A Distributed Communication Model of Intrusion Detection System in Active Network

  • With remarkable growth of using Internet, attempts to try intrusions on network are now increasing. Intrusion Detection System is a security system which detects and copes illegal intrusions. Especially with increasing dispersive attacks through network, concerns for this Distributed Intrusion Detection are also rising. The previous Intrusion Detection System has difficulty in coping cause it detects intrusions only on particular network and only same segment. About same attacks, system lacks capacity of combining information and related data. Also it lacks cooperations against intrusions. Systematic and general security controls can make it possible to detect intrusions and deal with intrusions and predict. This paper considers Distributed Intrusion Detection preventing attacks and suggests the way sending active packets between nodes safely and performing in corresponding active node certainly. This study suggested improved E-IDS system which prevents service attacks and also studied sending messages safely by encoding. Encoding decreases security attacks in active network. Also described effective ways of dealing intrusions when misuses happens thorough case study. Previous network nodes can't deal with hacking and misuses happened in the middle nodes at all, cause it just encodes ends. With above suggested ideas, problems caused by security services can be improved.

  • In this study, Liquefaction characteristics of saturated sand under various dynamic loadings such as sinusoidal loading, increasing wedge loading, and real earthquake loading were investigated focusing on the dissipated energy. From the results of cyclic triaxial test, liquefaction resistance strength was calculated by the concept of energy according to the type of input loading. Liquefaction resistance strength was expressed in accumulated dissipated energy calculated from stress-strain curve(hysteresis loop). The dissipated energy according to loading type was compared and the energy-based evaluation was proposed. The procedures are presented in terms of normalized energy demand(NED), normalized energy capacity(NEC), and factor of safely, where NED is the load imparted to the soil by the loading(both amplitude and duration), NEC is the demand required to induce liquefaction, and factor of safely is defined as the ratio of NEC and NED.

안전계통에 이용되는 동시회로 (The Coincidence Circuit for the Safety Systems)

  • 원자로의 안전계통에 이용되는 2-out of-3 내시회로 및 파고선별기에 관해 인술하고 상세한 해석을 하였다. 1-out of-m 동시회로의 안전신뇌도 및 확사비상정지신뇌도에 관한 식을 유도하여 적정한 1의 값을 구하였다. 2-out of-3 동시유로는 펄스 합산 방법을 이용하여 설계하였으며 매우 간단한 원리로 동작한다. 파고선별기는 전 선렬영역에 걸쳐 좋은 직선성 및 threshold 안정도를 가진다. A 2-out of-3 coincidence circuit and a discriminator to be used in the safely systems in nuclear reactors are described and analyzed in detail. The expressions for the reliability and the spurious scram reiliability of 1·out of-m coincidence logic in general are derived and the optimum value of 1 is assessed. The coincidence circuit is designed by making use of the pulse-summing method and is very simple in principle. The discriminator has good linearity in in the whole discrimination range and good threshold stability.

인간형 로봇을 위한 6축 힘/모멘트센서 개발 (Development of 6-axis force/moment sensor for a humonoid robot)

  • This paper describes the development of 6-axis force/moment sensor for a humanoid robot. In order to walk on uneven terrain safely, the robot's foot should perceive the applied forces Fx, Fy, Fz and moments Mx, My, Mz to itself, and be controlled by the foot using the forces and moments. Also, in order to grasp unknown object safely, the robot's hand should perceive the weight of the object using the mounted 6-axis force/moment sensor to its wrist, and be controlled by the hand using the forces and moments. Therefore, 6-axis force/moment sensor should be necessary for a humanoid robot's hand and foot. In this paper, 6-axis force/moment sensor for a humanoid robot was developed using many PPBs (parallel plate-beams). The structure of the sensor was newly modeled, and the sensing element of the sensor was designed using theoretical analysis. Then, 6-axis force/moment sensor was fabricated by attaching strain-gages on the sensing elements, and the characteristic test of the developed sensor was carried out. The rated outputs from theoretical analysis agree well with the results from the experiments.

신장이식환자의 관상동맥우회로술 -2례 보고- (Coronary Artery Bypass Rrafts in Two Renal Transplanted Patients)

  • Doing CABG in patient with renal transplantation requires special concern to keep and preserve renal function safely during and after operation. We experienced two cases of CABG for treatment of myocardial ischemia. who underwent renal transplantation 2 and 3 years ago respectively. The first patient received single reversed saphenous vein graft at LAD and second one received double saphenous vein graft at LAD and OMI. Peri & postoperative urinary volume and renal function test were comparable with preoperative status in both cases. Although abnormal lipid metabolism due to long term use of immunosuppressive regimen act a causative role in development and progression of coronary artherosclerosis in renal transplantation patient, CABG can be done safely with some precaution including maintenance of adequate mean blood pressure and blood level of immunosupressive regimen during cardiopulmonary bypass.

측면 적재형 소형 임내 작업 차량의 횡전도 시뮬레이션 (Computer Simulation of Sideways Overturning of Side-Loaded Mini-Forwarder)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the sideways overturning stability of side loaded mini-forwarder. The model of a prototype was developed using a 3D CAD modeler and the performance was experimentally validated. The prototype model was run on the multibody dynamic analysis program, RecurDyn 6.0, to simulate motions when the model traversed over a circular bump on a inclined ground surface. The simulation was performed at a constant forward speed of 1.85 km/h under the loaded and unloaded conditions. The forward direction was also controlled to vary from 0 to 360 degrees with an increment of 10 degrees. Results of the simulation showed safe regions in which the mini forwarder could travel safely in terms of direction and slope of the ground. Even when the mini-forwarder was loaded by 20 logs of 3.6 m long and 12 cm diameter, it traveled safely within the ground slopes of 1 to 45 degrees by directions.

플라스틱 온실의 폭설피해 방지를 위한 가지주 장치 개발 (Development of a Temporary Pole Supporting System to Protect the Plastic Greenhouses from Heavy Snow Damage)

  • The pipe framed and arch shape plastic greenhouse, which is the most popular greenhouse in Korea, is relatively weak in snowdrift. Reinforcement of rigid frame or column is required to reduce the damage from heavy snow in this type. But additional rigid frames or columns decrease light transmissivity or workability, and increase construction cost. So it is desirable to prepare some temporary poles and to install them when the warning of heavy snow is announced. This study was carried out to develop the temporary pole supporting system using galvanized steel pipes for plastic housing and to evaluate the safe snow load on a temporary pole. A pipe connector, which is inserted in the top of pipe used in the temporary pole and supports the center purline, was designed and manufactured to be able to carry the upper loads safely. And a bearing plate was safely designed and manufactured in order to carry the loads acting on it to the ground. When temporary poles of ${\phi}$ 25 pipe are installed at 2.4m interval, it shows that the single span plastic greenhouses with 5~7 m width are able to support the additional snow depth of 13.9~25.3 cm beyond the snow load supported by main frame.

  • 3상 4선식 배전방식에서 비선형 부하증가로 인한 제 3고조파 전류발생은 선로의 중성선 및 기기를 과열시키는 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 고조파에 의한 역률저하 및 기기, 선로 등을 안전하게 보호할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 제 3고조파 전류로 인한 사고사례를 조사하고 고조파 분석 및 부하 불평형 등을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 가장 경제적인 4극 저압차단기를 사용하여 중성선의 과전류로부터 선로 및 기기를 보호하는 방법을 제시하였다.

VANET에서의 효율적인 긴급 메시지 전송 기법 (An Effective Emergency Message Delivery Mechanism for VANET)

  • VANET(Vechicular Ad Hoc Network)은 MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network)의 일종으로 인프라 없이 차량간 통신을 주목적으로 한다. VANET은 도로 상황정보를 기반으로 안전 운전 경고 서비스를 제공할 수 있고, 이를 통해 운전자는 안전 운전을 할 수 있다. VANET에서의 긴급 메시지 전송은 일반적으로 브로드캐스트 방법을 사용하여 일정한 범위에 있는 차량들을 대상으로 이루어진다. 그러나 일정 범위에 있는 차량들에게 브로드캐스트 메시지를 전송하게 되면 메시지 간의 충돌이 발생하여 전송 지연이 증가한다. 본 논문에서는 메시지 간의 충돌을 줄이기 위해 테이블 기반 방식을 이용한 브로드캐스트 방법을 제안한다. 메시지 성공률을 기반으로 메시지를 전송하게 될 경우 기존 방법에서의 메시지 충돌로 인한 재전송을 줄여 메시지 수신 지연 시간이 줄어든다.

Strategy Design to Protect Personal Information on Fake News based on Bigdata and Artificial Intelligence

  • The emergence of new IT technologies and convergence industries, such as artificial intelligence, bigdata and the Internet of Things, is another chance for South Korea, which has established itself as one of the world's top IT powerhouses. On the other hand, however, privacy concerns that may arise in the process of using such technologies raise the task of harmonizing the development of new industries and the protection of personal information at the same time. In response, the government clearly presented the criteria for deidentifiable measures of personal information and the scope of use of deidentifiable information needed to ensure that bigdata can be safely utilized within the framework of the current Personal Information Protection Act. It strives to promote corporate investment and industrial development by removing them and to ensure that the protection of the people's personal information and human rights is not neglected. This study discusses the strategy of deidentifying personal information protection based on the analysis of fake news. Using the strategies derived from this study, it is assumed that deidentification information that is appropriate for deidentification measures is not personal information and can therefore be used for analysis of big data. By doing so, deidentification information can be safely utilized and managed through administrative and technical safeguards to prevent re-identification, considering the possibility of re-identification due to technology development and data growth.
