This study attempted to investigate the possibility of the use of Morinda citrifolia (MC) as a cosmetic ingredient from its physiological activities such as antioxidant activity, cytotoxicity and anti-aging effect. MC is a tropical plant that has been used as traditional polynesian foods and medicines for over two thousand years. It has been reported that this shrub can improve antimicrobial, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects and strengthen an immune system. The in vitro antioxidant activity of MC was performed to see the DPPH scavenging activity by measuring total polyphenol content and total flavonoid content. As a result, a lack of any cytotoxicity was confirmed in human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) cell. When MC extract at a concentration of over $50{\sim}100{\mu}g/mL$ was added, MMP-1 expression considerably diminished. In an in vivo test, in addition, cream containing MC extract was prepared and applied to a total of 22 women in their 30 ~ 50s in ages in the morning and in the evening for four weeks. Changes in keratin, melanin index, pore, skin color and wrinkles under the naked eyes were then comparatively measured. Keratin levels slightly increased in the control group but decreased in the experimental group. In addition, wrinkles diminished in the experimental group. This study found that MC extract controls many MMP-1 related mechanisms with great potential for use as a natural ingredient of anti-aging cosmetics.

The study aims at exploring motivation, rationale, and values in twitter users' retweet behavior. It proposes that diffusion of message is based on the complex interactional relationships among attributes of original message, user's rationale, and values. Based on a pilot study, we constructed a total of 34 questions asking message attributes, motivation, and values of retweeting. Then, twitter users participated in an online survey, in which they evaluate their own 5 retweet messages based on the constructed questions(5 messages ${\times}$ 34 questions = 170). Then, a factor analysis is done in order to see the dimensions of the concepts in retweet behavior; and understand how message attributes, motivations, and values are inter-related with each other. The main factors extracted were: (1) public fairness, (2) fun and playfulness, (3) communal help, (4) news and information, etc. Factor 2 and 4 show the traditional journalism characteristics; while factor 1 and 3 do alternative journalistic values. The latter may work as a rectifying factors for traditional journalism; however, backfiring mechanism for group polarization. In addition, (1) users' internal identities, (2) communal unity and (3) belongness were identified as rationales and values for retweet behavior.

In this paper, security mechanism of internal network(CAN) of vehicle is a very incomplete state and the possibility of external threats as a way to build a test environment that you can easily buy from the market by the vehicle's ECU(Electric Control Unit) to verify and obtain a CAN message. Then, by applying it to ECU of the real car to try to attack is proposed. A recent study, Anyone can see plain-text status of the CAN message in the vehicle. so that in order to verify the information is vulnerable to attack from outside, analyze the data in a vehicle has had a successful attack, but attack to reverse engineering in the stationary state and buying a car should attempt has disadvantages that spatial, financial, and time costs occurs. Found through the car's ECU CAN message is applied to a real car for Potential threats outside of the car to perform an experiment to verify and equipped with a wireless network environment, the experimental results, proposed method through in the car to make sure the attack is possible. As a result, reduce the costs incurred in previous studies and in the information absence state of the car, potential of vehicle's ECU attack looks.
Vast volumes of studies of the medical and public health aspects of fertility and family planning have been published by the various institutes of health related research and university scholars in Korea. None of them, however, have dealed with the population problems associated with biologically and mentally handicapped people. It must be emphasized that the purpose of Korea's population policy should be to improve the quality of the population rather than to decrease its rate of increase. In this spirit, the first report of this study is to identify problems related with mentally and physically less fitted population, and to attempt to offer the possible solutions to the health planners and policy-makers. Several nation-wide surveys of the handicapped people in Korea have been compared. Each survey shows a wide range of difference in the prevalence of the handicaps(see Table 13). In this study, the data on the handicaps are collected by two independent system ; one by the nation-wide survey and the other by the reporting system existing at the Seoul National University Demonstration Health Project. The Chandrasekar-Deming technique was used to estimate the total number of handicaps. The estimates are summarized in the tables 8, 9 and 10. Estimate of total number of handicapped people in Korea is 601, 400 with the prevalence rate of 16.1 per thousand persons. Even if taking a number of conditions which may result in a biased estimate of the total number of the handicaps into consideration, the proportion of handicapped people in Korea has increased in the past two decade as the result of the rapid decline in fertility and childhood mortality, which consequently prolonged life expectancy of persons with congenital or acquired impediment. An increase in the proportion of handicapped people will eventually bring about serious problems of social welfare, medical care, and population qualities from various aspects including eugenics. To tackle the problem, there must be an increased emphasis on the prevention of handicaps from the government and private sector. Based on the amount and quality of data, and from the practical point of view, this study prepared a set of recommendations for the government to strengthen its programs of the preventive activities during the prenatal period and early childhood, early finding from routine examinations, and proper social and medical rehabilitation.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of the policy direction to see if the government's purpose of relocating public institutions was achieved by analyzing the case of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, which moved to Busan Metropolitan City in 2014. Based on the Korea Housing Finance Corporation's settlement management disclosure and public institution performance evaluation report from 2009 to 2019, efficiency was compared and analyzed using DEA analysis, work efficiency in management performance evaluation report, and financial ratio. The analysis results are as follows. First, in the case of DEA analysis, the difference in efficiency before and after fat transfer was not noticeable. Second, the efficiency analysis using the performance evaluation report and the financial ratio showed that the efficiency decreased after local relocation. Taken together, in the case of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, efficiency decreased after local relocation, which can be attributed to sluggish business performance and inefficiency related to financial ratios. However, this study has limitations because it conducted an analysis on the Korea Housing Finance Corporation. To compensate for this, it is necessary to diversify the scope of research targeting all fund-managed quasi-governmental institutions in Korea. Nevertheless, this study is the first study to analyze before and after the relocation of fund-managed quasi-governmental institutions, and is expected to provide significant implications for future policies to be discussed.

While universities are making every effort to improve the housing welfare of university students by establishing new dormitories, the construction of school dormitories has intensified the conflict with other certified real estate businesses on the basis of their right to survival. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the causality in the conflict to coherently understand the conflict between these stakeholders. To do so, this study conducted a survey questionnaire on certified real estate businesses in the vicinity of private universities with dormitories in the metropolitan area. This study targeted licensed real estate brokerage agencies that conclude rental contracts in view of different stances, and control the real estate rental market by controling their conflict. Investigated the influence relationship between universities and licensed real estate brokerage agencies in relation to construction of private university dormitories and the effect of this conflict on management performance of licensed real estate brokerage agencies, and analyzed the relationship among relevant variables to see if their dormitory recognitions have a moderating effect. In addition to analyzing the causality of conflict level (perceived conflict, expressed conflict), conflict management, conflict outcome, and management performance, the study also verified the moderating effect of perception on dormitory and the mediating effect of conflict management. The results showed that conflict level had a negative (-) effect on conflict management, while the perceived conflict and conflict management of the conflict level had a negative (-) effect on the conflict outcome. In the relationship between perceived conflict and conflict outcome, conflict management had a complete mediating effect while expressed conflict had a partial mediating effect. Lastly, the perception of university dormitories did not have a moderating effect for the influence of conflict management on conflict outcome.
Materials used for education include SM20C, Al6061, and acrylic. SM20C materials are used a lot in certification tests and functional competitions as carbon steel, but they are also used in industrial sites. Al6061 is said to be a material that produces a lot of tools because it has lower hardness than carbon steel and is highly flexible. When practical guidance is given to students using acrylic materials, it is a material that causes vibration and tool damage due to excessive cutting. In this process, we examine how impact on the 5-axis equipment 2NC head can affect precision control. The weakest part of a five-axis equipment is the head that controls the AC axis. In the event of precision and cumulative tolerances in this area, the precision of all products is reduced. Thus, a key part of the 2NC head, the spindle housing was carried out using Al7075 T6 (U.S. Alcoasa) material and the entire body using FCD450 (spherical graphite cast iron). In the vibration and cutting process acting on these two materials, the analysis was carried out to determine the value of applying the force as a finite element analysis under extreme conditions. We hope that using these analytical data will help students see and understand the structure of 5-axis machining rather than 5-axis cutting.

In the ultrasonic dispersion, in order to avoid direct contact of the radiation surface of ultrasonic transducers with a liquid sample, the liquid sample is separated by a glass container and it receives ultrasonic energy through an acoustic medium. The transmission efficiency of the ultrasonic energy in the multi-layered ultrasonic system is an important factor. In this study, we suggested a method that can improve the ultrasonic energy transfer efficiency by using a propylene glycol solution as a liquid matching layer in the multi-layered acoustic system. In this method, a propylene glycol solution was filled between the Langevin-type ultrasonic transducer and the luminol solution and the sonoluminescence phenomena in the luminol solution, which is caused by nonlinear effect of high power ultrasound radiated from the transducer, was examined by using a Photo Multiplier Tube (PMT). The transmission efficiency depending on the concentration of propylene glycol solution was observed, and we can see that as the concentration of the propylene glycol solution increased, the matching effect increased while the acoustic attenuation increased. It was confirmed that there is an optimal concentration compromised these two conflicting conditions, and the optimum concentration of the propylene glycol solution was determined experimentally.

In this study, Kombucha, a fermented drink by adding beneficial bacteria to green tea or black tea with sugar, was classified using column chromatography, and the presence or absence of quercetin glycoside, a type of flavonoids, was confirmed through TLC. In addition, the anti-pollution effect of protecting and improving the skin from pollution was confirmed using the fraction. Keratinocytes were treated with K-QG to confirm the cell viability, showing a survival rate of 90% or more up to a concentration of 100 ㎍/mL, and the cell viability by benzo[e]pyrene and fine dust stimulation to see the anti-pollution effect was measured. At 100 ㎍/mL, the improvement rates were about 68.79% and 50.68%, respectively. In addition, as a result of confirming the expression of AhR activated by benzo[a]pyrene through Western blot, it showed an inhibition rate of about 31.08% at 100 ㎍/mL compared to the control group. Through the results of this study, K-QG is thought to be valuable as an anti-pollution functional material, protecting and improving skin irritated from benzopyrene and fine dust.

Purpose : Myofascial decompression is frequently mentioned as a method applied to cupping. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare active range of motion (AROM), muscle strength, and functional movement by applying myofascial decompression to the hamstrings. Methods : This study evaluated AROM, muscle strength, and functional movement by applying active movement myofascial decompression and static myofascial decompression to the dominant leg, respectively, in a crossover design conducted with normal adults (n=21) in their average 20s enrolled at G University in G city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Active movement myofascial decompression was implemented for five minutes at a rate of 100 bpm to make the beats in flexion and extension respectively. Static myofascial decompression was only performed for five minutes while at rest. All of these interventions were performed at a cupping depth of two mm. After a one-week washout period, static was applied again to compare the same dependent variables. Results : Regarding AROM and muscle strength, both groups showed significant differences in the before and after results (p<.05). However, in the Functional Reach Aspect and Single Leg Hop test, the active movement myofascial decompression group showed better results. There was no statistical difference between the Active movement myofascial decompression group and Static myofascial decompression group in any dependent variable (p<.05). Conclusion : As a result of this experiment, both active movement myofascial decompression and static myofascial decompression had a positive effect on dependent variable. Therefore this study is meaningful in that it is easier and simpler to see the effect on flexibility, muscle strength, and functional movement just by implementing movement myofascial decompression.
