Purpose: In this study, we revealed the influence of customer buying factors in the purchase process of eco-friendly product. Especially, we focused on the information acquisition, alternative evaluation, and after-purchase activity process based on Korea-China customer's survey. Methods: In the information acquisition process, we investigate the channels of information acquisition about eco-friendly product, a reliability of information, and an impediment of acquiring product information. At the stage of alternative evaluation, we extract various causes that affects pre-purchasing process and perform the AHP analysis to identify critical causes. At last, we compare several factors which affects before and after purchasing process. Results: Especially, an average utilization and cognition score of eco-friendly products of Chinese consumers is higher than Korean consumers' score. In addition, critical buying factors of Korean consumers are a product quality, an evaluation of existing users. However, that of Chinese consumers are safety of products and environmental benefits of products. Conclusion: In recent years, as the rapid economic development of China, environment pollutions like heavy smog and yellow dust have been occurred frequently. In that manner, Chinese consumer's environmental consciousness is rapidly increasing; not only try to be active participant in eco-friendly activities, but also eco-friendly purchasing activities. In addition, Chinese consumers recognize eco-friendly products as good products made with advanced technology.

Recently, the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to Driverless LRT system. Therefore, PM and SE technique is applied for efficient management of a construction business. In case of SE(System Engineering) in domestic, most foreign companies are doing to lead but we are under effort for the environment that a domestic company can lead. In this study, We emphasize to SE importance of pre-business for operation to be effective of Driveless LRT system, and propose about activities in the SE at requirements definitions and requirements analysis steps of a highest level. To achieve this, We propose SE Application Methods of Pre-Business regarding assistance process of project planning, evaluation and control, and risk management.

This paper describes the developement of a Design Issue Management System (DIMS). Although human factors engineering has been recognized as one of the critical activities in the design of man-machine system, it has been hardly successful nor effective in practice to cope with the hyman factors requirements by regulations. For supporting the human factors engineering in nuclear power plants, DIMS ahs three major modules : Design Requirements Data Base, Design Issue Tracking System, Issue Evaluation Support System. These modules function as formal verification architects that the licensing authority requests for verifying the safety of the equip- ment and facilities in nuclear power plants. An example application to an operator support system, named Critical Function Monitoring System, during its independent review of the human factors shows the usage and the benefit of DIMS.

The ocean has settled down in human mind as a territory and a leisure space from which anyone enjoys and takes a benefit under the national sovereignty, as the new era of Sea comes. In addition, because the population engaged in marine activities has rapidly increased, the number of marine accidents consequently has grown up as well. In this reason, currently it has been highlighted to devise safety measures to prevent large scale accidents or disasters on the oceans. Therefore, this thesis firstly points out issues and problems of current search and rescue operations, and secondly studies three primary factors of the search and rescue operations, which are decision of search range, decision of search asset, and decision of search duration. Finally, the thesis suggests a theoretical foundation of the search and rescue operations by applying the result of studies and the marine search theory through a theoretical approach to reasonable standards.

Unstructured workspaces which are typical in construction contain unpredicable activities as well as changing environments. Most automated and semi-automated construction tasks require real-time information about the local workspace in the form of 3D geometric models. This paper describes and demonstrates a new rapid, local area geometric data extraction and 3D visualization method for unstructured construction workspaces that combines human perception, simple sensors, and descriptive CAD models. The rapid approach will be useful in construction in construction in order to optimize automated equipment tasks and to significantly improve safety and a remote operator's spatial perception of the workspace.

Since the government is fully aware of the specificity and importance of the healthcare field, it operates bureaucracy and affiliated organizations composed of many government ministries and experts and is also handling the related bureaus. However, recent incidents of humidifier disinfectant not only make these government activities unreliable but also cause disappointment to many people. Why did not the government take active measures to ensure product safety? But why was the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) able to speed up the identification of the cause and the recovery of the product? The purpose of this study is to clarify the behavioral mechanisms of government intervention by comparing the behaviors of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the KCDC. Then, we will discuss the desirable government structure.

In recent, the rolling stocks are gradually complicated in respect with design and production to improve the safety and reliability. Also, the reliability centered maintenance corresponding with system specification or technical requirements is needed to meet the higher quality in railway service. In present, each railway authorities are collecting the failure's data using information system, applying those for maintenance works. However, this system has not established with systematic and scientific approach. This paper represents the existing activities and plans for RCM management system for AREX's EMU.

RCM developed by American air industry in early 1960, its process is most realistic for some physical assets and it permits the system to maintain given function status through decision of demand about optimum maintenance. Therefore, many industries have selected RCM technique and have carried out RCM in order to solve many problems concerning maintenance management. Through the execution of RCM, we can solve actual problems And finally we will be able to develop more and more maintenance activities with RCM notion. In this study, we will consider the application of KTX-RCM which is set up with basic theory of RCM and constructed to improve trainset safety, availability and regularity of KTX, linking with CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System).

The pilot's aeronautical decision-making during the flying greatly affects flight safety, and the importance of situational awareness has been greatly emphasized as a prerequisite for making the right decision. This is the reason why more research and interests are needed to help students entering the pilot training program develop excellent situational awareness from the initial stage of training. Situational awareness is closely related to long-term memory activities in human information processing, and pedagogy and cognitive psychology have emphasized the encoding techniques as an effective long-term memory method. This study was conducted to confirm whether pilot students' using the encoding techniques to learn flight education materials in the early stage of their training at domestic universities has a positive effect on improving their situational awareness.

Green Construction is the construction activities that conserved energy, land, water and material to reduce the negative effect to the environment while assuring essential demand on quality and safety during project construction. This paper critically examine the contribution of awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation with the green construction benefits. A measurement model based on the theoretical framework and exploratory factor analysis was developed and tested using structural equation modelling technique. This study employs a survey research methodology involving a total of 346 respondents among construction contractors, developers, clients and consultants in the construction industry. The findings indicate that the awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation are significant predictors of the green construction benefits. From the practical perspective, the findings should alert the construction participants on the need of awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation towards the green construction benefits. In addition, the findings can be used as diagnostic tool for continuous improvements in the Malaysian construction industry.
