The objectives of this study were to investigate some problems related to health and to identify citizen's needs related to nutrition education program. The data were analyzed by using $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA and multiple range test. The food habits score was 70.0 of 100. The score of man was 69.0, while that of woman was 72.6. Since woman's food habit was better than man, education to man is more needed. Man's BMI was 22.5 and that of woman was 21.4. W/H ratio of man was 0.85 and that of woman was 0.80. BMI and W/H ratio increased as age increases. Systolic blood pressure was 123.5mmHg and diastolic blood pressure was 83.2mmHg. All age groups need the education of blood pressure control. Since subjects who did regular exercise were only 26.3%, these community people needed more regular exercise, specially woman. It turned out that subjects were afraid of cancer, hypertension, cerebral vascular diseases which are related with food habits. The disease or symptom having the highest mobility were dental disease, gastroenteric disorder, headache and constipation. They asked for counselling about health, diet therapy, protection methods of disease and menu planning etc. The program of education for health and good food habits should be developed according to subjects's age, sex, education etc. These results showed primary needs on the curriculum of citizen's education program for enhancing health. In addition, we suggest the research on the practical curriculum of nutrition education program.

It is important to maintain the integrity of the personal information stored duplicately in DBs on the internet sites and to reduce the inconvenience of the user's. So it is useful to develop the integrated-DB supporting the independence of the S/W. In this paper, we investigate the defect of the membership management system on the internet site. Based on the result, we model the personal information management system to manage the membership efficiently, and implement the integrated personal information management system, called IPIMS.

The paradigm of education has changed with the progress of the information and communication technology. In school, there has been developing and animately discussing many data and ways of using web-practicality for teaching and learning. On the other hand, relatively, there are negligent faces about web-practicality for extension of emotion and will of our children. The common points of pre-studies about the increase of self-concept show that it is difficult to join all of the information because the work is off-line, therefore limiting it's advance so that the program is improved. This study has designed and embodied the system of web based self-expression training program. The result of application of this system has showed the positive effect on formation of self-concept of Cheongju elementary school students.

This study is aimed at putting forward effective methods of computer education for use in schools by comparing the schools of UK and Korea. It shows : 1) a big difference in infrastructure such as H/W and Network, 2) for S/W budget UK teachers have control over their own budget, but not in Korea, 3) government, school, teacher, student, and parent all have the same mind set to promote the use of information communication technology in the UK, but in Korea the government alone drives it with its own policy. At University level, potential computer teachers in the UK are emphasized to practice fields works in schools, but in Korea, the course mainly consists of education theory and pre-teachers get only four weeks field experience. In addition, computer teachers are often those with majors in different fields, but due to the lack of interest in computer education, they are forced into these empty positions. This often leads to conflict between students and teachers because of those teachers who do not have the necessary depth in knowledge of computers.

We report on high-power continuous-wave operations of an Er:YAG ceramic laser in-band pumped by a cladding-pumped Er,Yb fiber laser at 1532 nm. With an output coupler of 10% transmission, the ceramic laser yielded 16.7 W of continuous-wave output at 1645 nm for 28.8 W of incident pump power, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 61.0% with respect to the incident pump power. The lasing wavelength switched to 1617 nm when output couplers of > 20% transmission were used. Up to 16.2 W of 1617 nm output was generated for 33.0 W of incident pump power, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 51.8%. Graphene Q-switched operation of Er:YAG cermic laser at 1645 nm was also demonstrated with stable pulses of 30-74 kHz repetition rates and 1.5-6.4 ${\mu}s$ pulse widths.

The CNTs are the most extensively studied material which are characterized by the complete property of matter, structure, and the large thermal conductivity (Thermal conductivity of $CNTs\;{\sim}>2000W/mK$ vs. Thermal conductivity of Aluminum ${\sim}\;>204W/mK$). Thus, they are successfully applied to the various fields. However, due to the strong agglomeration caused by the van der waal's force, their applications are limited. In the present study, a new method for CNTs dispersion was developed by using the mechanical dispersion, acid treatment, and then Cu was coated. This process produces CNTs/Cu nanocomposite powders, whereby the CNTs are homogeneously located within the Cu powders. The thermal properties of the CNTs/Cu nanocomposite were investigated.
