차량충돌에 대한 보강토 옹벽 안전성 확보를 위한 가드레일 설치거리 (Establishment of Guardrail Distance for Safety of Reinforced Earth Retaining Wall by Vehide Collision)

  • In this study, the numerical analyses regarding the distance between the guardrail and the reinforced earth wall as parameter were performed to determine the safe distance of guardrail installed on reinforced earth wall from the reinforced earth wall. The analyses were fulfilled by increasing the distance between the guardrail and reinforced earth wall from 150mm to 750mm. The computer program used in this research is LS-DYNA, which is very' popular in analysis of vehicle collision. Ford single unit truck in NCAC was employed as the model of vehicle and the velocity of vehicle collision was 80km/hr. As a results of analyses, the safety of guardrail was secured regardless of the distance between the guardrail and block of reinforced earth wall. However, to secure the safety of block of reinforced earth wall the distance between the guardrail and block of reinforced earth wall should be over 600mm.

식료품제조업 전기설비의 전기화재방지를 위한 위험우선순위 분석 (Risk Priority Analysis for Preventing Electrical Fires in Food Manufacturing Electrical Facilities)

  • This study aims to introduce a method for risk assessment analysis aimed at preventing electrical fires within the manufacturing industry. Initially, we provided a functional block diagram illustrating the electrical equipment employed in various processes within a food manufacturing company in Chungcheongbuk-do. Subsequently, we categorized the components of each machine outlined in the functional block diagram and determined the priority of failure for each classified component. Upon implementing the model in the frying process of the food manufacturing company, specific components, including MC, motor, mixer heater, electric wiring, and terminal block, exhibit a risk priority number (RPN) of 40 or higher. This identified an electrical issue within the manufacturing process and environment. Consequently, we propose a methodology to identify latent failure modes that could escalate into fires or systemic issues if not promptly addressed. It is essential to note that while the FMEA presented in this study may not immediately impact food manufacturing, its applicability extends to various workplaces.

레일용접부의 건전성평가를 위한 고정밀 초음파 거리진폭특성곡선의 구축 (Construction of High-Precision Ultrasonics Distance Amplitude Characteristics Curve for Integrity Evaluation of Rail Weld Zone)

  • This study proposes integrity evaluation method of weld zone in rails using high precision distance amplitude characteristics curve(DACC) and ultrasonic signals. For these purposes, the ultrasonic signals for defects(porosity and crack) of weld zone in rails are acquired in the type of time series data and echo strength. 6 lines in the DACC indicated damage evaluation standard of weld zone in rails. The aquired ultrasonic signals agree fairly well with the mesured results of reference block and sensitivity block(defect location, beam propagation distance, echo strength, etc). The proposed high precision DACC in this study can be used for integrity evaluation of weld zone in rails.

The proposed TDACC in this study agree fairy well with the measured results of weld zone in titanium(weld defects as porosity). The proposed TDACC in this study can be used for integrity evaluation of weld zone in titanium.

  • 본 연구에서는 연안침식방지와 친수공간을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 새로 개발된 환경친화형 친수호안블록의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 반사율과 안정성을 대상으로 수리모형실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 블록의 현장적용 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This study proposes construction of through transmission for weld defects detection of rail weld zone from ultrasonic signals. For these purposes, the ultrasonic signals for defects(porosity and crack) of weld zone in rails are acquired in the type of time series data and echo strength. 6 lines in the distance amplitude characteristics curve(DACC) indicated damage evaluation standard of weld zone in rails. The acquired ultrasonic signals agree flirty well with the mesured results of reference block and sensitivity block(defect location beam propagation distance, echo strength, etc). The proposed construction of through transmission in this study can be used for weld defects detection of rail weld zone.

  • 본 연구에서는 콘크리트로 제조된 블록이나 타일의 형상을 변형하여 이동통신 및 ETC 주파수 대역에서 우수한 전자파 차폐 성능을 최대화할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 측정 결과, 최적 설계된 블록의 형상은 약 30 dB의 차폐 성능을 나타내어 전자파 인체 안전성이나 전자파 간섭 문제의 대책 제품으로 사용 가능할 것이다.

  • Increasing the transfortation efficiency is very important issue in railway system. Speed-up of train and shortage of headway can be its solution. Headway can vary with blocksection length, characteristics of the railway and signalling systems. Safety braking distance needed for passenger's safety is very important factor in block section division method. In this study, basic block section division program was developed with the differential ratio of braking distance resulted by grade value of the track. More complete block section division program is going to be developed by the help of experienced experts.

  • Hospital costing has generally been using ABC costing method. However, based on increase of expensive equipment, the fixed cost is increased in the hospital industry. The most common equipment industry are using building block costing method for depreciation and equipment management costing elements. Additionally it presents three options that may be considered to be supported by the IT system to find the most appropriate alternative.

  • In this study, the performance evaluation and structural safety of rainwater permeation detention block were analyzed. As a result, the compressive strength (19.3 MPa), flexural strength (5.2 MPa), and permeability coefficient (2.0 mm/s) of the eco-friendly prefabricated rainwater permeable detention block satisfied the KS F 4419 and SPS-KCIC0001-0703 and it was confirmed sufficient safety even under maximum load.
