생산시간 감소를 위한 강건 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Robust Design for reducing Production Time)

  • Each method for economic evaluation has its own characteristics. Therefore adoption of each of them in evaluation production investment project results in many problems. Hence combination & modification of them are required to perform more accurate evaluation about investment project. This paper discuss evaluation method of investment projects expansion and replacement investment on each line or individual in the production. Generally investment evaluation method has add to a few method by Subsidiary means with use a especial method. And then in this paper, a Taguchi Techniques is presented, which may be effective to the facilities appraisal or improvement. We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in production. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for reducing production rate in production management.

  • 파이로포스페이트의 $^{99m}$ Tc즉석표지 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. pH 3.5-5.5에서 냉동건조 상태의 파이로포스 페이트와 SnCl$_2$ 혼합물에 $Na^{99m}$ TcO$_4$ 용액을 가하여 녹임으로써 대략 90%의 표지수율을 얻었다. 표지생성물의 순도와 수율은 85% 메탄올과 0.85% NaCl 용액을 전개용매로하는 2차원 종이 크로마토그래피로 검토하는 한편 생쥐를 실험동물로 하여 생성착물의 생체내 분포 실험도 실시 하였다. 일반적으로 $^{99m}$ Tc (VII)의 환원제인 SnCl$_2$를 적은량 쓸수록 표지 수율이 좋았으며 파이로포스페이트와 SnCl$_2$의몰 비율은 10 : 1~50 : 1로 충분하였다. 환원된 미결합 $^{99m}$ Tc의 양이 많은 생성물을 생쥐체내에투여 할수록 간에 집적되는 방사능 양치 증가하는 것으로 보아 골격조영술에서 잘못된 영상을 얻게되는 원인은 환원된 미결합 $^{99m}$ Tc가 콜로이드 상태의 산화된 Sn 생성물에 흡착되어 일어 나는 것으로 생각되었다. 생성착물의 뼈와 간에 대한 분포비율은 투여후 60분 정도에서 최고 35 : 1이었으며, 파이로젠 시험결과도 양호함으로 생성착물은 골격질환의 연구나 진단목적에 적합함을 알수 있었다.

Long face를 갖는 성인과 normal face를 갖는 성인의 측모와 정모 두부방사선 사진상에서 안모유형의 차이에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE MORPHOLOGIC DIFFERENCES BETWEEN LONG-FACE ADULTS AND NORMAL-FACE ADULTS ON THE LATERAL AND P-A CEPHALOGRAMS)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the morphologic differences between long-face adults and normal-face adults on the lateral and P-A cephalograms. Long-face and normal-face subifects were selected clinically, and then each of them was taken the lateral cephalogram. According to SN-MP angle and ATFH on the lateral cephalogram, long-face group and normal-face group were classified. 2 long-face adults and 18 normal-face adults were collected, and each of them was taken the P-A cephalogram. The results were as follows: 1. The morphologic differences between long-face adults and normal-face adults were closely related to mandibular morphology. 2. Long-face adults, compared with normal-face adults, demonstrated significant increase in ALFH, and significant decrease in ramus height. 3. Long-face adults, compared with normal-face adults, demonstrated significant increase in AUDH and, ALDH, especially in ALDH. 4. On the P-A cephalogram, no measures of transverse dimension demonstrated significant differences between two groups. 5. On the P-A cephalogram, facial height/facial width ratio was significantly larger than normal in the long-face adults, and in the normal-face adults, facial height/facial width ratio was approximately 90%. 6. In the correlation analysis of SN-MP angle and ATFH with all the other variables, the correlation coefficients of SN-MP angle and PTFH/ATFH that of ATFH and ALFH on the lateral cephalogram demonstrated the highest value, and on the P-A cephalogram, SN-MP angle and Cg-GA-Me (Lt.), ATFH and lower facial height demonstrated the highest value of correlation coefficients.

NOx와 PM 배출물 특성을 고려한 오프로드 디젤 엔진의 강건 설계에 관한 연구 (Study of Robust Design of a Off-road Diesel Engine considering Emission characteristics of NOx and PM)

  • 적극적인 환경보호를 위해 그동안 상대적으로 소홀하였던 오프로드 엔진에 대한 배기가스 배출 규제가 강화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 NOx와 PM 배출물 특성을 고려하여 오프로드 디젤 엔진의 강건 설계를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 실험계획법에 따라 배출물 NOx와 PM의 측정 실험을 수행하고 다구찌 기법으로 망소 SN 비를 산출하고 분산 분석을 수행하였다. NOx와 PM 배출량에 영향을 미치는 제어 인잘로 인젝터 홀 수, 연료 분사 시기, EGR 율을 선택하였으며 각 제어 인자에 대하여 2 또는 3 수준을 고려하여 직교 배열표를 작성하였고, 이에 근거하여 실험을 수행하였다. 망소 SN 비를 산출하고 델타 통계량을 계산하였다. 저부하 운전 조건에서는 분사 시기가 NOx 배출량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, EGR 율이 PM 배출량에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 결과를 얻었다. 제어 인자들에 대한 신뢰수준은 90% 이상이었다.

신안동전성분분석에 관한 연구(I)

  • Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for analyzing each 10elements(Cu, Pb, Sn, Zn, Sb, Fe, Ni, Ag, Co and Mn)on 64 Chinese coinsre covered from Shinan seabed sunken ship. The results show that Cu, Pb and Sn were found to be a major elements consisting of coins and its composition ratio was 6 to 2 to 1.The composition of trace elements on coins was classified 3 levels : Sb, Fe and Zn(0.02%-2.2%), Ag, Ni, and Co(50 ppm-5500 ppm) and Mn(Trace). Theam ount of major elements, Cu and Sn were decreased while increased in Pbby the passage of ages (10th - 13th century) in China. There seems to be no systematic compositional change in major elements but content in trace elements was confirmed to increase with age.

Robust Design Using Desirability Function in Product-Array

  • Robust design is an approach to reducing performance variation of quality characteristic values in quality engineering. Product array approach which is used in the Taguchi parameter design has a number of advantages by considering the noise factor. Taguchi has an idea that mean and variation are handled simultaneously to reduce the expected loss in products and processes. Taguchi has used the signal-to-noise ratio (SN) to achieve the appropriate set of operating conditions where variability around target is low in the Taguchi parameter design. Many Statisticians criticize the Taguchi techniques of analysis, particularly those based on the SN. In this paper we propose a substantially simpler optimization procedure for robust design using desirability function without resorting to SN.

  • For quality improvement, Taguchi emphasizes the reduction of variation of the quality characteristic, Taguchi has used the signal-to-noise ratios for achieving minimum dispersion of the quality characteristic with its location adjusted to some desired target value ${\tau}$ Lim(1994) proposes a reasonable SN ratio based on a linking relationship of the variance and mean through simple data analysis technique. In this paper we investigate the efficiency of those two SN ratios and variance stabilizing transformations through Monte Carlo Simulations.

Gate-modulated SWCNT/SnO2 nanowire hetero-junction arrays on flexible polyimide substrate

  • Recently, extensive research on hetero-junction arrays has been reported owing to its unique band gaps dissimilar to that of homo-junctions. These hetero-junction devices can be used in laser, solar cells, and various sensors. We report on the facile method to fabricate SWCNTs/SnO2 nanowires hetero-junction arrays on flexible polyimide substrate. Each SWCNT field effect transistor (FET) and SnO2 nanowire FET exhibits the purely p- and n-type charactersistics with ohmic contact properties. Such formed pn-junctions showed rectification behaviors reproducibly with a rectification ratio of ${\sim}3{\times}103$ at 1 V and ideality factors about 12. The pn-junctions also showed a good gate modulation behavior.

  • A novel ceramic synthesis technique, combustion synthesis, is explored to produce an orange-emitting $SnO_2:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors. This technique involves a reaction of metal salts with a citric acid as an organic fuel. The variation of the ratio of citric acid to metal introduces change in reaction temperature and atmosphere of the combustion reaction, which in turn influences crystallinity and luminescence properties of the final products significantly. And the heat treatment of the as-synthesized product improved the CL intensity of the products. Especially, the sample treated at above 1100 $^{\circ}C$ shows an orange-emission, which is attributed to the formation of single phase and well-crystallized $SnO_2$:Eu in rutile structure.

  • [ $SnO_2$ ] thin films have been deposited on the pyrex glasses and silicon wafers by CVD method. Tin oxide films had a good transmittance above 80% in the visible region and the lowest sheet resistance at $520^{\circ}C$. When the ratio of $SbCl_3$ was 2wt%. The optimum conditions were obtained at the oxidation time of 3 minutes in the case that Voc and Jsc were 0.40V and $33.5mA/cm^2$ respectively and the corresponding conversion efficiency was 6.07%.
