Purpose: Most enterprises adopt six sigma acts to maximize the business performance with raising the executiveness for the project improvements in each parts. But there are little studies about six sigma actual operations in manufacturing whether the six sigma improvements that have injected a lot of budget, efforts, labours and time are run properly. Methods: This study select 31 interviewees who have MBB or BB from 5 large enterprises running six sigma over 10 years and 5 SMEs running six sigma over 5 years to understand and review the operational status of six sigma actions in manufacturing industry and to secure representativeness. This study identify the operational status of six sigma actions and key factors enhancing or impeding execution of six sigma projects through face-to-face interviews and online surveys by e-mail. Results: This study figured out the operational status of six sigma actions and key factors enhancing or impeding execution of six sigma projects. We used SPSS 16.0 for the reliability and the validity of survey data. Conclusion: There can be a lot of different factors that affect six sigma project improvements besides the key factors from this study. More study need to think of the organization characteristics and the basic conditions and to remedy the unreasonable points and defects rather than following foreign companies and enterprises.

The six-port correlator is comprised of a power divider and three hybrid couplers. In this paper, the six-port phase correlator using three-arm branch $90^{\circ}$ hybrid coupler were designed with the center frequency of 11.85 GHz. The performances for the six-port phase correlator was analyzed by using ADS2003A tool. Three-arm six-port phase correlator provides more wide dynamic frequency range than that of six-port using the conventional hybrid coupler in range of circa five times, which is range of 10.8 to 12.3GHz (1.5 GHz). The phase errors among the output ports of the six-port phase correlator are below $5^{\circ}$. The six-port Phase correlator was fabricated to evaluate the Performance of the proposed six-port phase correlator. The measured performance of the six-port phase correlator shows the good accordance with the simulation data.

Objective The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between the Cold-damage Six-meridian disease of Qibo (岐伯六經病證) and Sasang Constitutional Symptomatology (四象體質病證), presented in Discourse on the Origin of Eastern Medicine (醫源論) of Longevity and Life Preservation in Eastern Medicine (Donguisusebowon, 東醫壽世保元). Method The process of development from Cold-damage Six-meridian disease of Qibo (岐伯六經病證) to Six Meridians Physical Symptoms and Medicines (六經形證用藥) in the chapter Cold(寒門) of the Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicine (Donguibogam, 東醫寶鑑) was investigated. And the correlation between Six Meridians Physical Symptoms and Medicines (六經形證用藥) and Sasang Constitutional Symptomatology (四象體質病證) was considered. Results and Conclusions 1. The Cold-damage Six-meridian disease of Qibo (岐伯六經病證) in the chapter Heat Treatise (熱論篇) of Basic Questions (素問) had evolved into Six Meridians Physical Symptoms and Medicines (六經形證用藥) in the chapter Cold(寒門) of the Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicine (Donguibogam, 東醫寶鑑) through Book for Life Saving (Huorenshu, 活人書), a work of Zhu Gong (朱肱), Six Books on Cold Damage disease (Shanghanliushu, 傷寒六書), a work of Tao Hua (陶華) and Introduction to Medicine (YixueRumen, 醫學入門), a work of Li Chan (李梴). 2. The correlation between the Cold-damage Six-meridian disease of Qibo (岐伯六經病證) and Sasang Constitutional Symptomatology (四象體質病證) can be analyzed and understood through Six Meridians Physical Symptoms and Medicines (六經形證用藥) in the chapter Cold(寒門) of the Treasure Mirror of Eastern Medicine (Donguibogam, 東醫寶鑑). 3. Greater Yang meridian disease of Qibo (岐伯) is related to Soyangin early stage of Lesser-Yang Wind-Injury symptomatology and Soyangin early stage of Chest-Heat symptomatology, Yang Brightness meridian disease and Greater Yin meridian disease to Taeeumin Liver-Heat symptomatology, Lesser Yin meridian disease to Soyangin Chest-Heat symptomatology, Lesser Yang meridian disease to Soyangin early stage of Lesser-Yang Wind-Injury symptomatology and Reverting Yin meridian disease to Soeumin Reverting Yin symptomatology of Greater Yang disease.

Six sigma is much less of a technical program than it is a leadership and cultural change program. Nevertheless, most of literatures on six sigma have mainly focused on technical and tactical aspects. This paper introduces a self-assessment for six sigma initiative in a major Korean software company. The self-assessment gives a valuable clue to how to manage leadership and cultural aspects of six sigma initiative.

In this paper, different switching tables proposed for the Direct Torque Controlled (DTC) of a six-phase induction machine are simulated and implemented. A six-phase induction motor has 64 space voltage vectors which result in increased complexity in the selecting of inverters switching. The unsuitable selection of a switching table leads to large harmonics especially at low speed and it also reduces drive efficiency. A six-phase induction machine has large zero sequence harmonic currents of the order $6{\kappa}{\pm}1$. These harmonic currents are varied in various techniques. Decreasing this loss is essential in a six-phase induction machine. The main purpose of this paper is to improve the ST-DTC of six-phase induction machines to reduce the voltage and current harmonics and the torque pulsation. Selecting a suitable method for minimizing these harmonics is very important.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to analyze the naming of 'A diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun six meridian patterns and provisions' and to suggest an alternative naming. Methods : 1. The meaning of 'Six meridian(六經)' was reviewed on existing theories and Shanghanlun provisions. 2. Comparing the name of diangostic system with the term in 'Korean Standard Classification of Diseases-6(KCD-6)' and term in 'WHO international standard terminologies on traditional medicine in the western pacific region' was done. Results : 'Six meridian' is customary used in the Shagnhanlun study but its meaning is not match with original Shanghanlun system and could possibly make misunderstanding. So 'Disease pattern identification' is suitable than 'Six meridian' for this diagnostic system. Conclusions : This study suggests that using 'A disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions.'is more appropriate instead of using the name of the six meridian diagnostic system.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to help korean medical doctors write case reports based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions accurately and effectively. Methods : To achieve the purpose of this study, we reviewed Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions. After this, we formed a case report form according to the importance of Korean medical terms in Shanghanlun. Results : Through this study, we got the consistency and unity of case reports based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions. Conclusions : This case report form is designed for gathering clinical data which are organized clearly according to the diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun six clinical patterns and provisions.

Objectives : Huangyuanyu's interpretation of the six channel diseases of the Shanghanlun were examined based on contents on the six channel qi metabolism theory in his works, Shanghanxuanjie, Shanghanshuoyi, and Sishengxinyuan. Methods : Contents related to the six channel qi metabolism theory in the Shanghanxuanjie, Shanghanshuoyi, and Sishengxinyuan were extracted and examined to identify a fundamental principle from the perspective of the six channel qi metabolism theory. Characteristics of each of the six channel diseases were organized. Results : Huang's understanding of the six channel diseases in the Shanghanlun could be summarized by the six channel. Its features could be explained as following. First, in examining the principles of the controlling qi[司氣] and constitutionally influenced transformation[從化], the rise and fall of the body's yang qi was emphasized. Second, center qi[中氣] was considered important, the taiyin Spleen being the key to life and death. Third, the pathology of 'earth dampness/water cold/wood stagnation' due to weakness of the center qi was suggested. Fourth, the principle of boosting-yang-suppressing-yin was emphasized in treatment, with criticism of the nurturing-yin-extinguishing-fire method. Conclusions : In understanding the six channel diseases in the Shanghanlun, Huangyuanyu focused on the body's yang qi and center qi based on key theories such as the 'five circuits and six qi' and 'six channel qi metabolism' theories. His perspective could be helpful in understanding Zhangzhongjing's work more comprehensively.

The general six-port phase correlator is comprised of a Wilkinson power divider and three $90^{\circ}$ hybrid coupler, which has less than 10 % bandwidth. In this paper, the six-port phase correlator using two section power divider has 33 % bandwidth and external matching $90^{\circ}$ hybrid coupler with 15 % bandwidth was designed at the center frequency of 2.5 GHz. The simulation result by ADS2003A indicates that RF port and LO port of proposed six-port phase correlator got wide frequency bandwidth of 14 % for VSWR of 1.5. The fabricated six-port phase correlator has a bandwidth of 12 % similar to the simulation result. The maximum phase discrepancy and insertion loss are $6^{\circ}$ and 2.5 dB over a bandwidth, respectively.
