An ATP Quotation System in Supply Chain Management (공급사슬경영에 있어서의 납기 회신 시스템)

  • The accurate quotation of Available-To-Promise (ATP) plays a very important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fill rate maximization. However, the complexity of Supply Chain structure, which includes all the linkages among procurement, production, and distribution, makes the accurate quotation of ATP be a quite difficult job. This paper presents a computerized ATP quotation system in global SCM environments where the worldwide headquarter, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities are globally networked. We modeled the ATP quotation processes with the definition of required data flow and a comprehensive ATP-algorithm was newly developed. The illustrative example shows the efficiency of the proposed system is largely affected by the selection of alternative rules used in ATP-algorithm.

  • An Information Retrieval System offers the integrated view of SCM(Supply Chain Management) information to the enterprise by making it possible to exchange data between regionally distributed heterogeneous computers and also to enable these computers to access various types of databases. The Information Retrieval System is modeled using Data Registry Model based on X3.285. We only verify the MetaData Registry Manager(MDR Manager) among the core parts using SMV(Symbolic Model Verifier) in order to verify whether our model satisfies the requirements under the given assumptions.

  • The main purpose of this research is to propose standardization of construction components design with BIM and to develop WLCM Framework and Application System for supply chain management on interaction of stakeholders based on proposed standard component. To accomplish main purpose of this research, we planned three years period, in first year, we will develop model for building lifecycle based on BIM, and this model can give the chance of collaboration with stakeholders of building project. In second year, we will develop WLCM system with model, and to improve performance of application model/system. This study can contribute on reduction of whole lifecycle cost, with preventing omission of factors on cost reduction possibility, develop concurrent engineering framework for construction stakeholders with proposed BIM.

An Integrated System to Predict Early-Age Properties and Durability Performance of Concrete Structures

  • In this paper, an integrated system is proposed which can evaluate both the early-age properties and durability performance of concrete structures. This integrated system starts with a hydration model which considers both Portland cement hydration and chemical reactions of supplementary cementing materials (SCM). Based on the degree of hydration of cement and mineral admixtures, the amount of reaction products, the early age heat evolution, chemically bound water, porosity, the early age short-term mechanical behaviors, shrinkage and early-age creep are evaluated as a function of curing age and curing conditions. Furthermore, the durability aspect, such as carbonation of blended concrete and chloride attack, are evaluated considering both the material properties and surrounding environments. The prediction results are verified through experimental results.

  • As the networks (i.e., intranet and internet) proliferate all over the world, it is inevitable to move some (or all) of the enterprise activities into virtual spaces. Differently from business data, product data have complex semantics and thus are not properly exchanged among different application programs. Even though some neutral formats of product data have been developed by standard organizations, translating them among various application programs still needs the comprehensive understanding of the complex semantics. Recently, it is widely recognized that capturing more knowledge is the next step In overcome the current difficulties on sharing product data. In this paper, we present Web-based knowledge management that facilitates seamless sharing of product data among various application programs in virtual enterprises. Three types of knowledge are managed by the knowledge management system - metadata, ontology, and mapping. In this environment, we consider both business applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, and EDI System) and engineering applications (e.g., CAD and CAM system).

  • GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

  • In this study, we aims to develop the machining technology for the ultra precision surface and profile accuracy. For this purpose, we construct the electrolytic in process grinding system (ELID grinding) and apply to the cylindrical and internal grinding. Through the various machining experiments such as SCM steel., ceramics, tungsten carbide etc., we have obtained nanometer surface roughness. And we have applied this mirror grinding technique to hydraulic manual valve and mold core of mini disk optical pick-up base. For the development of fine mechanical part machining technology, e have made multi fiber optical connector using fine grinding technology. And constructed micro drilling system with process monitoring system which is possible to drill 50${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ diameter hole.

  • We analyze theMMPP/G/1/K queue with a modified state-dependent service rate. The service time of customers upon service initiation is changed if the number of customers in the system reaches a threshold. Then, the changed service time is continued until the system becomes empty completely, and this process is repeated. We analyze this system using an embedded Markov chain and a supplementary variable method, and present the queue length distributions at a customer's departure epochs and then at an arbitrary time.

  • 최근 기업들은 공급사슬 상에 있는 파트너들 간 실시간 정보 공유, 생산 스케줄 조정을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 민첩하게 대처하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 협업적 SCM(supply chain management)에 있어, 최근의 웹서비스 기술로 인해 플렛폼 독립적으로 파트너들의 정보시스템에 유연하게 접근하는 정보 공유의 기술적 바탕은 마련되었다. 하지만 생산 스케줄, 주문 조정과 같은 파트너들 간의 협업을 조율할 수 있는 방법론은 미흡하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 상태기반의 다자간 대화정책(conversation policy)과 이를 웹서비스 기술로 구현한 conversation support system 을 제시하여 파트너들 간의 합리적인 협업을 가능하도록 하였다.
