The purpose of this thesis is to do a research on suppression of peacetime international terrorism and penal system of terrorists by political and economic means. International terrorism means wanton killing, hostage taking, hijacking, extortion or torture committed or threatened to be comitted against the innocent civilian in peacetime for political motives or purposes provided that international element is involved therein. This research is limited to international terrorism of political purposes in peacetime, especially, hijacking of civil aircraft. Hijacking of civil aircraft include most of international terrorism element in its criminal act and is considered to be typical of international terrorism in view of multinationality of its crews, passengers and transnational borders involved in aircraft hijacking. Civil air transportation of today is a indispensable part of international substructure, as it help connect continuously social cultural and economic network of world community by dealing with massive and swift transportation of passengers and all kinds of goods. Current frequent hijacking of civil aircraft downgrade the safety and trust of air travel by mass slaughter of passengers and massdestruction of goods and endanger indispensable substructure of world community. Considering these facts, aircraft hijacking of today poses the most serious threat and impact on world community. Therefore, among other thing, legal, political, diplomatic and economic sanctions should be imposed on aircraft hijacking. To pursue an effective research on this thesis aircraft hijacking by six Chineses on 5th May, 1983, from mainland China to Seoul, Korea, is chosen as main theme and the Republic of Korea's legal, political and diplomatic dealing and settlement of this hijacking incident along with six hijackers is reviewed to find out legal, political diplomatic means of suppression and solution of international terrorism. Research is focused on Chinese aircraft hijacking, Korea-China diplomatic negotiation, Korea's legal diplomatic handling and settlement of Tak Chang In, mastermind of aircraft hijacking and responses and position of three countries, Korea, China and Taiwan to this case is thoroughly analyzed through reviewing such materials as news reportings and comments of local and international mass media, Korea-China Memorandum, statements of governments of Korea, China and Taiwan, verdicts of courts of Korea, prosecution papers and oral argument by the defendants and lawyers and three antiaircraft hijacking conventions of Hague, Tokyo and Montreal and all the other instruments of international treaties necessary for the research. By using above-mentioned first-hand meterials as yardsticks, legal and political character of Chinese aircraft hijacking is analyzed and reviewed and close cooperation among sovereign states based on spirit of solidarity and strict observance of international treaties such as Hague, Tokyo and Montreal Conventions is suggested as a solution and suppressive means of international terrorism. The most important and indispensable factor in combating terrorism is, not to speak, the decisive and constant resolution and all-out effort of every country and close cooperation among sovereign states based on "international law of cooperation."

According to Korean's geographical features of Taek Li Ji, the best location for human settlements is on the vicinity of a stream among a stream, an river and a sea, and not far from a ridge. The researcher chose one of best village which is called Yougokmaeul in Bonghwa-Gun, Kyungsang-Do. This village was created a gathering village with the same surname, can be translated as a hen and the front mountain can be seen as a rooster in the view of the shape of geographical features. As it were, the shape of this village and the cultivated land seems to be an egg inside a nest of a parent's chicken in the respect of the analogy of the theory of P'ungsuchiri which is known as Feng Shui in China and geomancy in the western world, and to effect the defensive psychology of the living environment in the terrain inland. This village is the studying place, Suckchunjungsa as the lecturing and studying place for their following students within the Chunghadonchun, the studying Yougok village, and even the ritual place performing ancestral sacrifices and the first incoming ancestor's graves in the same geographical system. The house site of the first incoming resident is surrounded the countian and is located in the front of Backsulryount which is the main mountain through Moonsu-san in the branch mountain of Korean's mountain system. Backsulryoung which is to be seen as the white peak, is symbolized the head of a hen which is to relate to a mysterious turtle in the view of P'ungsuchiri. And the pavilion which is called Chungamjung is sited on the rock of a shape of turtle which is symbolized to live longer. In the section of the mountain and water, Lee Jung Hwan mentioned a living place near the mountain stream is the best residential area and a landscape which is composed by a stream between mountains make a pleasure spirit and a bright feeling and make a refined person. If one can reach in the graceful mountain make a pleasure split and a bright feeling and make a refined person. If one can reach in the graceful mountain half day away, this kind of place must be a best living residential area to live. But this village was structured all in one place. And one of the ideas tangibly reflected in traditional Korean society's view of life and nature is the seclusion based on the Taoism. This kind of a dreamy thoughts make a dream to keep the paradise in our ancestors' mind. This kind of utopia is Chunghadonchun which is structured 5 aspects from the utopian gate near the Samgaesuewon to the village. These 5aspects is expressed by some Confucian thoughts as a small cosmos individually. On the third aspects which is the center among these aspects, the Suckchunjungsa which was made a seclusion place to devoting himself to his studies with refined tastes. The word of Jiju-am, Gangpung-dae, Jaewol-dae and Biryoung-pock are all expressed to cultivate one's moral character and to seek the truth by the Confucius'theory through the nature.

본 논문은 일제강점기 거국적인 민족운동으로 전개된 3 1운동과 여성독립운동을 세계평화의 시각에 대입하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 일본에 의해 국권을 상실했던 시기의 거국적인 민족운동으로 전개된 3.1운동은 세계사적 관점에서 보면, 평화운동의 일환이었다. 특히 3 1운동은 민중운동으로서 계층과 지역, 성별의 구분을 넘어선 독립운동이었으며, 그 시대 독립운동이 지향한 독립과 자유에 대해 평화적 견지에서 재해석할 필요가 있다. 첫째, 그 시대가 당면했던 독립의 과제는 시대적 민족적 견지에서의 독립이었으며, 평화운동의 일환이었다. 둘째, 3 1운동에 참여한 여성은 주체의지로 독립운동의 참여자, 실천자로 변화했으며, 독립운동사에서 한 주류로 한국여성독립운동의 맥락을 이어갔다. 셋째, 3 1운동은 국내는 물론 중국, 일본, 러시아, 유럽, 미주 등으로 확산되면서 아시아 약소국이 자유 의지를 발휘하는 데 영향을 주었고, 국내에서는 독립운동의 정신적 저력이 되었다. 이상에서 3 1운동은 세계평화의 관점에서 재인식되어야 하며, 3 1운동과 한국여성독립운동이 평화운동으로 주목받아야 할 것이다.

21세기는 지식과 정보의 창출 및 활용이 모든 경제활동의 핵심이 되는 지식기반 경제로 접어들고 있다. 이 시대의 문화는 단순히 인문학적 개념의 문화를 벗어나 산업성이 강조된 문화로의 모습을 확보함으로 사회적 역할을 배가시키고 있다. 문화산업, 문화콘텐츠 산업에 대한 관심 확대는 중앙정부는 물론 대다수 지방정부에서 지역경제 활성화의 명분아래 진흥하고 있는 사업이 되고 있다. 문화산업은 한 국가나 사회의 고유한 문화적 내용을 창조적인 기획력을 바탕으로 재창조해 내는 산업으로 대표적인 고위험 고수익(high risk and high return)산업이며 창조산업과 벤처산업의 특성이 어우러진 독특한 산업적 특성을 지니고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 시대와 산업적인 흐름에 일조 할 수 있는 우리의 소중한 문화자산이며 역사인 의병운동사는 또 하나의 원천 자원이 될 것이다. 역사적으로 보면 외부의 침략으로부터 나라를 구하기 위하여 자발적으로 일어난 의병운동은 우리의 가장 진솔한 민족문화의 하나 일 것이다. 우리나라는 과거부터 수많은 외침으로부터 나라를 지켜왔다. 임진의병, 정유의병 그리고 구한말의병으로 이어져 오는 그 정신과 문화 그리고 관련 유적 등은 전국 방방곡곡에 산재해 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 이러한 의병운동을 문화관광산업과 연계 할 수 있는 방안과 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

1997년의 외환위기와 2008년 금융위기를 겪으면서 한국의 사회구조는 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 양극화의 문제가 더 심각해졌고, 사회적 계층의 고착화로서 계층간 이동이 어려워졌다. 이러한 문제는 인구절벽의 문제와 더불어 사회 발전의 동력을 잃어버릴 수 있다는 위기감이 높아지는 결과를 가져왔다. 그리고 위기감의 이면에는 기존의 성장위주의 경제정책과 유럽의 여러나라에서 실시한 복지 정책으로는 문제를 해결할 수 없다는 현실이 반영되어 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 사회적 기업의 등장이 주목을 받고 있다. 사회적 기업은 사회소외 계층에게 일자리를 제공한다는 공익의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 경제적 수익을 만들어내는 것을 추구하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 최근들어서는 혁신적인 방법으로 새로운 사회적 기업의 영역을 넓혀가는 소셜 벤처들의 중요성이 증대하고 있다. 소셜 벤처는 기존의 사업영역이 아닌 새로운 영역을 개척하기 위해 위험을 감수한다는 측면에서 벤처기업의 성격이 있지만 공익달성이라는 사회적 기업의 성격도 동시에 가지고 있는 것이 특징이다. 즉, 창의적이고 도전적인 벤처 정신으로 사회문제의 솔루션을 제공하는 혁신적인 기업 모델인 것이다. 우리나라에서는 한국 사회적 기업 진흥원에서 소셜 벤처를 육성하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 사회적 기업, 소셜 벤처 등에 대한 관심과 중요성은 점차 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 이러한 학문적 연구는 아직까지 부족한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 사회적 관심과 중요성을 반영하고, 선행연구의 부족함을 보완하기 위하여 성공적인 사회적 기업, 소셜 벤처의 사례를 소개하고 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 아울러 본 연구를 통하여 소셜 벤처의 창업에 대한 관심과 연구가 활성화되길 기대한다.

누정은 대체로 승경의 요처에 자리하여 상자연의 풍류를 극대화하고 있는 장소이다. 이러한 곳이기에 조선조 사인들은 누정을 소유하는 것이 평생의 꿈이었다. 그러므로 누정과 관련된 문학작품은 여러 장르에 걸쳐 많을 수밖에 없다. 여기서는 누정시조를 누정의 기능과 관련하여 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 그것을 요약하면 다음과 같다 첫째 누정은 경관이 좋은 곳에 자리 잡고 있음으로 산수자연을 감상하기에 좋은 장소이다. 사방이 트인 공간이기에 돌아다니면서 경관을 볼 필요가 없다. 그러므로 누정시조에서의 산수자연은 여타의 산수유람 시조의 감상태도와는 차이가 있다. 즉 산수유람 시조는 장소를 이동하면서 산수자연을 감상하는 모습이 나타나는 반면 누정시조는 한자리에서 '눈돌리기‘만으로 산수자연을 앙관, 부찰, 원망한다는 점이 다른 것이다. 둘째, 누정은 학문수양 및 강학의 공간으로 기능하기도 한다. 누정은 상대적으로 막히고 답답한 공간인 서원에 비해 교육효과가 높을 수 있다. 그러기에 이곳은 학문수양과 강학을 하는 등 서원과 같은 역할을 했다. 더 나아가 산수자연을 감상하면서 그 속에서 자연의 이치를 깨닫기도 하고 호연지기를 기르는 공간이기도 하다. 이러한 유형의 시조는 대부분 한시와 같이 전해지며 성현의 이름이나 고전의 문구가 작품 속에 등장한다는 특징을 지닌다 셋째. 누정은 계회 및 시회의 공간으로 기능한다. 누정 주인의 요청에 의해 시적 교류가 이루어지고 이런 시적교류는 후에 시단 및 가단 형성의 중요한 동기가 된다. 넷째, 누정은 유오적 주연의 기능을 한다. 단순한 유오적 주연의 공간이라 하더라도 개방적인 누정의 특성상 사대부로서의 일탈된 면모가 나타나지 않는다. 하지만 누정이라도 폐쇄성이 있는 경우는 사대부들의 긴장이 이완된 형태의 작품이 나타나기도 한다.

한국 중소수출기업의 인터넷을 이용한 수출마케팅 전략과 성과와의 관계를 밝히기 위하여 본고에서는 우선 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 한 연구모형의 개발 및 연구가설이 설정되었다. 이렇게 설정된 연구가설은 설문조사를 통한 자료수집과 MANOVA에 의한 통계분석을 통하여 검정되었다. 그 결과, 주로 세일즈와 광고에 적용되는 커뮤니케이션 효과계층의 고전적인 AIDA 모델을 준용한 수출성과와 인터넷 수출마케팅전략 변수간에는 거의 대부분의 경우 통계적으로 유의미한 관계가 있음을 발견하였다. 특히 AIDA의 효과계층 중 최종 수출계약성과에 비하여 그 이전 단계인 커뮤니케이션 효과가 더 크다는 사실을 확인한 것이 이 논문의 주요한 의의라고 여겨진다. 이라한 결과는 한국의 중소수출기업이 인터넷을 이용한 마케팅 전략을 짜는데 있어서 의미있는 시사점과 유의사항을 제공하고 있으며, 차후 연구자를 위한 하나의 준거가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 침수 및 온도변화에 따른 레진 브라켓 wing의 파절양상을 비교하여 구강내 환경이 레진 브라켓 wing의 물성변화에 미치는 영향을 관찰해 보기 위하여 시행되었다. 본 연구의 재료로 레진 브라켓 75개와 금속 브라켓 25개를 사용하였는데, 레진 브라켓은 상온에서 5개월 동안 방치한 경우와 $37^{\circ}C$의 증류수에 6개월 동안 침수시킨 경우, 그리고 $37^{\circ}C$의 증류수에 6개월 동안 침수시킨 상태에서 1개월에 350회씩 총 2,100회의 열순환 시킨 경우의 3가지 군으로 구분하여 처리하였다. 만능물성 시험기를 이용하여 금속 브라켓의 경우 wing의 변형강도를, 레진 브라켓의 경우 파절강도를 각 군별로 측정하고 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 금속 브라켓 wing의 변형강도에 비하여 레진 브라켓 wing의 파절강도가 매우 낮게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 2. 상온에서 6개월 동안 방치한 군에 비하여 침수시키거나 침수 및 열순환 시킨 군에서 브라켓 wing의 파절강도가 낮게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.001). 3. 단순침수에 비하여 침수 및 열순한 시킨 군의 브라켓 wing의 파절강도가 더 낮게 나타났으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 이상의 결과는 구강내 환경에 의하여 레진 브라켓 wing의 물성이 약화되므로 이의 강도증가를 위한 적절한 대책이 필요함을 시사하였다.

1993년 12월 23일 부여 능산리 고분군과 나성(羅城, 궁성을 감싸고 있는 성곽 사이 절터)에서 발견된 금동대향로(金銅大香爐)는 지금까지 상상조차 할 수 없던 찬란한 백제미술의 진수였다. 이 사건은 1400년 동안 적막했던 세월의 시공을 뛰어넘어 우리에게 다가온 백제금동대향로는 마치 무덤 속에 누워있던 조상이 몸을 일으켜 우리 앞에 현신(現身)한 것처럼 무엇인가 강력한 힘으로 우리에게 메시지를 전달 한 것이다. 21세기는 문화의 시대라고 말한다. 그러나 그 문화란 민족적이면서도 또한 민족을 뛰어넘지 않으면 안 된다는 것이 이 시대의 요청이다. 한마디로 민족없는 문화는 존재할 수 없지만, 민족만을 앞세운 문화 역시 존재할 수 없다는 것이다. 그것을 슬기롭게 헤쳐 나가는 길은 우리의 정체성을 회복하고 그 중심에서 다양한 문화를 포용하고 융화하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 백제금동대향로의 조형적 특징을 인식하고, 향로에 내제된 백제인의 정신세계를 이해하며, 조형성을 현대적으로 재구성하여 백제문화상품에 접목 우리의 금속공예를 세계에 알리는 동시에 잊혀져가는 한국공예문화의 정체성과 한국공예가 나아가야할 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

Purpose - This study is to propose a creative idea for constant business growth and development by examining characteristics of business outcomes by phase, which are "growth" and "erosion and stagnation," respectively. Research design, data, methodology - It is necessary to identify an occurrence of crisis and its diffusion with a dynamic model in order to identify a success and failure of businesses in an organic way, not on a binary structure. The static perspective is to understand a crisis as a simply one-time event or as a linear causation. Thus, it has a limited understanding of the overall situation and has limits to investigating a foundational cause and developing long-term countermeasures. On the contrary, the dynamic perspective is to understand the crisis as circulation process of the overall system. Thus, it divides elements of the crisis as external and internal ones to understand it as the causal relationship of each element. Results - During the growth period of Burger King, the company promoted its brand very successfully with aggressive and creative marketing activities. However, due to the founder's disposal of management rights and the following changes in the management, the company had no choice but to lose focus on its business philosophy and brand management, and eventually it had to face the big crisis (resonance) which was delisting from the stock market because of the external threat; well-being trend. However, Burger King resumed lifting on the stock exchange by making great efforts to clearly identify the current issues and seek solutions. Under the spirit of "perseverance" and its slogan "Have it your way" the company is now going head to head with McDonald's in the North American region and emerging countries. Conclusions - Then, what is the most crucial factor in the success and failure of businesses? Answers may vary, however, as learned from the case study of Burger King, corporations should inspect the present and focus on developing a long-term strategy for the future and actively fulfill the actions. McDonald's may not be able to innovate by itself in the future as it may become routinized to the growth. There will be chances of winning if we change conditions of individuals or organizations to an organic system in terms of being creative. There is a hopeful message here that an individual or small business may have more advantages in the era of the idea and innovation.
