버스정류장 쉘터 형태의 시각적 선호요인 분석 (Visual Preference Factor Analysis for the form of bus stop shelter)

  • 본 연구는 이용자 중심의 버스정류장 쉘터를 계획, 설계함에 있어서 필요한 시각적 선호요인을 파악하기 위하여 “주변 환경이 일정할 때 쉘터는 어떠한 요인에 의해 선호되어지는가?”에 대한 연구의문에서 출발하여 버스정류장 쉘터 형태에 영향을 미치는 선호요인을 구명하였다. 본 연구는 등간척도의 점수부가체계를 적용하여 이용자에 의한 쉘터 형태의 시각적 선호를 평가한 후 시각적 선호와 이에 영향을 미치는 선호요인들과의 관계를 다중회귀분석방법으로 검정하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통하여 버스정류장 쉘터 형태의 시각적 평가에 의한 요인분석 결과는 이용자 중심으로 한 버스정류장 쉘터 디자인에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구 결과는 버스정류장 쉘터의 계획 및 설치에 필요한 지식을 제공해 주고 이용자의 만족을 극대화할 수 있는 쉘터 디자인과 버스정류장 조성에 기여할 것이다. 또한 버스정류장 시설물 관리에 있어서 이용자 중심의 쉘터 관리를 전략적으로 마련하는데 유용한 지침을 제공할 것으로 판단된다. 특히 일상생활에서 대중교통 이용자의 시각적 평가에 의한 선호요인 분석은 버스정류장 계획에 요체가 될 것으로 판단된다.

블럽칼라링 기반의 횡단보도와 정지선 검출 (Stop-Line and Crosswalk Detection Based on Blob-Coloring)

  • This paper proposes an algorithm to detect the stop line and crosswalk on the road surface using edge information and blob coloring. The detection has been considered as an important area of autonomous vehicle technologies. The proposed algorithm is composed of three phases: 1) hypothesis generation of stop lines, 2) hypothesis generation of crosswalks, and 3) hypothesis verification of stop lines. The last two phases are not performed if the first phase does not provide a hypothesis of a stop line. The last one is carried out by the combination of both hypotheses of stop lines and crosswalks, and determines the stop lines among stop line hypotheses. The proposed algorithm is proven to be effective through experiments with various images captured on the roads.

Dose Motor Inhibition Response Training Using Stop-signal Paradigm Influence Execution and Stop Performance?

  • Purpose: This study examined whether 1) the motor inhibition response as cognitive-behavioral component is learning though a stop signal task using stop-signal paradigm, and 2) whether there is a difference in the learning degree according to imagery training and actual practice training. Methods: Twenty young adults (males: 9, females: 11) volunteered to participate in this study, and were divided randomly into motor imagery training (IT, n=10) and practice training (PT, n=10) groups. The PT group performed an actual practice stop-signal task, while the IT group performed imagery training, which showed a stop-signal task on a monitor of a personal computer. The non-signal reaction time and stop-signal reaction time of both groups were assessed during the stop-signal task. Results: In the non-signal reaction time, there were no significant intra-group and inter-group differences between pre- and post-intervention in both groups (p>0.05). The stop-signal reaction time showed a significant difference in the PT group in the intra-group analysis (p<0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant intra-group difference in the IT group and inter-group difference between pre- and post-intervention (p>0.05). Conclusion: These results showed that the motor inhibition response could be learned through a stop-signal task. Moreover, these findings suggest that actual practice is a more effective method for learning the motor inhibition response.

Trench Gate를 이용한 Field Stop IGBT의 전기적 특성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electrical Characteristics Improvement on Field Stop IGBT Using Trench Gate Structure)

  • The most recently IGBT (insulated gate bipolar mode transistor) devices are in the most current conduction capable devices and designed to the big switching power device. Use this number of the devices are need to high voltage and low on-state voltage drop. And then in this paper design of field stop IGBT is insert N buffer layer structure in NPT planar IGBT and optimization design of field stop IGBT and trench field stop IGBT, both devices have a comparative analysis and reflection of the electrical characteristics. As a simulation result, trench field stop IGBT is electrical characteristics better than field stop IGBT.

광역철도의 SKIP-STOP 운영에서 최적 열차패턴 및 차량소요 산정을 위한 정량분석 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Analysis to Determine the Optimal Train Service Patterns and Train-Sets Necessary under SKIP-STOP Operations in the Metro Railway)

  • Recently, in the metro railways, researches on the skip-stop operation and development of the double deck train-set are active, which is to improve the service quality through reducing the passenger travel time and suppling seating service. Constructing new line or reforming the existent line needs huge amount of budget. Therefore, previous to start these large scale projects, scrutiny on benefit improvement, cost reduction and those optimal trade-off is indispensable. In this paper, a quantitative analysis to determine the optimal train service patterns and train-sets necessary is proposed, under the skip-stop operation condition in the metro railways. The analysis models are formulated in mathematical programming model, and tested validity using the LINGO 7.0.

An Acoustic Analysis of the Aspiration Merger in Korean

  • In Korean, 'Aspiration Merger' is the result of the heteromorphemic sequence of lenis stop and /h/ becoming a single aspirated stop word-medially. However, the contrast between lenis stop-plus-/h/ and an underlying aspirated stop is maintained when they span Phonological Phrase boundaries. By varying the position in the prosodic domain such as APP (Across Phonological Phrase) and PPM (Phonological Phrase Medial) positions, the phonetic properties of the two categories are compared. In the results from noise duration and change of intensity, lenis stop-plus-/h/ show a large difference between the APP and PPM positions. The results from a noise duration comparison show that the two categories are completely neutralized into aspirated stop in the PPM position and the complete neutralization is sensitive to prosodic phrasing.

교통시뮬레이션 모형을 이용한 램프미터링 정지선 설정에 따른 효과분석 (The Effectiveness Analysis on Set of Ramp Metering STOP-line Using Traffic Simulation Model)

  • PURPOSES : This study performs fundamental research on ramp-metering design criteria. METHODS : We carefully review previous studies in terms of ramp-metering design criteria and then consider applicability in Korea. For this, traffic simulation model is employed to analyze actual effect according to specific location of stop-line when implementing ramp-metering. RESULTS : When a stop-line moving forward with a 50m interval, travel speed at mainline relative to current stop-line location tends to decrease. However, traveling speed at approach roads increase about 5~18% under the same condition. When a stop-line location moving backward with a 50m interval, mainline travel speed increase approximately 17~32% whereas traveling speed at approach roads decrease. All cases are compared with the current stop-line location. CONCLUSIONS : We believe that both cases are useful with respect to freeway management. For example, moving forward a stop-line case can be used management for queuing area at ramp section and approach roads. Moving backward a stop-line case can be used for traffic control, focusing on mainline of freeways.

Contact Start-Stop 방식에서의 극저부상 높이에서 Head-Disk Interface Interactions 연구 (A Study on Head-Disk Interactions at Ultra-low Flying Height in Contact Start-Stop)

  • The height of laser bumps has been considered as the limit of the minimum flying height in the contact start-stop (CSS) of hard disk drives. In this paper, tribological interactions at flying height under laser bumps are investigated in a spin stand for development of ultra-low flying head-disk interface. With the reduction of the spinning speed in a spin stand, the flying height is decreased under the height of laser bumps and, then, head-disk interactions are investigated using AE and stiction/friction signals. During seek tests and 20000 cycle-sweep tests, AE and stiction/friction signals are not significantly changed and there are no catastrophic failures of head-disk interface. Bearing analysis and AFM analysis show that there are signs of wear and plastic deformation on the disks. It is suggested that flying height could be as low as and, sometimes, lower than laser bump height.

수동운전 방식에서의 PSD시스템을 위한 정위치정차 판독방법 분석 (Detection Method Analysis for Train Correct Position Stop in Manual Operation for PSD System)

  • Platform Screen Door(PSD) has been installed in train manual operation section(ATS/ATC) by SeoulMetro since 2005. PSDs are now operating at 17 stations in SeoulMetro lines. As a result, it increases the safety of passenger, makes a comfortable platform and saves the energy of air conditioning. For PSD operation, train shall stop within 600mm of the train stop reference point. In train manual operation section, the detection system of train position is required to notify the train driver of train position and to ensure the condition that train stops the correct position for PSD operation. To detect the train stop position, the optical sensor shall be installed at platform. However, in case of SeoulMetro lines, the detection criterions of the train correct position stop are different because of using various types of trains which have different size and shape of front cars. In this paper, to solve this problem, the precise detection algorithm of the train stop at the correct position is used, and Laser distance measure sensor is introduced to notify the distance form the reference point of the train correct stop to train driver. This system has been applying to Seoul Metro line total.
