This study was attempted to examine male consumers'suit purchasing Behavior of subdivided groups according to apparel shopping orientation in men's suit purchasing and to suggest basic information applicable to marketing. The sample was taken from 705 men who were aged twenties through forties living in and suburbs. A total of 655 questionnaires were used in the final statistical analysis using factor analysis, reliability test, ANOVA, Duncan test, and X$^2$-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The dimensions of apparel shopping orientation were composed of economical, brand/store loyalty, fashion consciousness and convenience shopping orientation. 2. The dimensions of apparel store attributes were composed of atmosphere and service, convenient shopping, fashion and sale promotion, price, quality and reputation. 3. Three groups were classified after group analysis of four factors in male consumers'apparel shopping orientation: group focusing on convenience (47.2%), group focusing enjoyment of shopping(31.0%), and group focusing economic aspects(21.8%). Additionally differences of the three groups were examined according to importance of store attributes, use of information sources, purchasing Behavior, clothing evaluation criteria and demographic variables.

Global conglomerates in the late 2010s are seeking changes from the existing method of financial growth into that of sustainable growth, as they are facing the age of 4th industrial revolution. In preparation for this change of the times and to stay competitive, small businesses are required to produce creative knowledge, and systematically share and store it by means of implementing voluntary and specific changes in their convictions and actions. This study aims to empirically examine how the ICT small businesses' organizational learning participants' self-leadership affect their job satisfaction through organization orientation and Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). The research sample consists of the first to third-year employees that have previously participated in the small businesses' organizational learning support project, and of learning leaders, group leaders, and group members from companies that have previously concluded the project. The results are as follows: First, the self-leadership at the ICT small businesses' organizational learning project has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The same positive results are shown in learning orientation and LMX. Second, the learning orientation has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the LMX has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among work environment of nursing, nursing organizational culture, demands at work and the emotional labor in clinical nurses. Methods: A convenience sample of 241 registered nurses was obtained from two hospitals. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire during December, 2014. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlations and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The mean score for emotional labor was $3.36{\pm}0.48$, for work environment of nursing, $2.44{\pm}0.36$, and for innovational-orientation, $2.95{\pm}0.56$: Relation-orientation, $3.34{\pm}0.62$, Task-orientation, $2.95{\pm}0.53$, and hierarchy-orientation, $3.41{\pm}0.49$, The score for quantitative demands was $3.02{\pm}0.56$, and for work pace, $3.76{\pm}0.76$. In multivariate analysis, factors related to emotional labor were work environment of nursing, innovational-orientation and work pace. Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the work environment for nurses to decrease emotional labor.

The study aims to analyze the performance-prove goal orientation and organizational culture on employee work performance of performance appraisal by placing employee work motivation as an interning variable. The study was conducted on a quota sample basis with 134 employees and staff in educational institutions under the auspices of Islamic educational institutions in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. Analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM) was done, and results were obtined which showed that there is an influence of institutional culture on employee motivation and that there is an effect of employee motivation on performance appraisal. However, the statistical output showed that there is no significant effect of performance-prove goal orientation on employee motivation. In testing the mediating effect, the results showed the significant influence of employee motivation in bridging the relationship between organizational culture on performance appraisal, and performance-proven goals and performance appraisal. The theoretical contributions of the findings were in its examination of performance-prove goal orientation with motivational encouragement in educational institutions to analyze the extent to which an individual's self-confidence was able to integrate patterns in distinguishing the approach used, how to use, and the response to a specific situation of directing toward organizational achievement.
The purpose of current research is to develop insight regarding the relationship between trust in leader and followers' goal orientation. In this study relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation are explored. Hypotheses about how the trust in leader affect self-efficacy and goal orientation are developed. The sample consists of 389 workers in a firm who are chosen through the judgement sampling method. Findings are reported from the empirical research that partially support the hypothesized relationships among trust in leader, self-efficacy, and goal orientation. Trust in leader have a significant impact on goal orientation, and it is moderated by self-efficacy. The results suggest that leaders need to make an effort for trust building to have positive goal orientations. The findings of this study have theoretical and managerial implications for leadership, trust, and goal orientation research.

The Purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the effects of core competencies on the management performance of hospitals and the mediating roles of medical service orientation and internal customer orientation. The sample of this study was composed of 307 employees from 18 general hospitals in Incheon Metropolitan City and Bucheon City. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modelling technique. This study found that core competencies had positive effects on the management performance of hospitals and that medical service orientation and internal customer orientation mediated the relationship between core competencies and the management performance of hospitals. The theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed and the directions for future research were suggested.
This paper investigates the Moderating effect of entrepreneurship on the relationship between market orientation and international performance in Korean Ventures. Literature revealed that an appropriate alignment between firm strategic orientation and market positioning is critical because of its impact on firm performance. The alignment is especially crucial for SMEs as a result of their limited resource base. However, studies have not adequately accounted for the joint effect of entrepreneurship and market orientation on firm performance in different environments as foreign markets. Drawing upon a sample of 217 internationalized Korean Venture Business, it presents evidence related to mainly moderating effects of entrepreneurship on market orientation-international performance. The Key conclusion from the evidence is that market orientation, alone and in conjunction with certain entrepreneurship dimensions, is positively related to firm international performance. More specifically innovativeness and proactiveness have positively moderated the relationship between market orientation and international performance in Korean Ventures.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the shrinkage and creep behavior of PET filaments which were prepared at various spinning speeds(3,300, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000, and 7,000m/min) and anneal($120^{\circ}$, 30min & $150^{\circ}$, 40min). In order to determine the shrinkage and creep behavior with the crystallinity change, PET filaments were treated with low(12$0^{\circ}C$, 30min) and high($150^{\circ}$, 40min) temperature conditions with hot air dryer under the constant tension. The results of the study were as follows: as the spinning speed increased, the degree of shrinkage and elongation of the sample treated by wet condition decreased. The sample with 0.01g/d of load under various spinning speeds showed shrinkage behavior and highest shrinkage ratio at $76^{\circ}$ which was Tg of PET. The degree of shrinkage and elongation of the treated sample was less than those of the untreated sample by wet treatment. Especially, there was less degree of shrinkage and elongation of the sample treated by higher temperature condition. In 3,300m/min of spinning speed the draw ratio of undrawn yarn of a mixture of a-axis orientation and c-axis orientation was 2.0, which is similar to the value of the traditional drawn yarn. Finally, there was a big range of shrinkage and elongation by wet treatment in 3,300 m/min of spinning speed.

Recently, the role of IT service providers has been enlarged from managing a single function or system to reconstructing entire information management processes in new ways to contribute to shareholder value across the enterprise. This movement toward extensive and complex outsourcing agreements has been driven by the assumption that outsourcing information technology functions is a reliable approach to maximizing resource productivity. Hiring external IT service providers to manage part or all of its information-related services helps a firm focus on its core business and provides better services to its clients, thus obtaining sustainable competitive advantage. This practice of focusing on the strategic aspect of outsourcing is referred to as strategic sourcing where the focus is capability sourcing, not procurement. Given the importance of the strategic outsourcing, however, to our knowledge, there is little empirical research on the relationship between the strategic outsourcing orientation and outsourcing performance. Moreover, there is little research on the factor that makes the strategic outsourcing effective. This study is designed to investigate the relationship between strategic IT outsourcing orientation and IT outsourcing performance and the process through which strategic IT outsourcing orientation influences outsourcing performance, Based on the framework of strategic orientation-performance and core competence based management, this study first identifies core competency orientation as a proper strategic orientation pertinent to IT outsourcing and IT outsourcing process management capability as the mediator to affect IT outsourcing performance. The proposed research model is then tested with a sample of 200 firms. The findings of this study may contribute to the literature in two ways. First, it draws on the strategic orientation - performance framework in developing its research model so that it can provide a new perspective to the well studied phenomena. This perspective allows practitioners and researchers to look at outsourcing from an angle that emphasizes the strategic decision making to outsource its IT functions. Second, by separating the concept of strategic orientation and outsourcing process management capability, this study provides practices with insight into how the strategic orientation can work effectively to achieve an expected result. In addition, the current study provides a basis for future studies that examine the factors affecting IT outsourcing performance with more controllable factors such as IT outsourcing process management capability rather than external hard-to-control factors including trust and relationship management. This study investigates the major factors that determine IT outsourcing success. Based on strategic orientation and core competency theories, we develop the proposed research model to investigate the relationship between core competency orientation and IT outsourcing performance and the mediating role of IT outsourcing process management capability on IT outsourcing performance. The model consists of two independent variables (core-competency-orientation and IT outsourcing process management capability), and two dependent variables (outsourced task complexity and IT outsourcing performance). Comprehensive data collection was conducted through an outsourcing association. The survey data were analyzed using a structural analysis method. IT outsourcing process management capability was found to mediate the effect of core competency orientation on both outsourced task complexity and IT outsourcing performance. Further analysis and findings are discussed.
Relationships between consumer socialization factors and socioeconomic characteristics and consumptionism propensity were examined using a sample of 529 middle school students in Inchon, Korea. OL.S regression was utilized. 'Communication with friend' and 'acceptance of mass media' had significant positive effects on 'ego-identity developing and differentiating by uniqueness' and 'other oriented and appearance pursuing' propensity, whereas had a significant negative effect on 'consumption orientation', 'Communication with mother' had a significant positive effect on 'consumption orientation'. Boys where significantly higher than girls in 'ego-identity developing and differentiating by uniqueness' and girls were significantly higher than boys in 'other oriented and appearance pursuing'. 'Income had significant positive effects on ego-identity developing and differentiating by uniqueness'.
