Chemical plants with high-technological equipments and complex processes are continually increasing potential hazards that may result in huge industrial accidents. If an incident breaks out, it will have a hazardous effect on in-plant workers, neighboring inhabitants or the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a safety management system that can pre-evaluate the safety and reduce the risk of a chemical plants. The safety management evaluation program developed in this study can implement an effective loss control management in chemical plants. It integrates important lists in safety management lists and legal measures to analyze elements systematically. It also includes incident case analysis and the required components in domestic laws.

국내 건설재해율은 1992년 도입된 이후 현재까지 PQ에 '환산재해율' 반영 등을 통하여 건설재해 감소 및 건설업 안전관리 체제 구축에 기여하고 있다. 또한, 최근 정부가 도입 추진 중인 종합심사낙찰제에도 '재해율' 및 '사망만인율'이 평가항목으로 구성되어 입 낙찰제도의 그 영향력이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 현행 건설재해율은 입 낙찰제도에 따라 이원화된 기준으로 산정 및 운영되고 있는 실정이므로 현 시점에서 건설재해율 평가지표에 대한 현황 검토와 효율적 운영을 위한 방안이 모색될 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건설업체의 재해관리 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 현행 건설재해율의 평가 운영에 대한 현황 검토를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 건설재해율 평가지표의 일원화를 위한 산정기준, 평가대상업체 범위 설정, 건설업 공상처리 개선 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 개선방안을 통해서 보다 효율적이고 합리적인 건설재해율 평가지표의 산정 및 운영이 가능할 것이며, 나아가 건설업체의 자율적인 안전보건 활성화 등을 통한 건설 재해 감소 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

수출입 증명, 위생등급제, 식품 민원처리, 식품 관련 인증, 식품 위해정보 관리 및 식품이력추적 관리제도 등 식품안전관리 시스템에 블록체인 기술도입의 적절성을 효과성과 제약성 평가지표에 따라 전문가 대상 설문조사를 실시하여 평가하였다. 식품안전 업무영역별 블록체인 도입 적절성에 대한 포트폴리오 분석을 진행하여 블록체인 도입 우선순위를 설정하였다. 블록체인 도입 시 효과를 기대할 수 있는 영역은 식품인증, 위생등급제, 위해정보 및 수출입 증명 업무였다. 반면, 이력추적 및 민원처리업무의 경우 블록체인 도입의 효과성이 낮아 도입대상에서 제외할 것으로 평가되었다. 한편 조사된 6가지의 식품안전관리 업무영역 모두에서 블록체인 도입 시 비용, 법 제도 개정 등 보통 이상의 제약성이 존재하였다. 특히, 식품이력추적관리 분야는 도입 추진 시 가장 제약사항이 많을 것으로 평가되었다. 블록체인 도입 시 수출입 증명업무의 효과는 높으나 비용과 법 개정 등 제약성이 높아 블록체인 도입을 위해서는 제도개선 등이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 평가대상 업무분야들 중 식품인증, 위생등급제 및 위해정보 관련 업무는 블록체인 도입 시 신뢰성과 투명성을 크게 향상시키면서 제약성이 상대적으로 낮아 블록체인을 우선적으로 도입하는데 적합할 것으로 평가되었다.

연구목적: 개정된 산업안전보건법의 사업주의 책임 및 의무확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가가 안전관리 시스템 개선에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법: 선행연구의 내용과 분석 결과를 비교하여 학술적 논의를 실시하였다. 선행연구로부터 수집한 측정도구로 설문지를 제작하였고, 수집된 데이터로 통계적인 다중 회귀분석를 실시하였다. 연구결과:연구가설 사업주의 책임 및 의무 확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가 강화가 안전관리시스템 개선에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론:사업주의 책임 및 의무 확대와 발주자의 사업주 평가 강화는 건설재해예방을 위한 건설 안전관리시스템 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있다.

이 인구에서는 안전관리체제(ISM code) 실행지원 모듈개발중 하나인 ISM Code 운영펑가 모들 개발을 위한 기초작 연구를 수정하였다. 특히 ISM Code 운영평가 모듈 개발을 중심으로 AHP의 운영평가 분석과정과 설문지 설계, 운영평가모형 기준의 위계 구조를 징립하였다는 것에 대해 그 의미가 있겠다. 또한 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 하나인 AHP 기법을 운영평가 모듈 개발에 적용을 시도했다는 것에 대해서도 한층 가치가 있겠다.

산업에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 위험을 발굴하고 제어하는 리스크관리에서 기업의 지속 가능한 발전을 목표로 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조)경영을 도입하고 있다. 앞으로는 기업 지속가능성에 대한 가치 판단 도구로써 ESG 평가가 더욱 활용될 것이다. 이러한 ESG 평가를 활용하여 기업의 사고 예방 정도를 관리하고 있다. 현행 ESG 평가체계에 대한 형태소 분석을 통하여 안전에 대한 평가항목을 분석하여, ESG에서 활용 가능한 정량적 '안전평가지표'가 미흡함을 알았다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 산업 사고 데이터를 분석하고 집중 관리가 필요한 '사고 기여 인자'를 도출했으며, 해당 결과를 기반으로 보완이 필요한 주요 안전관리 항목을 선정했다. 선정한 항목들은 '사고 예방 관리'에 적합한 평가 요소로 최적화시키는 과정을 거쳐, ESG 안전 평가지표를 개발하였다.

The main objective of this paper is to propose a measure of evaluation for non-normal process capability. If a process is not normally distributed, but normal-based techniques are used, serious errors can result. Our approach to solve this problem is that the Pearson system, the Johnson system, and the Burr system are selected for estimating a measure of process capability using the percentage nonconforming. In this paper, we found that the Pearson system and the Johnson system were a conparatively reasonable methods to calculate out of specification by example.

Lecture Evaluation system is an only way, so far, to evaluate the quality of lectures in our university and yet has several problems. This system does not have any effects on professors; however, it is rather used to threaten assistant professors and/or part-time/full-time lecturers. As a result, students are still dissatisfied with the unchanging lectures of professors. Generally speaking, We should consider new ideas to introduce a head teacher system or improve the lecture evaluation system to open doors wider for teachers, professors do their best to expand students' understanding by practicing the Lecture Evaluation System. In fact, it is hard to keep the objectiveness that the professors estimate the quality of professors. That is why this check list should be restricted only as a guideline among the system. After all, it is expected to bring better educational circumstances when the system functions properly to provide professors to research more.

Approximately 40,000 elevators are installed every year in Korea, and they are used as a convenient means of transportation in daily life. However, the continuous increase in elevators has a social problem of increased safety accidents behind the functional aspect of convenience. There is an emerging need to induce preemptive and active elevator safety management by elevator management entities by strengthening the management of poorly managed elevators. Therefore, this study examines domestic research cases related to the evaluation items of the elevator safety quality rating system conducted in previous studies, and develops a statistical model that can examine the effect of elevator maintenance quality as a result of the safety management of the elevator management entity. We review two types: odds ratio analysis and logistic regression analysis models.
