Cloud computing is a system which efficiently utilizes resources. In this paper, we propose 2-factor authentication system combing PKI, ID_PW and location information. The proposed method improve the security of hybrid cloud systems and manage resources more safely.

This paper introduces an Adapative Goal Pertubation Method(AGPM) for mobile robots which can move safely without being locked in a trap situation. AGPM is a modified method of VFH(Vector Field Histrogram) that Borenstein has proposed. AGPM consists of Avoid-Trap-Mode, Escape-Trap-Mode and Check-Trap-Mode. Some results of the mobile robot that have 8 ultrasonic sensors are shown through simulations.

Sometimes, there are conditions when rapid control of the hypertension needed such as malignant hypertension, and the preoperative pereparation of the hypertensive patient requiring emergency operation, etc. Using the adaptive control algorithm, the mean arterial pressure reduction is achived rapidly and safely in hypertensive rabbit. Among the adaptive control algorithms the pole assignment self tuning control algorithm is superial to the one step ahead minium variance control algorithm. The convergence time is less than 600 sec, and the standard deviation of experimental data are less than 4 mmHg.

The objectives of railway construction and operation are transportation of passenger and freight safely and punctually. However, environmental effects such as noise, vibration, air pollution, underground water pollution and change of biosphere are emerged caused by train pass-bys. To avoid these adverse effects, new railway system has been developed around the world. This paper introduces LRT system and its environmental advantages. An environmental consideration for LRT design and adoptability for Korean situation are studied for the more.

They produce radioactive waste of which the most long-lived radioactive elements need to be safely stored for hundreds of thousands of years, isolated from humanity and the environment. The safe disposal of high level radioactive waste in mined cavities requires knowledge of the mechanical. thermal and fluid flow characteristics of rock as perturbed by a thermal pulse The literature review was performed to assemble data on the following properties: modulus tensile strength compressive strength thermal expansion specific heat, thermal conductivity thermal diffusivity and permeability.

Surgical procedures on the trachea have only been undertaken within the past 50 years. Knowing the unique blood supply of the trachea and how to reduce tension on any anastomosis are key to a successful outcome. Tracheal conditions requiring surgery usually present with shortness of breath on exertion, and preoperative evaluation involves computed tomography and rigid bronchoscopy. Tracheal resection and reconstruction can be safely performed with excellent outcomes by following a well-described technique.

Bond between reinforcing bars and the surrounding concrete is supposed to safely transfer load in the design process of reinforced concrete structures. Bar with high relative rib area will be studied further not only static load but also dynamic loading conditions to sustain better performance of bond for reinforced concrete structures under earthquake. To determine the bond behavior of high ribbed bars in beam and column joints under repeated loads, 31 pullout specimens were tested. Bond strength increases as relative rib area increases. Also the effect of relative rib area on bond is larger in cyclic loading than in monotonic loading.

Test methods by hydraulic oil or vehicular live load have been used for structural evaluation of prototype bridge. However it has been reported that the use of hydraulic jack has some disadvantages for the view of safety and economy, and the complete structural evaluation through each loading state can not be accomplished blocks is presented to overcome those demerits. To verify the application and safely of the use of concrete weight blocks during each loading state, it is applied to prototype deteriorated bridge. As a result, it could be evaluated the structural behavior completely using the concrete weight blocks

In general, the wireless services based on markup language and provided with wired network requires dedicated gateway system. But in this case, the serious problems such as security vulnerabilities, damage of contents are occurred to the application. In this paper, to improve above problems, we designed and implemented the new application named "Interacted Wired St Wireless Student Information System" using J2ME(Java 2 Micro Edition) platform and XML(eXtensible Markup Language) to transmit user data safely and support the system extendibility maintaining data format consistency respectively.pectively.

A performance measurement system for safety management was suggested with which performance of a company's safety activities can be expressed rationally, and analysis of impact with performance improvement. A key of the measurement system is performance index of the safety management activities, which consists of 3 perspectives; an external perspective, an internal perspective, and a innovation & learning perspective. Every perspective consists of 18 performance indices and each indices consist of activity unit a such planning, support, implementation, evaluation and review.
