Molten Core Concrete Interaction (MCCI) is a complex process characterized by concrete ablation and volatile generation; Thermal and solutal convection in a bubble-agitated melt; Physico-chemical evolution of the corium pool with a wide solidification range (of the order of 1000 K). Twelve experiments have been carried out in the VULCANO facility with prototypic corium and sustained heating. The dry oxidic corium tests have contributed to show that silica-rich concrete experience an anisotropic ablation. This unexpected ablation pattern is quite reproducible and can be recalculated, provided an empirical anisotropy factor is assumed. Dry tests with oxide and metal liquid phases have also yielded unexpected results: a larger than expected steel oxidation and unexpected topology of the metallic phase (at the bottom of the cavity and also on the vertical concrete walls). Finally, VULCANO has proved its interest for the study of mitigation solutions such as the COMET bottom flooding core catcher.

This paper aims to empirically study how service trade regulations and FTAs have affected trade in services of Korea, China, and Japan (KCJ). We estimate the gravity equation using the OECD Services Trade Restrictiveness Index (STRI), the Heterogeneity Index, and service trade data of KCJ and their main trade partners from 2003- 2010. The analysis revealed that the more restrictive regulations measured by the STRI are negatively associated with the services trade of Korea and Japan. In addition, Korean FTAs have had a significantly positive effect on service trade. Further empirical results showed that FTAs with a longer implementation period had a greater effect on services trade.

Recently, polymer insulators that are used for high voltage applications have some advantages such as light weight, small size, vandalism resistance, hydrophobicity and easy making process. During outdoor service of polymer insulators, the surface of the insulating material is frequently subjected to moisture and contamination that lead to dry band arcing. Their tracking resistance, erosion resistance, end sealing and shed design are very important because dry band arcing causes degradation of polymer surface. In this paper, the tracking property of polymer suspension insulator for power transmission is investigated with CEA tracking wheel test. The diagnosis of insulator sample in tracking test has been analyzed by leakage current, STRI Guide, SEM, FTIR and thermal image.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the influence of appearance cues on the intellectual impression formations, whether there are differen-ces in the impression formation between the case which the appearance is partially percepted and the case wholely percepted. The study consists of the experiment of the factorial design with 5 independent variables of Face (intellectual and social), Hair Style (intellec-tual and social), Clothing Style (intellectual and social), Textile Pattern(single, color, dot, and stri-pe), and Presentation Level of stimuli (upper-half and full-length). The outcomes of study are as follows : 1) The intellectual impression formation was influenced by face, clothing style, and textile pat-tern, but clothing style and textile pattern were more influential than face. When the models with intellectual face wore in intellectual clothing style, they gave more additional intellectual impression. And when intellectual clothing was in single color, it conveyed more intellectual impression. Hair style had no main effect but it influenced on the impression formation through interaction with other variables. 2) There were differences in the formation of the intellectual impressions between the case the appearance was partially percepted and the case wholely percepted. The case of full-lenth pressen-tation was more influential than that of upper-half presentation.

In this research, a experiment was performed to evaluate the electrical properties of outdoor insulator with the pollution cycle method. Cycle test methods such as DCM of STRI, IEC 61109 compared with pollution cycle method. Using dimatic properties of Korea peninsula, we could get the optimal condition for the pollution cycle method. As the factor, clean and saline fog, voltage, rainfall and drying was chosen. The applied voltage is 13,2 kV, the salinity of salt solution was changed from 0.1 wt% to 1.5 wt% and one cycle is about 4 hours. To ensure the reproducibility and reliability, experiments repeated 4 times. The leakage current was measured with Lab VIEW and the ESDD was measured with brushwiping method. This experiment could ensure superiority of pollution cycle method which developed through the result of this experiment and we could know the relationship between ESDD, leakage current and relative humidity.

The shape design of porcelain insulator is formalized but design standard for polymer insulator is no standardized up to now, much research is necessary in real condition. In this paper, the surface and tracking properties of polymer suspension insulator for power transmission is investigated with ICP-AES, SEM, EDX, tracking wheel test and flashover voltage test. The diagnosis of insulator sample in tracking test hass been analyzed by leakage current STRI Guide and thermal image.

This paper analyzes the impact of the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement on the basis of the published text and agreed schedule of commitments. We find that the Agreement reinforces existing patterns of comparative advantage between Canada (agriculture and resource-based sectors) and Korea (autos and other industries). The sensitive sectors that held up the deal for years - autos into Canada and beef into Korea - witness major trade gains, but are not unduly disrupted. In both economies, the major output gains otherwise come in non-traded services sectors, driven by income effects. We find that trade diversion effects are quite significant; this lends support for the domino theory of major free trade agreements - since the Korea-EU agreement broke the ice, the pressure has intensified on third parties to re-level playing fields by striking their own deals. The study breaks new ground in modelling services trade by developing policy impacts based on the extent to which the text of the Agreement modifies Korea's and Canada's scores on the OECD's Services Trade Restrictiveness Index and by providing estimates of Mode 3 Services trade impacts. The analysis of the Agreement as negotiated, the present study, in our view, is a step forward in understanding the impact of modern free trade agreements.

Aging test to estimate life property of polymer insulator is executed through several international standard such as IEC 61109 and CEA tracking wheel test, but is not getting clear conclusion yet. There are two methods in the diagnosis method of polymer insulator such as off-line and on-line. The diagnosis methods in off-line are external condition analysis by the eye, contaminant analysis on surface, surface analysis, pollution withstand voltage test, power frequency flashover voltage test, lightning impulse flashover test, tensile fracture load test and flexural load test. Polymer material is also investigated it's tracking resistance by adding surface active agent in IEC 587. In this paper, the tracking performance of polymer insulator with salt solution which is added surface active agent. The diagnosis of insulator sample has been analyzed by leakage current and visual examination, STRI guide and thermal image camera.

본 논문은 서비스 무역의 유형과 중요성에 대해 논하고 한국의 대응전략을 도출하고자 한다. 점차 중요성을 더해가던 서비스 무역은 서비스무역에 대한 일반협정(GATS)과 함께 그 형태가 구체화 되었다. 그러나 여전히 교역 자료의 이용 가능성이 낮은 편이다. 서비스는 제조업 생산의 부가가치를 높이고, 현재 정체된 상품교역을 넘어서는 교역 증대 효과를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러한 효과는 OECD에서 구축한 서비스교역제한지수를 활용한 연구들에서 확인되기도 한다. 한국의 서비스 교역 비중은 상품에 비해 현저히 낮은 편이고, 일부 분야에서는 여전히 만성적인 적자 상태에 있기도 하다. 이러한 상황을 극복하고 서비스 산업을 발전시키기 위해 주요 산업을 중심으로 적극적 서비스 개방을 추구하는 것도 고려할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 개도국과 선진국을 매개하는 Korea Standard를 제시하는 것도 가능한 방안으로 판단된다.
