  • 말뚝기초는 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 기초형식 중의 하나로서 상부 구조물의 하중을 하부의 단단한 지반에 전달시키거나 흙과 말뚝의 접촉면에서 발생하는 마찰저항을 이용하여 구조물을 안전하게 지지하도록 사용되고 있다. 그러나 말뚝공법은 작업절차가 복잡하고 세심한 주의를 필요로 하므로 경험이 부족한 기술자의 경우 공사관리에 큰 어려움을 겪게된다. 특히, 파일 시공단계에서의 문제점에 직면하게 되면 계량화된 분석에 의존하기보다는 항타기사나 작업반장의 경험에 의한 직관만으로 결정되는 경우가 많아 품질관리에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 본 논문은 실제 현장에서의 충분한 사례분석을 통한 파일공사의 단계별 문제점 및 관리요인 분석을 통해 개선 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Recently, construction vibration has caused annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and that induced from operating of large construction equipment, has become a very serious issue in our living environment. But, construction vibration standard of our living environment. But construction vibration standard of our country is efficient. Especially, directly blow method(diesel piling method, oil pressure method, etc) has caused much problems of highly impactive vibration. Construction works, in order to solve these problem, will be used SIP(Soilcement Injected Precast Pile) method of low vibration equipment. In this point, this study attempts to survey on the characteristics of piling vibration by SIP method for various earth conditions in construction field. And this study intends to get the basic data to establish a standard about construction vibration.

  • This paper describes the state-of-the-art and -practice of embedded precast pile methods in Korea. The current status of embedded precast piling was reviewed in terms of its design, construction and quality assurance available for last decade in Korea. Based on the results obtained, some suggestions and authors' experience were proposed to design and construct the embedded precast pile foundations.

  • Construction equipment noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers in nearby construction field and it has become a very serious issue in our living environment. Therefore, in our country, a practical solution and a better method of reducing construction equipment noise are highly required in construction field. Practical solutions for the construction equipment noise, however, are very difficult to obtain, because of the lack of basic data and insufficient research works. Especially, in order to establish a successful sound isolation plan for piling work noise, which has high sound pressure level, the characteristics of the impact noise should be closely monitored and analyzed. This study attempts to survey the characteristics of attenuation and propagation of construction equipment noise in piling work by SIP(soilcement injected precast pile) method. In addition, this study intends to get the basic data to establish a standard about construction noise.

Especially, in order to establishment of sound insulation plan about pilings work noise that has highly sound pressure level and impactive, a real situation of sound characteristics about pilings work noise in foundation work demands close investigation. In this point, this study attempts to surveys the characteristics of attenuation and propagation of construction equipment noise in pilings work using SIP(soilcement injected precast pile) method. And this study intends to get the basic data for establishment of a standard about construction noise.

선박충돌방지공이 설치된 해상교량의 교각 세굴 특성 분석 - 인천대교를 대상으로 - (Pier-Scour Characteristics of the Marine Bridge with Ship Impact Protection - Incheon Bridge Case -)

  • 최근 들어 선박의 항로에 위치하고 있는 대형 해상교량의 건설이 활발해짐에 따라 선박충돌의 위험성을 고려하여 교각 주변에 충돌방지공을 설치하는 경우가 많다. 이러한 충돌방지공 설치로 인해 교각의 세굴특성은 충돌방지공 설치 전의 교각 주변의 세굴양상과 매우 다르게 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 충돌방지공의 설치 유무에 따른 세굴의 형태를 분석하기 위해 인천대교를 대상으로 수리모형실험을 실시하였다. 충돌방지공 설치 전의 고정상, 이동상실험을 통해 유황과 세굴심 및 세굴공 범위를 파악하였으며 또한 충돌방지공 설치 후 실험을 통하여 최종적으로 충돌방지공으로 인한 교각 세굴 특성 변화를 분석하였다. 실험결과, 충돌방지공이 설치됨으로 인해 최대세굴심이 W1교각의 경우 약 0.24 m, W2+3+4교각의 경우 2.4 m 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최대세굴심의 발생위치는 W1교각의 경우 충돌방지공 설치 전 후가 동일한 위치에서 발생하였으나 W2+3+4교각의 경우 설치 후 최대세굴심이 교각주변이 아닌 충돌방지공 주변에서 발생하였다.

GEOTECHNICAL DESIGNS OF THE SHIP IMPACT PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR INCHEON BRIDGE

  • The Incheon Bridge, which was opened to the traffic in October 2009, is an 18.4 km long sea-crossing bridge connecting the Incheon International Airport with the expressway networks around the Seoul metropolitan area by way of Songdo District of Incheon City. This bridge is an integration of several special featured bridges and the major part of the bridge consists of cable-stayed spans. This marine cable-stayed bridge has a main span of 800 m wide to cross the vessel navigation channel in and out of the Incheon Port. In waterways where ship collision is anticipated, bridges shall be designed to resist ship impact forces, and/or, adequately protected by ship impact protection (SIP) systems. For the Incheon Bridge, large diameter circular dolphins as SIP were made at 44 locations of the both side of the main span around the piers of the cable-stayed bridge span. This world's largest dolphin-type SIP system protects the bridge against the collision with 100,000 DWT tanker navigating the channel with speed of 10 knots. Diameter of the dolphin is up to 25 m. Vessel collision risk was assessed by probability based analysis with AASHTO Method-II. The annual frequency of bridge collapse through the risk analysis for 71,370 cases of the impact scenario was less than $0.5{\times}10^{-4}$ and satisfies design requirements. The dolphin is the circular sheet pile structure filled with crushed rock and closed at the top with a robust concrete cap. The structural design was performed with numerical analyses of which constitutional model was verified by the physical model experiment using the geo-centrifugal testing equipment. 3D non-linear finite element models were used to analyze the structural response and energy-dissipating capability of dolphins which were deeply embedded in the seabed. The dolphin structure secures external stability and internal stability for ordinary loads such as wave and current pressure. Considering failure mechanism, stability assessment was performed for the strength limit state and service limit state of the dolphins. The friction angle of the crushed stone as a filling material was reduced to $38^{\circ}$ considering the possibility of contracting behavior as the impact.
