많은 기업에서 경영목표 달성을 위해 상당한 자금과 인력을 투입하여 회사 전반의 원활한 의사소통과 생산부문의 공정 관리 및 실시간 데이터 집계에 필요한 여러 가지 정보시스템 도입을 계획 중이거나 이미 도입하였다. 목표한 경영 성과 달성을 위해 회사의 여러 분야에 도입한 정보시스템들은 성공 사례보다 실패 사례가 더 흔한 것이 현실이다. 심지어 구축을 완료하고 운영 중인 시스템의 성과 또한 미미하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 성공적으로 기업 정보시스템의 구축 목표를 달성하기 위해 도입 전에 반드시 고려해야 할 대표적인 성공 요인이 무엇인지 조사하고, 성공 요인들 중에서 기업 정보시스템 도입 시 상대적으로 크게 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기업들의 정보시스템 도입 현황과 수준을 조사하고, 기업의 복잡 다양한 업무수준만큼이나 반드시 도입이 검토되어야 할 정보시스템의 종류 및 특징을 파악하여 정리하였다.

최근 IT 기술이 발달함에 따라 기업에서 생성되는 다양한 종류의 데이터(또는 정보)가 외부의 기관이나 개인에게 유출되는 상황이 잦아지고 있다. 그러나 기업 차원에서 기업 정보의 역기능을 줄이기 위한 대응방인이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 기업 정보화의 역기능을 최소화하기 위한 역할기반의 기업 정보 처리 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 기업 정보를 관리 및 감독하기 위한 관련 부서를 통해 기업 정보를 보호하고, 신속하고 체계적인 복구 및 운영 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 하여 기업 정보화 서비스의 효율성을 향상시켰다. 제안 모델은 정보에 접근하는 사용자의 권한과 역할을 관리자가 중앙 관리하여 정보에 접근하는 사용자가 이상 징후가 포착되면 정보 접근을 차단한 후 신속하고 체계적인 복구 및 운영 연속성 전략을 수립하고 있다. 실험 결과, 제안 모델은 기존 모델에 비해 바이러스 피해가 48.8% 낮았다. 또한, 기업내 발생되는 정보 역기능에 대한 유통 건수는 기존 모델에 비해 17.9% 낮은 결과를 얻었다.

엔터프라이즈 환경의 표준화 경쟁은 백엔드의 데이터 티어로 시작하여 대표적인 엔터프라이즈 미들 티어가 스프링 프레임워크로 받아들여짐으로써 표준화로 안정화되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 점차 빠른 주기로 새로운 디바이스의 출현으로 웹과 모바일 서비스에 대한 호환성 확보가 웹 서비스 기업들의 중요한 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 그러나 국내 기업들은 이러한 정보화 시대의 격변한 환경 변화에 적절한 역량있는 기술 인력을 확보하지 못하고 있으며, 교육중심 대학들의 교육과정에서도 새로운 역량중심의 교육과정의 요구를 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 엔터프라이즈 시스템 플랫폼 환경에서 필요한 역량중심의 기술을 습득과 교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 스프링 프레임워크 환경에서 스프링 데이터 JPA를 활용한 시스템을 분석 및 설계 단계별로 문서화 작성을 통하여 구현하였다. 향후 엔터프라이즈 환경에서의 바로 적용할 수 있는 풀 스택 역량중심의 교육과정 및 캡스톤 디자인 교육과정의 참조 모델을 제공하고자 한다.

To adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, introduction of new management techniques and innovative activities are crucial. In the case of small and medium companies, the compensation for scarce management resources and sustainable development can be obtained from advantage of management consulting. In this study, we propose the enterprise process evaluation model for small and medium business consulting, which can deploy the process improvement activities with considering the process maturity level within an organization. The process evaluation area of proposed Small and Medium Business, Staged Maturity Model (SMB-SMM) consists of four following parts: supply management, demand management, business management, and research and development (R&D) management. For each area, we set goals and also define the practices to achieve their goals respectively. By applying the SMB-SMM model to the small and medium sized companies, the process maturity level can be defined. And then to overcome the gap between the goals and evaluation results, the customized management consulting activities can be drawn from the predefined consulting approaches from the SMB-SMM.

As business needs are accelerating exponentially due to globalization and other market forces, companies regardless of its size need data which can operate flexibly and rapidly across disappearing physical and organizational borders. To meet the growing Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] needs for small and medium sized firms, large ERP vendors have introduced new and inexpensive products to these markets. They can customize to businesses of all sizes as long as they have the need for the services and the budget to support the system. Based on the observations in this research, most ERP vendors, regardless of their size, are now focusing more on improving the implementation curve and reporting capabilities through compartmentalizing business applications along industry verticals. Also ERP systems are becoming more open thereby consultants and subject matter experts now have the opportunity to create modules based upon verticals to form a best-of-breed ERP implementation. of enterprises.

At present, tendency of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprises is that many ERP enterprises from abroad are rushing into capture of small and medium enterprises at home actively. SAP Korea and Korean Oracle have already showed their new product targeting domestic market of small or medium standing enterprise, and more, even MS(Micro Soft) also rushes into this market in earnest. The domestic business circle of ERP should prepare countermeasure by raising the perfection of product and having good command of minute marketing strategy to survive from aggressive strategy of SMB market. In addition, about the computerization of main affairs of business, ordering developing process was general that developing staffs analysed the affairs of each department that needed computerization and construct according to the operation process by using different tools, but condition is changing that businesses themselves are purchasing business application package from expert soft program enterprise and construct. Therefore, in this study, I try to grasp the problem of management, and define a new process that can help for more efficient management by making it an object producing and management module of enterprise 'K' that is one of domestic small and medium enterprise and that is operating ERP at present. As well, through the analysis of affair related producing, we are aiming to prepare for establishment of target, its range, and making the standard of result evaluation.

The current research utilized as its target population who are current users of global small to medium sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the SMB user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.

최근 기업이 다양한 IT 기술을 기업 업무에 적용하면서 기업에서 처리되는 정보화 서비스의 안전성도 점점 요구되고 있다. 기업에서 요구하는 다양한 IT 기술이 기업의 정보화 서비스에 적용되면서 기업에서 보호해야 하는 정보가 타 기업에 유출되는 보안 사고가 증가하고 있지만 기업의 정보화 서비스 보호에 대한 대응방법이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기업에서 중요시 되는 정보를 권한별로 분류하여 사용자의 접근제어를 통해 정보 유출과 같은 보안 사고를 줄이기 위한 기업 정보화 보안 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 정보에 접근하는 사용자의 권한과 역할을 관리자가 중앙 관리하여 정보에 접근하는 사용자가 이상징후가 포착되면 정보 접근을 차단한다. 또한, 제안 모델은 재난으로부터 기업 정보를 보호하고, 신속하고 체계적인 복구 및 운영 연속성 전략을 수립함으로써 기업의 정보화 서비스 구축에 활용할 수 있다.

정보는 기업의 규모와 무관하게 소중한 자산이며 정보보안은 기업의 생존과 번영을 위해 필수적인 요소이다. 하지만 대기업의 경우 정보보안경영시스템(ISMS)의 신속한 도입을 통해 안전을 확보해 나가지만, 중소기업의 경우는 예산 제약, 보안 지침의 미흡, 보안에 대한 인식 부족 등, 복합적인 요인들로 인해 보안시스템이 구축되지 않거나 구축이 지체되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 정보보안 관리 실태를 설문조사를 통하여 문제점을 분석하고, 중소 기업을 위한 무료 또는 저렴한 방법으로 종합적인 보안계획 수립 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문이 제시하는 방법을 적용해 중소기업들은 최저 비용의 기본적인 정보보안을 구현할 수 있을 것이며, 정보보안 계획을 수립하고자 하는 중소기업들에 도움이 될 것이라고 믿는다.

최근 빅데이터를 수용하기 위한 대용량 저장 장치가 필요한 엔터프라이즈 저장 시스템에서는 비용과 크기 대비 직접도가 높은 대용량의 플래시 메모리 기반 저장 장치를 많이 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 엔터프라이즈 대용량 저장 장치의 신뢰도와 이용성에 직접적인 영향을 주는 플래시 메모리 미디어의 수명을 극대화 하기 위해 경사하강법을 적용한 고효율 수명 예측 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 불량 발생 빈도를 학습하기 위한 메타 데이터를 저장하는 매트릭스의 구조를 제안하고 메타데이터를 이용한 비용 모델을 제안한다. 또한 학습된 범위를 벗어난 불량이 발생 했을 때 예외 상황에서의 수명 예측 정책을 제안한다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 이전까지 플래시 메모리의 수명 예측을 위해 사용되어 온 고정 횟수 기반 수명 예측 방법과 예비 블록의 남은 비율을 기반으로 하는 수명 예측 방법 대비 수명을 극대화 할 수 있음을 증명하여 우수성을 확인했다.
