A Study on Differences of Experiential Value, Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention Based on Segmented Groups of Tourism SNS Lovemarks Experiences (관광SNS 러브마크경험 세분집단에 따른 이용자의 경험적 가치, 만족 및 행동의도 차이연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the implications of analyzing users' market segmentation and characteristics based on the tourism SNS lovemarks experience. The results are as follows. First as a result of conducting factor analysis of tourism SNS lovemarks experience, five factors explained namely, mystery, sensuality, intimacy, trust, reputation. Second, as a result of conducting cluster analysis, four cluster groups were identified (reputation/sensuality centered experience group, high lovemarks experience group, intimacy centered experience group, low lovemarks experience group) and each characteristics were profiled. Third, as a result of Chi-square analysis and correspondence analysis, there was a difference in the characteristics of tourism SNS usage by cluster. Fourth, higher tourism SNS lovemarks experience segmented groups were more likely to recognize the degree of experiential value, satisfaction, behavioral intention.

Suggestions through exploring the relationship between Cadets' Motivation to use SNS and Life Satisfaction (사관생도의 SNS이용 동기와 생도 생활만족도와의 관계 탐색을 통한 제언)

  • We attempted to confirm the current status of the use of mobile phones by soldiers, especially SNS, in today's situation where the use of mobile phones is completely allowed, and to reach an agreement for the use of functional SNS in military life. To this end, 189 students at the Korea Army Academy at Yeongcheon were measured for SNS use motivation and life satisfaction, and the relationship between each sub-variable of SNS use motivation and satisfaction was analyzed. As a result, 3 out of 4 motives for using SNS had nothing to do with satisfaction, and rather, among the sub-variables, the pursuit of status showed a negative correlation with satisfaction. Therefore, the use of SNS to search for information or ideas should be encouraged. In addition, these findings prove that the vague belief that allowing SNS will increase the satisfaction of soldiers is not reasonable, suggesting that a careful approach is required to utilize functional SNS in the military.

The Effect of Insecure Attachments, Depression, and Life Satisfaction on SNS Addiction Tendency in University Students (대학생들의 불안정애착, 우울, 삶의 만족도, 성별이 SNS 중독 경향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effect of insecure attachments, depression, life satisfaction on SNS addiction tendency. Participants were recruited from 3 universities in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyungbook Province. Participants were given the survey including instruments that measured adult attachment, depression, life satisfaction, and SNS addiction tendency. Total 310 participants' data were used for analysis. Multiple regression revealed that SNS addiction tendency was predicted by anxious attachment(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001), depression(${\beta}=.17$, p=.003), and gender(${\beta}=-.25$, p<.001), except life satisfaction, and 26% of the variance was explained by these variables. These findings can help to expand the understanding and the development of the effective prevention/intervention programs of SNS addiction tendency for university students.

  • Currently, the e-commerce market in Korea is growing rapidly, particularly in online commerce, and transactions through SNS are constantly increasing. This study assessed the quality of service based on SNS by modifying and combining SNS-based applications and services. Two hundred and sixteen surveys from an online survey conducted using a cumulative sampling technique were analyzed. The confidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction were independent variables. The perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net profit were considered dependent variables. The results of 11 hypotheses were derived through SPSS 25. The results show that the perceived usefulness and customer satisfaction are affected by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and reliability. In addition, SNS - based commerces show a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and net benefits. The significant results are expected to help in future related research.

The Effects of Perceived Value and Stress on Continuous Intention in SNS : Focused on the Moderating Effect of SNS Type (SNS에서 지각된가치와 스트레스가 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 : SNS 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study examined the effects of perceived value (functional value, social value) and stress (complexity, insecurity) on continuous intention in SNS. In particular, this study examined the direct and indirect impacts of SNS type on the intention of continuing to use SNS. The research model was tested for 461 respondents that used SNS. SPSS 21.0 and PLS 2.0 techniques were used to perform reliability, feasibility, path and hierarchical regression analysis. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, the results indicate that functional value and social value have positive effects on satisfaction. Second, the results indicate that complexity had a negative effect on satisfaction. Third, the results indicate that insecurity and satisfaction have positive effects on continuous intention. Fourth, the results indicate that SNS type had a negative effect on continuous intention. Fifth, it was shown that SNS type had a moderating effect in the relationship between insecurity and continuous intention. Specifically, Insecurity had a stronger effect on continuous intention at closed-type SNS than open-type SNS. These findings suggest that closed-type SNS companies will have to address the anxiety of SNS users by providing various items and system devices.

  • This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop's SNS information and nail care service's quality affects to customer's satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service's quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop's quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.

  • In recent university classes, consistent effort to improve co-operative interaction and communication between student and professor utilizing SNS(Social Network Service) is being made. This research conducted survey study with 137 pre-teachers in Daejeon & Chungnam area in order to find the relationship between pre-teachers' ego resilience, level of social support and awareness of the instructional outcome in classes that incorporate SNS. According to the result, it has been found that male's class satisfaction is higher than female's class satisfaction, while significant correlations have been found between ego resilience-social support, social support-class satisfaction, social support-semester satisfaction, and class satisfaction-semester satisfaction. Also, ego resilience and social support have significant effect on awareness of the instructional outcome. From these results, a rather close attention towards students' characteristics and their adaptation in class is needed in order to successfully carry out classes that incorporate various new media.

Formation of Social relationship through SNS and adolescents' life satisfaction (SNS를 통한 사회적 관계 형성과 청소년의 삶의 만족)

  • The degree of adolescents' life satisfaction is very low and the formation of social relationship through SNS is getting important to adolescents. This study aimed to examine if bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation affect the life satisfaction of adolescents. Using 2012 Adolescents Social Media Usage Survey of National Youth Policy Institute, this study analyzed 4708 data by Multiple Regression. The results showed that the life satisfaction of male adolescents was higher than that of female adolescents. And the higher the level of bridging social capital and bonding social capital through SNS and political-social participation was, the higher the level of adolescents' life satisfaction. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to increase the life satisfaction of adolescents were discussed.

  • This study deals with the digital policy proposal through the path modeling study on the effect of the strength of weak ties & emotional perception leading to the user's satisfaction, WOM between game users, and the verification on the effect of the emotional real name SNS on the social network game's diffusion. Researcher confirmed that the effect of the strength of weak ties & emotional perception led to the user's satisfaction, WOM of SNG. Even though weak tie, researchers estimate that the users emotionally interact with the real name relation effect of SNS. And effective factors for WOM are not a tie relationship or emotional interactivity of weak tie antecedently but user's satisfaction. As a result, though antecedent factors (weak tie & interactivity) had a positive effect as real name SNS, eventually powerful factor of making buzz was the SNG user's satisfaction. Thus researchers expect the practical policy proposition for government & corporation, which means SNG service providers more carefully manage the service satisfaction for WOM with SNG user's experience.

The factors of SNS Characteristics and Organizational Culture Affecting Military Morale (SNS의 특성과 조직 커뮤니케이션 문화가 군의 사기에 미치는 요인)

  • Previously, there have been many studies on the fraud of employees, internal customers of the company, but there have been a lot of studies on military affairs that are closely related to the improvement of army's combat power. Therefore, this study investigates how communication satisfaction is influenced by the characteristics of SNS. For empirical verification, 240 soldiers were surveyed in this study. The analysis method was to investigate the correlation between each variable using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study show that the SNS characteristics have a positive effect on the overall model related to organizational communication satisfaction. Organizational communication satisfaction has a positive impact on military fraud and organizational communication satisfaction has been shown to mediate between army and SNS traits. Through this research, we intend to promote the morale of soldiers by activating communication among group members using appropriate level of social networking.
