삼각형의 결정조건과 합동조건에 대한 교수학적 분석 (Didactical Analysis on Triangle-Determining Conditions and Triangle-Congruence Conditions)

  • 이 논문은 중고등학교 학생들과 예비수학교사를 대상으로 삼각형의 결정조건과 합동조건에 대한 이해의 양상의 일단을 조사하고, 삼각형의 결정조건과 합동조건에 대해 교수학적으로 분석한 것이다. 연구 결과의 일부를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 삼각형의 6요소 구하기 학습 지도시 중학교에서 배운 삼각형의 결정조건이 지닌 의미를 재음미할 기회를 제공해야 한다. 둘째, 무엇을 삼각형의 결정조건으로 볼 것인가는 결정조건을 탐구하는 맥락에 따라 달리 판단될 수 있는 문제이다. 셋째, 삼각형의 결정조건이 지닌 최소필수성을 인식할 수 있게 하는 교재 구성과 학습 지도가 필요하다. 넷째, 합동에서 '대응'의 중요성을 인식하게 하는 학습 지도가 필요하며, 삼각형의 합동조건에서 '대응하는' 이라는 표현이 지닌 문제점을 해소하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

반응표면분석을 이용한 들깨잎차 볶음처리의 최적화 (Optimization of Roasted Perilla Leaf Tea Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • 들깨잎차 개발을 목적으로 볶음처리 한 차의 관능적 특성 및 전자공여능 등을 조사하고 반응표면분석을 통한 최적화를 시도하였다. 중심합성계획에 따라 볶음온도 $140{\sim}220^{\circ}C$와 볶음시간 $5{\sim}25$분 등 두 가지 조절을 독립변수로 하고 관능검사를 통한 맛, 색, 향기와 전자공여능의 기능적 특성을 종속변수로 하여 측정한 결과를 statistical analysis system(SAS) program을 사용하여 들깻잎의 기능성 차 개발을 위한 볶음조건을 최적화 하였다. 깻잎차는 볶음처리에 따라 Hunter 색체계에서의 백색도(L)와 황색도(b)는 볶음시간과 볶음온도가 증가될수록 높아진 반면, 적색도(a)는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. DPPH에 의한 전자공여능은 볶음온도와 볶음시간이 1% 유의수준에서 영향을 미치며, 회귀식의 결정계수$(R^2)$는 0.9828로써 $220^{\circ}C$, 15분에서 볶음처리 했을 때 70.30%로 높게 나타났다. 깻잎차의 관능적 품질로써 맛, 색 및 향은 볶음처리와 더불어 기호도가 증가되었으며, 반응표면분석(RSM, response surface methodology)에 의해 볶음온도 $210{\sim}220^{\circ}C$,볶음시간 $10{\sim}20$분 범위를 최적 볶음조건으로 예측할 수 있었다. 최적볶음조건에 의해 만들어진 들깨잎차의 효소활성을 측정한 결과 tyrosinase, xanthine oxidase 및 전자공여능에서 각각 10.14, 14.37 및 59.19%의 저해효과를 보였다.

치과위생사의 해외취업의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Intention of overseas employment in Korean dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between general characteristics and the intention of overseas employment and job satisfaction by Korean dental hygienists. Methods : We conducted a survey of 562 dental hygienists working in dental clinics nationwide. Collected data were analyzed by using the SAS(Version 9.2, SAS Institute, Cary, N.C.) package. $x^2$ test was used to determine the general characteristics of the subjects including job satisfaction level and intention to work abroad. Results : Old aged dental hygienists tended to work in the country rather than abroad(p<0.05). Higher job satisfaction was closely related to working hours, monthly income, social status, and stability of employment(p<0.05). Job satisfaction was concerned with intention to overseas employment. The main purpose of overseas employment included economic benefits(35.99%), self realization(26.75%), and improvement of working condition(21.66%) in the group of overseas employment(p<0.05). The obstacles to overseas employment were mastery of language proficiency(60.94%) and related information(21.89%) in those who want to work abroad. Conclusions : In order to increase the number of Korean dental hygienists for overseas employment, it is necessary to improve working competence and job satisfaction.

노인의 영양상태에 영향을 미치는 구강건강 요인 (Oral health factors affecting the nutritional status of the elderly)

  • Objectives: The study aimed to identify the oral health factors that affect the nutritional status of the elderly. Methods: The study was conducted over ten months from September 2013 to June 2014, and included senior citizens who were supported by the visiting health service. The rate of saliva release, the number of remaining teeth, and the ability of the elderly to identify nutritional conditions were evaluated. Statistical analyses were performed using the t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression using SAS 9.4 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA.). Results: The study participants had an average irritation saliva secretion rate of $2.26{\pm}1.11mg$ per minute. The higher the rate of saliva secretion, the higher the mini nutritional assessment (MNA) score (p<0.001). The average number of remaining teeth was $8.21{\pm}9.76$. The MNA scores were highest in groups with 11 or more remaining teeth (p=0.001). The factors that affected the nutritional condition of the elderly were their ability to perform activities of daily living, saliva flow rate, and number of remaining teeth. The highest correlation among them was that of the standardized regression coefficient was - 0.386 by activity daily living, followed by a 0.170 saliva secretion rate and 0.118 remaining teeth in daily life performance. Conclusions: Activities of daily living and rate of saliva secretion showed the highest correlations to nutritional status of the elderly.

구미 지역 노인의 주관적 건강상태 및 구강건강상태 수준비교 (Comparison of subjective health condition and subjective oral health condition of the elderly in Gumi)

  • Objectives : Rapid aging is a big social issue and aging influences on the quality of life in elderly people. Oral health in elderly people related to the general health condition and it is necessary to improve the quality of life in the elderly people. The aim of the study is to investigate the influencing factors of oral health in the elderly people. Methods : Self-reported questionnaire included general characteristics, subjective health and oral condition and denture use. Subjects were 177 elderly people in Gumi, Korea. SAS (Ver.9.2) Program was used for the collected data to perform frequency analysis, cross tabulation, t-test and ANOVA. Results : Higher subjective oral health score were found in younger age, highly educated, high income, and married elderly people. Elderly people who were older and had low education and low income tended to use denture Conclusions : It is necessary to develop oral health care management and prevention program for the elderly people.

Bacillus subtilis IJ-31에서 Hydrocinnamic Acid 생산을 위한 최적배양조건 (Optimization of Culture Condition for the Hydrocinnamic Acid Production from Bacillus subtilis IJ-31)

  • 본 연구에서는 식물생장억제미생물 B. subtilis IJ-31이 생산하는 HCA의 최적생산조건을 검토하였다. HCA생산 최적조건으로 탄소원은 1%의 미강, 질소원은 0.5% tryptone, 무기염은 0.1% $ZnCl_2$, 배양 온도는 $37^{\circ}C$, 배양시간은 60시간, pH는 7.0에서 $90.5\;{\mu}g/ml$의 HCA를 생산하였으므로 이를 최적생산조건으로 확립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 통계프로그램(SAS) 중 반응표면 분석법(RSM)을 이용한 jar fermentor 배양에서의 HCA 최적생산 조건을 확립하였다. 즉 토양추출물 2.24% 첨가, 교반속도 290 ppm, tryptone 0.83% 첨가, 배양온도 $37^{\circ}C$, 배양시간 60시간, pH 7.0에서 $102.99\;{\mu}g/ml$의 HCA를 생산하는 최적생산 조건으로 예측되었다. 따라서 실제 상기 RSM 최적 조건에서 실험한 결과 HCA는 $102.5\;{\mu}g/ml$를 생산하였다. 이러한 결과는 플라스크에서 HCA는 $90.5\;{\mu}g/ml$로 생산되었으나 jar fermenter 배양에서는 플라스크 배양에 비하여 12%가량 HCA 생산량이 증가된 결과를 보여주는 것이다.

초등학교의 공간 재구조화를 위한 기초적 연구 (A Basic Study for Spacial Re-Organization of the Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study is to attain basic source for spacial re-organization of the elementary school. This is the first step of some series of the study, For purpose, some investigations is to grasp the change of education system, curriculum and the present condition of institution were done, and some questions on the using condition of space, the satisfaction and the hope for the space of their school were asked to 371 teachers in elementary school, by questionnaire and interview methods. The result of the survey was analyzed using a statistics-analysis program SAS. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Corridor is using to extend of learning and living space. 2) To correspond to open education, various comers are placed in the classroom and the corridor. 3) As the change of educational system, teachers need parting the source center and the teacher's room.

재한 중국 조선족의 생활 형태 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구 (A Study on Real-Life Conditions and Quality of Life among Korean-Chinese in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was not only to identify real-life conditions of Korean-Chinese in Korea(clothing habits, eating habits, housing habits, economic life and leisure activities) but also to reveal the related variables that shall affect life quality. The subjects were selected from Korean-Chinese in Korea related to ‘Compatriots House’. The survey was conducted from June 20th to July 5th, 2000. A total of 225 questionnaires out of 350 were used as the final data analysis. All data were analyzed using the SAS/PC for frequency, percentage, F-test and Regression analysis. The study revealed the following results. 1. Significant differences were found in life quality of Korean-Chinese in Korea according to age(p<.05), optimum income (p<.001), health condition(p<.001), education level(p<.005), and entry motivation(p<.05). 2. Variable such as optimum income(β=.334) education level(β=-.190), monthly income(β=.170), health condition(β=.151), and self-esteem(β=.133) affected life quality of Korean-Chinese in Korea. Korean-Chinese’s life quality was explained by these variable(35%). The optimum income variable was the primary influential factor.

대구지역 초등학교 급식시설 환경실태 및 운영 만족도 (Condition and Satisfaction of Foodservice Environment in Elementary Schools)

  • This study was surveyed to investigate the condition and satisfaction of foodservice environment. the survey was conducted based on an instrument which was developed by reviewing previous research. The instrument was provided to 57 nutritionists at the elementary schools in Taegu area, and its contents include the standard and relevance of kitchen center, the layout type and the standard of satisfaction for the cooking equipment, washing machine, kitchen table and kitchen facilities. Data obtained from survey were analyzed by SAS. These results show that the combination layout type among four types of cooking center in the arrangement gives the highest standard of satisfaction to nutritionists. The amounts of equipment holding are related to its arrangement in the standard of satisfaction.

구미 일부지역 노인의 구강건강관련 삶의 질 수준과 요인간 상관관계 분석 (Correlation analysis of factors and the geriatric oral health-related quality of life in Gumi)

  • Objectives : The objective of this paper is to clarify the factors of the geriatric oral health influencing oral health-related quality of life by using the contracted OHIP-14 tool. Methods : This research conducted individual interview for 177 seniors using senior citizen center by using structured questionnaires. SAS(Ver.9.2) Program was used for the collected data to perform frequency analysis, reliability and scale analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results : The oral health-related quality of life level related to oral health according to the demographical characteristics showed that it was better in case that they are younger, married, more educated and have more living expenses. Except for age, oral health-related quality of life was connected to scholastic achievement, living expenses, subjective health condition and subjective oral health condition. The factors influencing the oral health condition were subjective health condition, marriage, scholastic achievement, living expenses, age and sex. As the subjective health condition is better, in case of cohabitation of only a couple and as the age or scholastic achievement is higher and the living expenses are more, the oral health condition was better. The factors influencing oral health-related quality of life were subjective oral health condition, marriage, sex, subjective health condition, scholastic achievement and living expenses. As the subjective oral health condition and health condition were better and in case of sole living and cohabitation of only a couple, male's oral health-related quality of life was higher. Conclusions : It is considered that because the geriatric oral health condition becomes an important factor to oral health-related quality of life, the development of the geriatric oral health business and the geriatric heal education program to maintain and improve oral health is required and the activation of the oral health insurance policy for preventive dental service is necessary.
