Web 2.0의 등장과 함께 Web 2.0의 핵심요소인 OpenAPI의 사용이 늘어나고 있다. 또한 이들은 다른 서비스와 결합되어 새로운 복합 서비스를 만들어 내기도 하는데, 이를 매쉬업 서비스 (mash-up service)라 한다. 현재 많은 OpenAPI 중 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 지도 API는 매쉬업 서비스의 대표적인 자원이며 이와 함께 최근 대중화 되고 있는 스마트폰의 GPS를 이용하여 현대사회에서 문제가 되고 있는 아동 범죄, 노약자 보호 등의 문제를 해결하는데 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 OpenAPI와 매쉬업 기술을 기반으로 아동 및 노약자의 이동 경로를 관리하기 위한 서비스를 개발하였다. 이 서비스는 스마트폰의 GPS로부터 실시간 위치 좌표 값을 받아 지도 API를 이용하여 현재 위치를 표시해 주는 기능을 가진다. 또한 관리대상 (아동 및 노약자)의 이동경로를 미리 예측하고 이를 안전지역으로 설정해 놓음으로써 이들의 안전지역 이탈을 즉각적으로 알려줄 수 있도록 하여 이탈 시 해당 위치와 이탈 후의 이동경로를 확인할 수 있게 한다. 뿐만 아니라 과거의 이동경로와 안전지역 이탈 이력을 조회 해 볼 수 있음으로써 정확한 사고 발생 시각 및 지점을 확인할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 이동경로관리 서비스를 이용함으로써 아동 범죄 및 노약자 사고를 사전에 예방하도록 도와주고 사후에는 신속한 처리를 할 수 있도록 해 줄 것이다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 QoS(Quality of Service)보장을 위하여 제안된 Diff-Serv(Differentiated Service)모델을 구현하고, QoS 를 보장하지 않는 BE(Best Effort)서비스와 우선 순위가 높은 패킷을 처리하여 QoS 를 보장하는 EF(Expedited Forwarding) 서비스의 차이를 통하여 Diff-Serv 망의 우수성을 입증하고자 한다. Diff-Serv 망은 BB(Bandwidth Broker)와 에지라우터 그리고 다수의 코어라우터로 구성된다. BB 로부터 라우터에 QoS Policy를 전송하기 위하여 COPS(Common Open Policy Service) 프로토콜을 구현하였으며, 사용자와 BB 사이의 SLAT/RAR(Service Level Agreement/Resource Allocation Request)를 처리하기 위하여 Admission Control 이라는 명명한 자체 프로토콜을 개발하였다. 구현된 Diff-Serv 망에서 QoS 보장 테스트를 위하여 19.2Mbps 대역폭이 요구되는 HDTV 스트리밍 서비스를 이용하여 인위적으로 Background Traffic 을 발생시켰을 때, BE 서비스만을 지원하는 망에서는 현저하게 서비스의 질이 떨어지는 반면에 Diff-Serv 망에서는 QoS가 보장됨을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this paper based on the preliminary research is to dove)or the standard job models for children's service of public and children libraries in Korea. To do so, the author surveyed and analysed the perception of library staff of current jobs for children's service using the online questionnaire. And author proposed the standard models(importance difficulty, professionalism, and performance requirements) of library jobs for strengthening children's services. In addition, the this study suggested a plans to enhance professionalism of children's librarian and to introduce its qualification system.

이 연구는 DVB-S2 전송시스템을 Ku/Ka대역 위성방송서비스에 적용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 DVB-S2 전송시스템의 수신성능을 변조방식 및 LDPC 부호 율에 따라 S/W 모의실험을 통하여 분석하였으며, 우리나라가 속한 K지역에서 시간 율에 따른 강우감쇠 정도를 Ku 및 Ka대역에서 분석하였다. 수신성능 분석결과와 시간 율에 따른 강우감쇠 정도를 이용하여, Ku 및 Ka대역에서 특정 시간 율을 만족하는 위성방송서비스를 제공하기 위한 DVB-S2 전송시스템의 변조방식 및 LDPC 부호 율을 제안하였다.

A cloud computing service provider must assure Service Level Agreement (SLA) to provide reliable and consistent quality of service to a user. The SLA is a contract between the user and the service provider that connects to assure constant level such as availability to target provided service. The cloud computing is classified into IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS according to IT resources of the various cloud service. The existing SLA is difficult to reflect quality factors of service because it only considers factors about the physical Network environment. In this paper, we suggest the UDDI-based interchange process with the architecture and the specification language having a XML schema for the SLA specification. The quality requirements of SaaS are defined by a proposed specification language in the cloud environment. It is stored in the repository of a quality specification and exchanged on during the service binding time based on the exchange architecture.

세계 주요 나라에서 HDTV 방송이 서비스되고 있으며, 현재는 아날로그와 디지털 방송이 동시 송출되고 있으나, 2010년대 초기에 디지털 전환을 완료할 예정이다. 방송서비스는 기술개발, 표준 제정 및 법제 정비 등 많은 개발 및 준비기간을 필요로 하므로, 세계 주요 국가들은 HDTV 이후의 방송 서비스를 위한 준비 작업들을 진행하고 있다. HDTV 이후의 차세대 방송을 UHDTV라고 하며, 가정에서 70 mm 영화보다 뛰어난 화질(비디오 해상도 $7680{\times}4320$, HD 화면 16배 크기에 해당)과 다채널(${\sim}22.2ch$) 음질로 극장급의 초고품질 서비스를 제공하여 소비자의 품질 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 TV를 목표로 한다. 본 고에서는 UHDTV 서비스에 필요한 관련 기술 동향과 표준화 동향 및 기술 개발시 선행적으로 필요로 하는 특허 동향에 대해서 설명한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits on switching barriers and loyalty focusing on tug boat service. To achieve the purpose of the research, literature survey on existing literature, thesis, research report is performed and also reliability analysis, validity test and multiple regression analysis using SPSSWIN 18.0 is used in this research. To verify a research model and hypothesis, a questionnaire survey among employees of shipping companies and shipping agencies was executed. 76 copies of total 200 copies of questionnaires were collected and the number of questionnaire used for empirical analysis was 76 copies. The main results of the study are summarized as below. First, Hypothesis 1 "shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits has a positive impact on the switching barrier" was supported by this study. Second, Hypothesis 2 "shipping service firm's perceived relational benefits has a positive impact on the loyalty" was supported in this research. Finally, Hypothesis 3 "switching barrier has a positive impact on the customer's loyalty" was also supported. Further research can be extended by adding more questionnaires including more shipping service firms all over the nation.

ITU-T의 차세대지능망 표준화는 최초의 진화단계인 IN CS-1이 '95 SG11 회의에서 완결되었고, 현재는 IN CS-2/3 표준화에 대한 논의가 진행되고 있다. IN CS-2는 일부 IN CS-1 목표서비스의 국제연동, FPLMTS의 지원, 서비스관리/생성 서비스의 제공 등의 요구사항을 수용하되 FPLMTS와 서비스 관리/ 생성 서비스와 관련해서는 분산기능평면까지만 부분적으로 권고한다. 본 고에서는 현재 표준화 주요 대상인 IN CS-2에 대하여 분석하였다.

본 고에서는 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 위해 기존 IP 도메인 네임 서비스 체계를 초고속 ATM 망에 확장하는 방안에 대하여 설명한다. 이를 위해 먼저 ATM 네이밍 서비스 구조와 통신방식에 대하여 검토하며, IP-DNS와 연동 방안을 설명한다. 다음으로 ANS(ATM Name System)를 이용한 정보검색과 네이밍 서비스 제공 방안을 설명한다.

With a rapid development of DWDM and photonic switching, $MP{\lambda}S$ network can realize DiffServ like QOS services using optical wavelength mapping to the traffic flows.
