  • This paper is an attempt to study and introduce the notion of ${\omega}$-dense set in weak structures and the notion of m-dense set in minimal structures. We have also investigate the relationships between ${\omega}$-dense sets, $m$-dense sets, ${\sigma}({\omega})$ sets, ${\pi}({\omega})$ sets, $r({\omega})$ sets, ${\beta}({\omega})$ sets, m-semiopen sets and $m$-preopen sets. Further we give some representations of the above generalized sets in minimal structures as well as in weak structures.

  • Here we have studied the ideas of $g^*$-closed sets, $g{\bigwedge}_{{\tau}^-}$ sets and ${\lambda}^*$-closed sets and investigate some of their properties in the spaces of A. D. Alexandroff [1]. We have also studied some separation axioms like $T_{\frac{\omega}{4}}$, $T_{\frac{3\omega}{8}}$, $T_{\omega}$ in Alexandroff spaces and also have introduced a new separation axiom namely $T_{\frac{5\omega}{8}}$ axiom in this space.

  • We introduce the notion of intuitionistic interval-valued fuzzy sets as the another generalization of interval-valued fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets and hence fuzzy sets. Also we introduce some operations over intuitionistic interval-valued fuzzy sets. And we study some fundamental properties of intuitionistic interval-valued fuzzy sets and operations.

  • In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of a new class of sets called paraopen sets and paraclosed sets in topological spaces. During this process some of their properties are obtained. Also we introduce and investigate a new class of maps called paracontinuous, *-paracontinuous, parairresolute, minimal paracontinuous and maximal paracontinuous maps and study their basic properties in topological spaces.

  • In this paper, we exhibit the equivalence between different notions of unique range sets, namely, unique range sets, weighted unique range sets and weak-weighted unique range sets under certain conditions. Also, we present some uniqueness theorems which show how two meromorphic functions are uniquely determined by their two finite shared sets. Moreover, in the last section, we make some observations that help us to construct other new classes of unique range sets.

  • We introduce the concepts of IVF m-semiopen sets, IVF m-preopen sets, IVF m-semicontinuous mappings and IVF m-precontinuous mappings on interval-valued fuzzy minimal spaces. We investigate characterizations of IVF m-semicontinuous mappings and IVF m-precontinuous mappings and study properties of IVF m-semiopen sets and IVF m-preopen sets.

  • Modern performance-based design methods require ways to determine the factual behavior of structures subjected to earthquakes. Drift ratio demands are important measures of structural and/or nonstructural damage of the structures in performance-based design. In this study, global drift ratio and interstory drift ratio demands, obtained by nonlinear time history analysis of three generic RC frames using code-compatible ground motion record sets, are statistically evaluated. Several ground motion record sets compatible with elastic design spectra defined for the local soil classes in Turkish Earthquake Code are used for the analyses. Variation of the drift ratio demands obtained from ground motion records in the sets and difference between the mean of drift ratio demands calculated for ground motion sets are evaluated. The results of the study indicate that i) variation of maximum drift ratio demands in the sets were high; ii) different drift ratio demands are calculated using different ground motion record sets although they are compatible with the same design spectra; iii) the effect of variability due to random causes on the total variability of drift ratio demands is much larger than the effect of variability due to differences between the mean of ground motion record sets; iv) global and interstory drift ratio demands obtained for different ground motion record sets can be accepted as simply random samples of the same population at %95 confidence level. The results are valid for all the generic frames and local soil classes considered in this study.

  • In this paper, the concept of $PC^{\star}$-closed sets is introduced. $PC^{\star}$-closed sets contain $pre^*_I$-open and $pre^*_I$-closed sets, ${\mathcal{RPC}}_I$ and $pre^*_I$-closed sets, ${\mathcal{RPC}}_I$ and weakly $I_{rg}$-closed sets.

  • In this paper, we concern with SLLN for sums Of in-dependent random upper-semicontinuous fuzzy sets. We first give a generalization of SLLN for sums of independent and level-wise identically distributed random fuzzy sets, and establish a SLLN for sums of random fuzzy sets which is independent and compactly uniformly integrable in the strong sense. As a result, a SLLN for sums of independent and strongly tight random fuzzy sets is obtained.

  • In this paper, we introduce the concept of $\beta$-preconvex sets on preconvexity spaces. We study some properties for $\beta$-preconvex sets by using the co-convexity hull and the convexity hull. Also we introduce and study the concepts of ${\beta}c$-convex function and $\beta^*c$-convex function.
