현재, 동일한 네트워크를 다수의 사용자가 사용할 경우, 네트워크 부하가 급증하여 통신 서비스의 품질이 저하되며, 원활한 통신 서비스의 지원이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 서비스 사용자가 원활하게 통신 서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 보장하는 정책기반 VoIP 서비스 QoS 관리시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템을 사용하면 대용량의 네트워크 부하가 걸리는 상황에서도 사용자의 VoIP 서비스의 품질 보장이 가능하며, 정책기반 QoS 관리를 통해 전체 네트워크의 효율적인 운용이 가능하도록 하였다.

In this paper we present geometrically exact Kirchhoff's initially curved planar beam model. The theoretical formulation of the proposed model is based upon Reissner's geometrically exact beam formulation presented in classical works as a starting point, but with imposed Kirchhoff's constraint in the rotated strain measure. Such constraint imposes that shear deformation becomes negligible, and as a result, curvature depends on the second derivative of displacements. The constitutive law is plasticity with linear hardening, defined separately for axial and bending response. We construct discrete approximation by using Hermite's polynomials, for both position vector and displacements, and present the finite element arrays and details of numerical implementation. Several numerical examples are presented in order to illustrate an excellent performance of the proposed beam model.

The objective of the present study was to assess the antipsychotic and antidiarrhoeal activities of ethanolic extract of roots of Rubia cordifolia in mice and rats. The antipsychotic activity of ethanolic extract of roots of Rubia cordifolia (ERC) was evaluated by observing its effect on amphetamineinduced stereotyped behavior in mice. Effect of ERC was also studied on motor coordination and locomotion in mice. The antidiarrhoeal activity was evaluated using castor oil-induced diarrhoea and excretion of sodium and potassium ions in the intestinal secretion in rats and gastrointestinal transit in mice. The ERC inhibited amphetamine-induced stereotyped behaviour, diminished locomotion and impaired motor coordination. ERC inhibited castor oil-induced diarrhoea, decreased both sodium and potassium excretion in the intestine and decreased gastrointestinal transit. Thus the present study confirms the anti-diarrhoeal activity of Rubia cordifolia. Further studies are necessary to evaluate the potential of Rubia cordifolia as an antipsychotic.

This paper aims to present solutions to three intriguing puzzles on causation that Benardete presents by considering the results of infinite series of telescoping events. The main conceptual tool used in the solutions is the notion of collective causation, what many events cause collectively. It is straightforward to apply the notion to resolve two of the three puzzles. It does not seem as straightforward to apply it to the other puzzle. After some preliminary clarifications of the situation that Benardete describes to present the puzzle, however, we can apply the notion to resolve it as well.

In this paper we present an operational method for solving linear Volterra-Fredholm integral equations (VFIE). The method is con- structed based on three matrices with simple structures which lead to a simple and high accurate algorithm. We also present an error estimation and demonstrate accuracy of the method by numerical examples.

In the present study a mesh generation program has been developed by using DXF file. The program consists of DXF file reading and mapping algorithm, which projects the 2-D mesh point onto the triangular surface constructed by nearest three points. The present program has been tested for mesh generations for the road tunnel ventilation analysis and analysis of lava movement in mountain area.

In bitrate control of MPEG-2 TM5, $Q_{j}$, N-act, and mquant, of present macroblock are predicted from those of previous macroblock. It results in poor image quality because of abrups change of them. We proposed a method predicting $Q_{j}$, N-act, and mquant, of present macroblock by averaging those parameters of adjacent previous macroblocks. As a results, it shows improved PSNR compared to bitrate control of MPEG-2 TM5.TM5.

Interoperability in the BIM construction information is the information management technology, which allows user to control and effectively use construction's lots of information that occur and disappear through construction life cycle. And it is information interchange through accurate and rapid decision-making to get the participants' wanted value. In this study, we will present plan to improve productivity and quality through effective BIM operation. And we will present improvement plan after deduce existing process's problem.

In this paper a finite element method for free-surface problems is described. the method is based on two different forms of Hamilton's principle. To test the present computational method two specific wave problems are investigated; the dispersion relations and the nonlinear effect for the well-known solitary waves are treated. The convergence test shows that the present scheme is more efficient than other existing methods, e.g. perturbation scheme.

I present a theoretical analysis of the charismatic leadership and the follower's role. I distinguish between two types of charismatic relationships and present general propositions about how followers' self-concepts may dertermine the type of charismatic relationship they form with the leader. I conclude by suggesting further the study.
