We present a rare case of a patient with aortoiliac occlusive disease on the background of type A crossed renal ectopia, for whom open surgical intervention was required. Aortic exposure in patients with concomitant crossed renal ectopia can present technical challenges to the vascular surgeon. The knowledge of variations in the ectopic renal blood supply is of paramount importance when performing surgery to treat this condition and affects the choice of surgical exposure. We present and discuss the operative details of our patient and outline an approach to this subset of patients.

Operation of KORAIL's level crossing is in charge of KORAIL. As taking over existing level crossing to KORAIL, they do not conduct risk assessments, so we do not know about any possibilities of inner risk. And present operation of safety of the level crossing is just regular checking of reaction and functions of safety equipments physically, we need to react to the changes of what's going on around of level crossing and incestigation of traffic flow and surrounding conditions more spontaneously. So, we have to prepare the strategies against accidents of level crossing cost-effectively based on regular risk assessments for sustainable safety improvements and overcome operational problems of present level crossing's safety. Here, we're going to investigate the level of safety level and present risk factors of the level crossing using risk assessments for accidents/error of the equipments to show operational strategies of level crossing based on risk assessments.

This paper deals with Guilloton's method for wave-making resistance calculation. Ship is considered as slender in this paper. Guillotin's method requires a large and fast computer, while mini-computer is good enough for the present method. Present method is practical as well, as prismatic curves along with other principal particulars are requirements for the calculation. Unless the ship is thin, Z-transformation is difficult to carry out, but this can be done smoothly in the present method by considering the flow around the bottom of the ship. As an example of this method, corresponding real hulls of Maruo's least wave-making resistance ship forms are calculated.

A very fast method of moments(MoM) for the analysis of microstrip structure is considered based upon the use of rooftop basis and razor test functions in conjunction with a new closed-form Green's functions. The present method presents a robust approach to obtain the Green's functions which can be derived by use of only one set of approximation parameters independently of operating frequency range. Moreover, using the present MoM scheme, the MoM matrix elements can be analytically evaluated with few number of terms in comparison with the previous method. So, the computational efficiency can be improved significantly without loss of the precision. In order to check the validity of the present method, performance is demonstrated for the example of a coaxially-fed microstrip transmission line and the present results are compared with the previous results.

The torsion problem in a cylindrical rod is usually formulated in terms of either the warping function or the Prandtl stress function. In a rod whose cross-section is bounded by circles and rectangles, we develop an analytic solution approach based on the warping function, which satisfies Laplace's equation. The present formulation employs polynomials and The Fourier series-type solutions, both of which satisfy exactly the governing differential equation. Using the present method, the maximum shear stress and torsional rigidity are efficiently and accurately calculated and the present results are compared with those by other methods. The specific numerical examples include the case with eccentric holes which was investigated earlier. The finite element results are also compared with the present results.

Under the present law, a medical corporation has the legalistic character of a noncommercial corporation and its commerciality is restricted by public service. In a recent precedent, however, a judgment has considered the service part in medical practice. The tendency of a precedent is that both commerciality of a medical institution and medical corporation are allowed to be pursued under fundamental order-observance. This change is found in china and india, which consider a medical service as national industry. In the case of ours, the now government demonstrate the industrialization or the market of medical service through promotion of commerciality of a medical corporation. This paper deal with the meaning of a medical corporation and the present condition of medical market under the present law and recommends a tendency of law policy through study of foreign's and our precedent for commerciality of medical advertisement and medical corporation.

IoT 환경의 센서 네트워크와 RFID 태그 등에서의 AES나 SEED에 대응 할 수 있는 새로운 저전력 경량화 암호 알고리즘이 필요 해짐에 따라 본 논문에서는 2006년 국내에서 제안된 HIGHT와 2007년 CHES에서 제안된 PRESENT 알고리즘을 Arduino에 적용하여 성능을 비교분석 하였다. 그 결과 HIGHT 알고리즘이 PRESENT알고리즘에 비하여 더 짧고, 적은 수행시간과 프로그램 메모리 사용량을 보였으며, 더 많은 동적 메모리 사용량을 보였다.

Metal furniture design in this study from the 1960s to the present period of office space by Metal furniture design Metal furniture for social factors in the development. This furniture range has expanded to use metal and metal to minimize the negative aspects of a conventional flexible image is designed to suit the tastes of modern design and metal furniture design, interior space, except that now it is considered that the most can be identified.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between intake experience of mother's milk intake/baby food intake, present eating habits, and atopy symptoms in elementary school students in Chungnam province. More frequent intake of mother's milk was associated with less atopy symptoms. Subjects who had good attitudes for baby food in the past had less unfavorite foods. In addition, subjects that ate fruits and vegetable-baby food had better eating attitudes for a balanced diet. Unbalanced diet was associated with worse behavior characteristics. Frequency of eating breakfast affected behavioral characteristics. As this study had regional and size limitations, it is necessary to further investigate the relationship between past intake experience of mother's milk/attitude towards baby foods and present eating habits/physical growth. Based on these results, past intake experience of mother's milk/attitude towards baby foods might affect present physical growth/development and eating habits of subjects.

This study investigated the relationship between depressive symptoms and interests of workers in their 30s to 40s. This study recruited 49 workers who fit the selection criteria. Descriptive, frequency, and regression analyses were performed. To describe participant characteristics and the classification of depression and interest, descriptive and frequency analyses were used. The effect of interest patterns on depressive symptoms was analyzed using a multiple regression analysis, specifying the significance level at 0.05. The results of this study showed that half of the respondents, who were in their 30s and 40s, experienced depression. In addition, this study indicated that interest of workers in their 30s to 40s in daily, cognitive, physical, and social activities in the present was lower than that in the past. This interest level affected depression in past and present interest (p<0.05). This study investigated the relationship between interest and depression of workers in their 30s to 40s and suggest that interest in various areas may help prevent depression.
