현대의 자동차는 안전필수(Safety Critical) 시스템이기 때문에 차량의 안전성을 보장하는 것은 물론 초 연결사회를 지향하는 사물인터넷 기술의 발전과 자동차의 스마트화 됨에 따른 자동차 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라 자동차 소프트웨어와 공급망에서의 보증 방안과 공급망에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 식별, 평가 및 통제하기 위한 위험관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 Life-Cycle 내에서 이해관계자 별 위험관리(A-SCRM, Automotive Supply Chain Risk Management) 방법을 연구 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) of diagnostic X-ray units. The surveys for QA/QC, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The QA/QC included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81. 25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test.

도심환경에서 저공해/저소음으로 운항이 요구되는 eVTOL 항공기는 왕복행정엔진이나 터빈엔진과 같은 전통적인 추진시스템이 아닌 대부분 배터리를 이용한 전기추진시스템을 동력원으로 사용한다. 이에 따라 전기추진시스템에 대한 인증제도 마련 및 전기추진시스템의 안전성 확보방안이 중요한 이슈가 되고있다. 미국의 경우 전기추진시스템을 인증하기 위해 FAR Part 33에 준하는 특수기술기준을 발행하였고 유럽의 경우 전기추진시스템의 인증을 위해 다양한 특별조건을 제정하였다. 따라서 국내에도 미국, 유럽에 맞춰가며 eVTOL 항공기 전기추진시스템 기술기준에 대한 대비가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특별조건 중 전기/하이브리드 추진 시스템의 기술기준인 SC E-19를 분석하였고 기존 항공기 안전성 평가 절차인 ARP 4761에 항공기 수준에서 적용 되어야하는 SC E-19 기술기준을 적용시킴으로써 항공기에 장착하는 전기추진시스템의 안전성 확보 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 Ehang 184 전기추진시스템의 사례연구를 통해 제안한 전기추진시스템의 안전성 확보 방안이 항공기 수준에서 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Background: The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of the Second Korean Working Conditions Survey (KWCS), focusing on its validity and reliability. Methods: The external validity was evaluated by the assessment of sampling procedures and the response rate, in order to investigate the representativeness of the sample. The content validity was evaluated by the assessment of the development of the questionnaire, and the consistency of questions for the selected construct. The test-retest method was used to evaluate the reliability by means of a phone call survey of 30% of the respondents, who were randomly selected. The respondents' satisfaction regarding the survey procedures and interview time were analyzed to evaluate the quality of survey data. Results: The external validity was assured by an acceptable sampling procedure, rigid multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. The content validity was also guaranteed by a reasonable procedure for the development of the questionnaire with a pretest. The internal consistency of the questions for work autonomy was maintained, with 0.738 of Cronbach's alpha. The response rate of 36% was lower than that of the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS), with a contact rate of 66%, compared to 76% for the EWCS. The matching rates of the five retested questions were more than 98% reliable. Conclusion: The quality of the second KWCS was assured by the high external and content validity and reliability. The rigid sampling procedure and development of the questionnaire contributed to quality assurance. The high level of reliability may be guaranteed by the sophisticated field survey procedures and the development of a technical manual for interviewers. The technical strategies for a high response rate should be developed for future surveys.

The track and bridge interaction should be considered for the safety check of railway bridge design as the longitudinal forces transmitted to rail and bridge are changed by longitudinal stiffness of bridge system. The longitudinal stiffness of bridge structures is determined by the magnitude of the ballast resistance, the expansion length of superstructure, and longitudinal stiffness of substructure including pier and foundations. In this study, the main factors affect on the longitudinal rail forces are discussed and the computational parametric analysis of rail forces considering rail-bridge interactions. And the required range of stiffness of sub-structures and span length for the assurance of safety of CWR(continuous welded rail) track is suggested.

ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

To acquire the safety along with durability of mechanical machinery products, we should consider the structural mechanics such as stress, deformation and dynamic vibration characteristics and identify those important aspects in the stage of preliminary design engineering. This cryogenic ball valve is used to transfer the liquified natural gas which temperature is $-196^{\circ}C$, supplied pressure is $168kg/cm^2$. For the cryogenic ball valve, the assurance of structural integrity and operability are essential to meet not only normal, abnormal loading conditions but also functionality during a seismic event. In this thesis, analytical approach and results using finite element analysis and computational method are herein presented to evaluate the aspects of structural integrity along with operability of cryogenic ball valve. In this study, we designed the high pressure cryogenic ball valve that accomplishes zero leakage by elastic seal at normal temperature and metal seal at high temperature.

The evaluation of Conflict detection and Resolution Algorithms require the use of analytical that describe encounter flight safety and the costs and benefits of optimization maneuver. A number of such algorithms have been applied in the past to the free flight. Each algorithm has benefits and limitations, and flight safety may be facilitated by combining the best features of various techniques. This paper studied a summary of conflict detection and resolution algorithm approaches. Algorithm techniques are categorized and the fundamental assumptions, capabilities, and limitations of each approach are described. The Algorithms are evaluated and compared based on their applicability to free flight airspace conflict situations.

우리나라의 가스소비량은 매년 크게 증가하고 있다. 본고에서는 국내에서 발생한 가스사고를 분석하고 배관건전성 평가방안 및 안전성 확보방안에 대하여 국내외 분석자료들을 정리하고 그 내용을 검토하였다. 국내 가스사고 자료는 배관손상뿐 아니라 각종가스 사고가 포함된 광범위한 데이터 자료이다. 국내 가스배관이 대부분 매설된 지 얼마안된 상태로서 손상사례가 드물어 매설배관에 대한 손상사례 자료의 체계적인 수집 및 분석이 아직 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 보에서 제시하는 데이터는 천연가스뿐 아니라 LPG나 일반가스까지 포함된 자료들로서 앞서 제시한 외국의 데이터와 직접적인 비교는 어려운 상황이다. 또한 가스배관 건전성 확보는 매우 중요한 사항이지만 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 국내에선 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 본보에서는 미국의 사례를 중심으로 배관 손상시 원인규명 방법과 손상 억제방안 및 배관손상 조기감지 체계 등에 관하여 설명하도록 한다.

International organization and airport operator have issued a guidance manual with regard to the sustainability specialized in airport by adopting environment friendly rating system and developing a variety of sustainable practices. The structure of framework is essential to the development of practical and effective sustainability guideline of airport. Evaluation criteria and method for airport sustainability properly designed is necessary for the assurance of the level of sustainability. In this study, evaluation criteria and method proper to airport after structuring of framework for airport sustainability will be suggested by reviewing a variety of reference documents issued from foreign and domestic organization.
