Industrial disasters cause lots of damages from individuals to companies and country. Especially, damages caused by constructional disasters take very large portion in the whole industry and are accompanied by huge personal physical damages. For the prevention of disasters, roles of safety manager are very important and especially, effects of disaster prevention can be changed by occupational ability of construction safety manager. To improve job abilities of safety manager, job education is very important. This research suggested a model for job education management of construction safety manager and proposed improvements as a study on improvement of curriculum for vitalization of job education of construction safety manager so as to improve occupational ability of safety manager. To achieve them, this research examined standard and operation status of current job education of safety manager and the problems and suggested a model materializing job educational contents as a measure to vitalize job education system of safety manager.

In this paper, we analyzed the present status of the safety manager and safety assurance aspects through a complex analysis on the operational aspects, marketability and electrical safety aspects of photovoltaic power generation facilities. In the analysis of the equipment status, we analyzed the status and operated status of the installed PV system in Korea and the correlation between the safety manager and the accident. In addition, we analyzed the direction of the ESS through the analysis of the installation status of the ESS, and applied it to the interpretation part of the ESS associated with the solar power generation. The status of the electric safety manager can be used to analyze the data for selecting the electric safety manager by capacity by analyzing the accident status, the electric safety manager operation status, the safety management time by capacity, and the electric safety manager market.

The safety management is one of important factors. However, the satisfaction of safety manager is lowering. Therefore, this study focuses on comparing the impact that working conditions have on the job satisfaction of field and safety manager in construction field. The results of in this study, the basic wage, medical care, and leisure activity were analyzed as a positive impact on job satisfaction. In addition, the comparison result of the field manager and safety manager showed that safety manager appeared to be a greater impact on the basic wage than the field manager. Also, this study showed that the medical care and leisure activity have a positive impact on the job satisfaction of field manager, but the industrial accident and accommodation facility have a positive impact on the job satisfaction of safety manager.

This study is aimed to design for qualification structure and develop the subjects for examination of the school safety manager qualifications. For the study purpose, job analysis and meetings with experts were performed for extract contents such as task range, criteria of examination, subjects of examination and examination methods, etc. The first step, duties and tasks of the school safety manager were figured out through revised job analysis data of the school safety manager developed before. On the second step, job model was established and developed job specification including importance, difficulty and frequency of each task. On the third step, task specification was developed, and Knowledge-Skill Matrix was the most important thing on examination were completed. The fourth step was the selection of examination subject using task-subject matrix and 6 subjects such as The Principles of Safety, Understanding of the School Safety Manual, Law Related on the School Safety, Introduction to Education, Understanding and Dealing with Type of the School Safety, Establishment of the School Safety Plan were derived from previous procedure. The fifth step was development of guidelines for design examination of each subject. The last step was development for skills education program.

If the participants in construction site safety management perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the burden on safety managers would be minimal. However, the lack of specific work guidelines for each participating entity and the greater responsibility of the safety and health general manager than the management supervisor have resulted in safety managers' workload being increased due to the problem of management supervisors' neglect of safety management. In this study, we conducted a survey of the safety manager's duties and related documents during the construction project initiation, early stages, ongoing work, and disaster occurrence/investigation, and conducted interviews to improve and enhance the division of duties.

The study is conducted in order to establish validity of industrial safety field's neo-qualification composition by suggesting reengineering procedure of NCS based industrial safety field's qualifying occupational plan. Industrial safety fields are first classified into great classification which are environment energy safety, and then into sub-classification which are industrial safety management, industrial health management, and nondestructive test. NCS based neo-qualification plan is deveopled into progress as following steps; First, planning NCS neo-qualification system. Second, presenting work education combined program certification standard. Third, developing NCS based neo-qualification assessment standard. Fourth, developing work education qualification prototype problem. The process of qualification plan was composed with Worksheet 14 and with 4phase being completing summary of each section, certification and development of assessment standard, and development of prototype problem. As a result, Industrial safety manager was redesigned into Industrial sfety manager and Construction Safety Manager, and Occupational Health Care Manager was redesigned into Occupational Health Care Manager and Industrial Health Manager. This study, in conclusion, suggests development of qualifying occupation that could be applied to the integrated management system and development of future industrial safety field's specialized neo-qualifying occupation.

The study is conducted in order to identify whether there is difference in laboratory safety management committee and safety manager appointment for type of institutes(university, research institute, enterprise institute). The study conducted statistical analysis of 2484 institutes (university, research institute, enterprise institute) that attended 'current status of laboratory safety management' by year(number of current status participation). As a result, university showed increase in forming safety management committee as the number of current status(year) increases. The number of safety management committee held were the highest amongst all institutes being 2 held/2 year. Furthermore, period of safety management committee held at university and research institutes are decreasing stately. For 2014, the rate of hosting periodic committee and temporary committee simultaneously when necessary are increasing. The rate of appointing safety manager who is in charge of laboratory safety is increasing in university, but it is decreasing in research institute and enterprise institute. The work pattern of safety manager in university is increase in exclusive duties and decrease in adjunct duties, while work pattern in research institute and enterprise institute is more on the contract duties.

As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Despite a general acknowledgement of the importance of thorough needs analysis, a lot of training and education programmes are not considering needs analysis. When it is actually done, needs analysis is often trial and error or conducted in a fairly ad hoc manner. we are feel to needs for systematic approach to training and education needs analysis. We investigated the training and education needs for safety management system of railway manager. railway manager is just object to safety management team. we are develop to questionnaire design for safety management system in railway safety management. The questionnaire is separate to expert and a staff in charge related railway safety. We are discusses to primary needs safety management system in railway management team, and proposed to adapting training needs analysis method in railway safety.

As the increasing national power crises due to various environmental factor, power market change is needed more developed and systemized DSM(Demand Side Management) search at DR market. To overcome national power crisis outbreaking every year and manage the eletric power reserve ratio, we need to construct and develop the electric safety manager and general public main oriented national power plant. For the advanced national power demand management system, it is required the application development like OpenAPI, Big Data Acquisition, Web/APP basd on ICT.
