledge by having learned the principle of Myeongri. A single sentence of 'Jaegwaninsubunpyeonjeong Gyeomronsiksanggyeokgukjeong' would have been sufficient to explain the Kyeokguk theory, because it's written on the assumption of the reader's level. Among the later commentaries about the theory of Myeongri contained in Jeokcheosu, 4 persons'commentaries on the original text of 'Palkyeok', 'Gwansal', Sangkwan', 'Wolryeong', 'Saengsi', 'Cheongtak' related to Kyeokguk theory was compared and analyzed.
Referred to "Jeungchijunseung(證治準繩" ), "Kyungakjunsu(景岳全書)", and "Uihakyipmoon(醫學入門)", We got the conclusion on the contradiction of KwanKyuk in "Naegyung(內經)" and "Nankyung(難經)" like below. First, It can be defined the fact as Naekwanoikyuk(內關外格) in "Nankyung(難經)" that in "Naegyung(內經)", the Cold from out is too strong that the Yanggi is isolated and vomitted and spread to Hacho(下焦). Because, it is the same phenomenon in "Nankyung(難經)", Yanggi is too strong that invade the stage of Eumgi, and in the flow, overturning situation appears and thru isolation. Same above, We can also understand the fact as Oikwannaekyuk(外關內格) in "Nankyung(難經)" that the Ileum(溢陰, same as Naekwan(內關) or Kwaneum(關陰) in "Naegyung(內經)" ), Heat from Mixed disease(雜病) is too strong that Eumgi is isolated and spreading to Sangcho(上焦). Because, it is the same phenomenon in "Nankyung(難經)" , Eumgi is too strong that invade the stage of Yanggi, and in the flow, overflowing situation appears and thru vomitting.

■ Objectives The goal of this study is to find the correlation between the motor function and gait pattern of stroke patients. ■ Methods We measured Manual muscle test(MMT), Motricity index(MI) and Spatiotemporal gait parameters of admitted hemiplegic patients with stroke. The gait parameters were measured using a Treadmill gait system. ■ Results There is a significant correlation between motor function and spatiotemporal parameters such as step length, stride length, step time, stride time, total double support or cadence, in stroke patients. ■ Conclusion The better motor function of stroke was, the more gait improved.
this study was designed to discuss the pattern of Confucian funeral ceremony and its costumes in Chosun dynasty thereby exploring the ideas and symbolic meanings expressed on them. 1. Male's official mourning dresses were composed of Choieui symbolizing sadness Choisang(최상), Dukun Sangkwan Sujil Yojil Kyodai and mourning stick Female's official mourning dresses consisted of Daersoojangkon and Kaedoo which were of simple kinds as compared to those of males. Duration of wearing mourning dreses was the longest to the death of father husband and eldest son The forms of mouring dresses were one and the same irrespective of the noble and the mean which expressed the sameness of the sorrow full of losting blood relative. Symbol expressed on funeral ceremony costumes were something like "eldestson-oriented" "male-centered" "distinction of the sexes" and "principle of yin and yang" to reinforce vitality to the costumes. 2. In the other funeral ceremony costumes in a royal fami8ly were those Euijangsu in red and blue colors Yeosakon in purple and white colors. Bandsman in Danryung and Guards in Kukonbok Changeui and Hoeui with five colors while the generally of people woere white dress in the ceremony Hoeui with five colors symbolized the principle of Yin and Yang costumes of military uniforms the dignity of the royal family: white dresses grife symbolizing the dignity of a royal family and Confucian sorrow as well 3. Unlike the mouring dresses there were great differences relative to socio-ecpmpomic status in funeral goods for dercoration Soyeo and daeyeo Among the goods the instrument to drive out evil spirites symbolized shamanism the distinction of Soyeo and Daeyeo separation of body and soul; the sculpture of the Lord of Hades and messenger philosophy of buddhistic netherworld: the engraving of blue and yellow dragons in bier and Juksanma the principles of Yin and Yang : elaborate burial accesaries realistic viewpoint of the hereafter.
The understory vegetation of a Chamaecyparis obtusa plantation is relatively sparse at a valley in Sangkwan-my6n, Wanju-gun, Chiinbuk, Korea, and that of the pure C. obtusa plantation is more sparse than in the C, obtusa-Larix leptolepis plantation. In order to investigate the causes of this difference, this study was carried out both in the field and in the laboratory. Total of 109 taxa, comprising 90 genera and 53 families, were identified in the plantation. But the average number of species above 10% frequency was only 27, and both the number of species and plants per quadrat in the pure C. obtusa plantation were lower than those in the C, obtusa-L. leptolepis plantation. Light intensity, soil pH, and the difference of soil minerals were supposed to be parts of the causes. Soils, litter extracts of C. obtusa and L. leptolepis, and leachates collected by vermiculite beneath C. obtusa canopy for 1 year were tested for the effect on germination and seedling growth of both inside species and outside species in the laboratory. Germination and seedling growth of outside species were more suppressed than those of inside species. Therefore it was found that allelopathic effect of C. obtusa would be responsible for the sparse understory vegetation in the C. oblusa plantation.

Most of salivary cortisol are an unbound free form reflecting physiological function later. Thus, it is used frequently to evaluate the HPA-Axis and physiological function. Although the needs of salivary cortisol measurement in Korean Medicine is higher and higher, there are not many studies, because the reliability of salivary cortisol measurement is not high. To make the reliability high and encourage to use it in Korean Medicine, the goal of this study is to suggest the standard method of saliva collecting for cortisol measurement through the review of previous studies using salivary cortisol and to encourage to use it in clinical fields in Korean Medicine. The results are as followed; First, salivary cortisol has many benefits, i. e. easy collecting, non-invasive collecting, and reflecting the physiological function. Second, the collecting time and method are kept sternly, because the methods of saliva collecting vary depending on the goal of study. Third, the specific tools for saliva collecting are recommended to prevent contamination. In conclusion, if the standard methods of saliva collecting is kept to measure salivary cortisol, it would be very useful in many fields of Korean Medicine.
