THE ADDITIONAL POINT SYSTEM OF NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE FOR DENTAL TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH A SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEED IN KOREA (한국의 장애인 환자 치과 진료를 위한 국민 건강 보험 가산제도의 종류 및 청구 현황)

  • In order to increase the accessibility of dental care for people with disabilities, National Health Insurance Service has implemented an additional point system of National Dental Insurance for dental treatment of patients with a special health care need (AID). The purpose of this study is to investigate the types and status of AID in Korea using data of the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service from 2011 to 2017. The basic consultation fee is increased by 9.03 points (713 won) for brain disorder, intellectual disability, mental disability, or autistic disorder. From 2011 to 2015, the number of claims with a basic consultation fee increased from 90,456 to 141,179. Dental treatment and surgical treatment fee is increased by 100% of the defined insurance score for each of the 15 items. During the five years from 2012 to 2016, the number and amount of claims for each item increased steadily. Of the total claims for 5 years, endodontic treatment was highest, with 107,477 cases, followed by 51,641 cases of scaling. There are two types of dental safety observation fee, simple and complex. The simple safety observation fee is 10,370 won per day, and the complex safety observation fee is 20,750 won per day. Dental safety observation fees were charged 34 times in 2015, 14 times in 2016, and 41 times through May 2017. From 2011 to 2017, the number and amount of claims using AID for dental care for people with disabilities increased. However, considering that the number of registered dental users with disability was about 560,000 in 2016, the number of claims using AID is 1-20,000, which is less than 2% of registered dental users with disability. Therefore, it is necessary to expand dental services for people with disabilities including AID.

  • The safety inspection cost of the construction work was based on commercial facilities classified as a single building. Therefore, it is not possible to fully reflect the characteristics of the multi-building construction project such as apartment houses. Therefore, this study suggests a reasonable estimation model that can fully reflect the characteristics of the multi-building construction project. The safety inspection cost estimation model proposed two models such as construction cost ratio method and cost plus fixed fee method. And these models were simulated by the apartment construction work and compared with the current standard. As a result, the current construction cost ratio method has shown that the safety inspection cost tends to be overestimated as the construction size increases. Therefore, the proposed model has reflected characteristics of the multi-building construction project, so that it can reasonably estimate the safety inspection cost more than the current standard.

A Study on the Improvement of Technical Guidance Fee for Preventing Accidents at Small-Medium Construction Sites (중·소규모 건설현장 재해예방 기술지도 대가 개선에 관한 연구)

  • Under Korean law, small-to-medium-sized construction projects with budgets of more than 100 million won and less than 12 billion won must receive technical guidance by a visiting technician belonging to a specialized institution. This study proposed a method for calculating the technical guidance fee to prevent the potential inadequacy of technical guidance when the responsibility providing the technical guidance fee is changed from a contractor to a client. The method simplified the construction works which should receive technical guidance into four sections according to the construction amount. For each section, the number of instances of technical guidance per day provided by the visiting technician and the minimum technical grade of the visiting technician were limited, and the guideline for estimating engineering services fees was applied to calculate the fee per instance of technical guidance. The results show that the proposed method can be applied to the establishment of a technical guidance fee guideline since it well reflects the current fee distribution and K2B analysis results.

  • Purpose: The objective of this study is to verify the economic validation of quality management integrated train freight car by analyzing economic evaluation indicators such as benefit and cost, net present value, and inter rate of return. Methods: First, we itemize benefit and cost field by reviewing literatures; Benefit consists of 1)Safety, 2)Operation, and 3)Maintenance; Cost consists of 1)Set-up fee, 2)Wireless internet fee, and 3)Cloud storage using fee. Second, based on these estimated values, we conduct an economic evaluation analysis. Among them, benefit and cost, net present value, and internal rate of return are selected. Results: As a result, all estimated values are highly over criterion of economic validity($$B/C{\geq}_-1$$, $$NPV{\geq}_-0$$, $$IRR{\geq}_-R$$); 1)benefit over cost ratio is 28.22, 2)Net present value is 8,121.66million KRW, and 3)Internal rate of return value is 2272%. Conclusion: The findings of this study will help making a decision when train industry adopts IoT technology for improving the effectiveness.

  • The goal of This study is to predict medical fee by accidents at home and the factors of accidents, and also to suggest the conditions of housing adaptations for elderly people. As the result of in-house accidents, on average 2.97 million Korean won was to be spent for medical care. Furthermore, 2808 billion Korean Won, which was predicted by multiplying the number of older people with the reported accident rates of 2.0% by the National Health and Nutrition Survey 2005, can be estimated to pay on medical care in 2005. And in addition it is analyzed on residential conditions and 65 cases of elderly housing. According to the 65 safety problem cases, it examines that in-house accidents of older people generally happen at the steps, toilet and bathroom. It is necessary to adapt physical conditions and it is more effective. As the result of research, medical fee by accident at home has been increasing and also it could be predicted to spend 280,800million won in 2005. To reduce medical fee, it is necessary to promote physical environment by renovation. When be decided to renovate a housing, we know that it is more effective to use a checklist of space using at home. And also it is suggested to amend a checklist with other factors including physical conditions and health condition and so on to promote a correctness.

  • Many students can experience, such as for credit and social activities through field trips and participate in field trips. For on-site field training exercise participants currently in Gwangju University They take part in field trip 1, 2, 3 and 4 as the type.. Field Practice 1 type in summer and 2 in winter of 4-week period during vacation holidays with 3 credits, field trips 3 type of 8-week period during vacational holidays with 6 credits recognized for \400,000 in job training fee is also payable by the Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation Agency. 4 types of job training are fourth grade (Architecture Grade 5) can be employed in conjunction for more than 15 weeks and admitted to the second semester of 15 credits by participating in job training.   • The paper decribes a procedure for the evaluation of the effect of seepage force on stability of slopes. The stability of an embankment impounding a water reservoir is highly depend upon the location of seepage line with the embankment. To evaluate the accurate safety factor of an embankment, it is important to illustrate the seepage phenomenon. Of particular interest is the stability following a rapid change of reservoir level.
