ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업문화 매개를 중심으로 (The Effects of ISO 22301 and ISMS Certification Requirements on Business Performance: Focusing on Mediation of Corporate Culture)

  • 연구목적: 기업문화를 매개로 ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 기업 대상으로 설문조사 및 자료를 수집하여 연구목적에 적합한 통계프로그램 SPSS18와 AMOS18 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항중 BCP, BCM운영, 경영, 조직, 접근통제는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 접근통제만이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 결론: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

시스템엔지니어링 기법을 적용한 가압중수로 노심관리 지원시스템 개발 사례 (A Case Study on the Application of Systems Engineering to the Development of PHWR Core Management Support System)

  • Systems Engineering Approach was applied to the development of operator-support core management system based on the on-site operation experience and document of core management procedures, which is for enhancing operability and safety in PHWR (Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor) operation. The dissertation and definition of the system were given on th basis of investigating and analyzing the core management procedures. Fuel management, detector calibration, safety management, core power distribution monitoring, and integrated data management were defined as main user's requirements. From the requirements, 11 upper functional requirements were extracted by considering the on-site operation experience and investigating documents of core management procedures. Detailed requirements of the system which were produced by analyzing the upper functional requirements were identified by interviewing members who have responsibility of the core management procedures, which were written in SRS (Software Requirement Specification) document by using IEEE 830 template. The system was designed on the basis of the SRS and analysis in terms of nuclear engineering, and then tested by simulation using on-site data as a example. A model of core power monitoring related to the core management was suggested and a standard process for the core management was also suggested. And extraction, analysis, and documentation of the requirements were suggested as a case in terms of systems engineering.

Food Packaging Safety Issues in Thailand: Current and Future Perspectives

  • Safety of packaging foods has increasingly been a significant global issue in recent years. This paper aims to present the broad information and perspectives on food packaging safety in Thailand. This paper compiles the use of different packaging materials, their safety characteristics, and the regulations in Thailand in accordance with the world regulations. In addition, it covers the opinion of various parties related to food packaging in Thailand. Some scientific based results coupled with the interviewing and questionnaire data from the previous and ongoing researches are discussed here. This paper summarizes the food packaging safety in Thailand today and proposed the trends tomorrow along with the future world requirements.

도시철도 승강설비의 가용성, 유지보수성 및 안전성 입증 (Validation of Availability, Maintainability and Safety for Subway Elevating Equipment)

  • Purpose: In order to fulfill the RAMS (Reliability Availability Maintainability and Safety) requirements in Korean railway systems, specific target metrics should be measured and met the requirements when ordering a new system. This paper presents a procedure to predict and demonstrate the availability, maintainability and safety of subway elevators, escalators and PSD (platform screen doors) systems. Methods: The system manufacturer predicts availability and maintainability with lab and field tested data. After installation, availability and maintainability are demonstrated based on the actual operational data. The data was collected from the FRACAS (Failure Report and Corrective Action System). Results: Methods and process of assessing and analyzing the availability, maintainability and safety are presented for elevating services and PSD systems. The data obtained through the actual operation of the equipment is analyzed and maintained to predict the RAMS based on the component and system level failure data acquired. Conclusion: This study presented an application using IEC 62278 and operational data which can be used in the design and development stage to achieve the RAMS target value of the subway elevators, escalators and PSD systems.

가상공간 시뮬레이션을 활용한 고령자 행동특성 기반 계단 낙상사고 평가 (Evaluation of staircase accidents using 3D virtual simulation based on behavioral characteristics of the elderly)

  • Due to the rapidly aging population, the death rate of elderly people by safety accidents has been increasing. In particular, precautions are needed for falls prevention because they either directly or indirectly cause death. In the case of elderly people, most of the fall accidents occur in dense residential areas, and particularly, the staircase poses a risk of falling. Therefore, a safety assessment should be performed from the design phase. However, in general, staircases are designed using existing stair data or only aims to satisfy the installation criteria. Laws and regulations only define minimum requirements for safety, so it is not possible to prevent fall accidents even if they satisfy the requirements. Therefore, this study proposes a simulation-based method for evaluating the safety of staircases. The behavioral characteristics of the elderly are implemented to an virtual user in a virtual space including staircases, and fall accidents are evaluated by the evaluation logic related to the behavioral characteristics. The result shows that the safety of staircases can be preevaluated and reflected on the design to reduce the possibility of fall accidents of the elderly.

  • 안전성 요구수준이 서로 다른 비행필수 데이터(Flight Critical Data)와 임무필수 데이터(Mission Critical Data)의 시현을 처리하기 위해 별도의 독립된 계기를 사용하지 않고 Glass Cockpit 설계를 적용하여 데이터를 통합처리하였다. 본 논문에서는 독립적으로 설계 진행되어온 비행조종계통과 임무탑재시스템의 통합설계를 위해 설계변경을 최소화하면서 비행조종계통에서 요구되는 비행필수 데이터처리의 안전성 요구수준을 만족시키는 최적화 설계를 제안하였다. 비행필수 데이터의 시현을 처리하기 위해 KUH 임무탑재시스템의 핵심구성품인 임무컴퓨터(Mission Computer)의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 설계변경을 최소화하였다. 임무탑재시스템의 안전성 요구도(Safety Requirement)를 검증하기 위한 시험절차를 개발하여 임무탑재시스템 통합시험장비(SIL)를 이용한 시험 수행 결과 안전성 요구도가 만족됨을 확인하였다.

  • The system safety must be ensured before customization. There was no specific requirement representing system safety in Korea until now. So we should draw safety requirements to guarantee system safety for the first time. In this paper. the hazard identification and analysis to derive the safety requirements on the train control system are carried out. To analyze hazard, we have to deduce system functions. identify related hazards, derive the effects of the hazards, analyze current risks. define the target risks of the system, and deduce the alternative plans to reduce the effects of the hazards. For the case study, Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA) of the Automatic Train Control (ATC) System for Electrical Hazards are carried out.

  • Currently, various research institutes in Korea are conducting research to develop a safety case for deep geological repository for high-level radioactive waste (HLW). In the past, low and intermediate-level waste (LILW) was approved by a regulatory body by performing a post-closure safety assessment, but HLW has different disposal characteristics and safety objectives are different. Therefore, in the case of HLW, safety assessment should be performed based on these changed conditions, and specific procedures are also under development. In this paper, the regulatory status of prior research institutes, feature, event and process (FEP) and scenario development cases were investigated for well-organized FEP and scenario development methodologies. In addition, through the results of these surveys, the requirements and procedures necessary for the FEP and scenario development stage during the safety assessment of repository for HLW were presented. These review results are expected to be used to identify the overall status of previous studies in conducting post-closure risk assessment for HLW repository, starting with identifying regulatory requirements, the most basic element.

정량적 안전성 분석을 통한 Vital 데이터 처리장치의 안전무결성 요구사항 검증 (Verification of safety integrity for vital data processing device through quantitative safety analysis)

  • 현재 철도신호 시스템/제품(Generic Product)에 대한 안전성 확보가 최우선시 되면서 그에 대한 정량적인 척도로 안전무결성 요구사항(SIR) 만족에 대한 검증은 필수사항으로 요구되고 있다. 안전무결성 요구사항(SIR) 검증은 시스템 안전성 분석을 기반으로 수행되지만 아직까지는 국내에서 수행한 경험이 없기 때문에 시스템 안전성 분석을 위한 기본 데이터의 확보율이 현저하게 떨어졌다. 따라서 지금까지는 정성적인 시스템/제품 안전성 분석에 의존할 수밖에 없었다. 정성적 분석은 리스크 매트릭스, 리스크 그래프와 같은 방법으로 사고의 폭은 넓지만 결과의 신뢰성이 떨어진다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 정성적 분석의 단점을 보완하기 위해서는 시스템/제품에 대한 정량적인 안전성 분석이 병행되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정성적 분석의 단점을 극복하기 위해 정량적인 안전성 분석방법을 제시하고 신뢰성이 향상된 안전무결성 요구사항(SIR)의 검증방안을 제시한다. 검증 결과, Vital 데이터 처리장치에 대한 위험고장 발생 빈도는 $1.172279{\times}10^{-9}$으로 산출되었으며, 이 수치는 요구된 안전무결성 목표보다 상회하는 것으로 검증되었다.

국제해사기구 해사안전규정의 새로운 제정방향에 대한 연구 (New Regulatory Formulation Approaches for IMO Maritime Safety Regulations)

  • 현행 SOLAS 협약은 기존의 규범적 기술 형식의 규정으로 규범적이다. 규범적인 규정은 해상 운송수단의 기술적 진보와 변화된 상황을 시기적절하게 반영하지 못한다. 이 연구에서는 규범적인 방식의 안전규정이 아닌 안전성능기반의 해사안전규정을 제정하기 위해 고려되어야 할 사항들을 제시하여 해사안전규정의 제정방향 설정을 위한 선행연구로서의 역할을 하고자 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 최소기준에 대한 개념과 특성, 규정이 가지는 상업적, 기술적 및 전략적 특성, 구조적인 요건과 운항 요건의 상호보완 관계, 하드웨어 요건을 충족하기 위한 최종기능에 대한 요건, 안전규정의 시행 주체 및 대상의 재확인 및 안전규정과 환경규정의 충돌로 인한 모순에 관한 문제점들을 검토하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하드웨어적 요건과 소프트웨어적 요건의 고려, 다단계 승인 프로세스, 복잡한 시스템에 대한 새 안전요건, 인적요인의 고려, 규정영향 평가, 행정부담의 경감을 위한 안전기준 같은 해사안전협약 제정 및 개정 시 고려하여야 사항 10가지 원칙을 제시하였다.
