본 논문에서는 교과개정 개편으로 저학년부터 코딩교육의 의무화가 됨에 따라 현시점에서 코딩교육의 대표적인 교육사이트에 대한 현황 및 장단점을 살펴보고, 교육을 받은 S/W 인재들이 대학교에 진학하여 배우는 S/W 교육에 대해 살펴보고자 했다. 현재 미래 창조과학부에서 운영하는 S/W 중심대학에 관하여 적절한 운영 방향에 따라 각 대학교가 운영되고 있는지 조사해보고 이에 따른 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하고 대학교별로 K-ICT(Korea-Information&Communication Techonology) 전략에 부합하는 목표성을 가졌는지 그룹핑해서 나열하고 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하여 S/W 교육 추진 방향과 정책설계를 통한 미래 발전 방안을 K-ICT 중심의 목표와 S/W 중심학교가 NCS(National Competency Standards)에 부합하는 시스템 개발을 위한 연구의 필요성을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 창의적인 S/W 인재 육성을 위한 교사교육 프로그램의 방향을 제시하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 현대 사회는 S/W가 기반이 되는 사회로, S/W는 실생활 뿐 아니라 다양한 학문 분야의 발전에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 사회 패러다임의 변화는 창의적인 S/W 인재 육성 교육이라는 교육 패러다임의 변화를 요구하고 있으며, 교육 패러다임의 변화는 학습자 교육을 담당하는 교사 교육 패러다임의 변화를 요구한다. 따라서 창의적 S/W 인재 육성을 담당하는 교사 교육 프로그램은 학습자의 특성, 학습 맥락, 현대 사회가 필요로 하는 지식을 고려한 교육을 할 수 있도록 개발되어야 하며, 교사의 역할이 과거의 지식 전달자의 역할에서 학습의 조력자, 촉진자, 안내가 역할을 할 수 있는 프로그램이 되도록 해야 한다.

Whereas research on telelearning in educational technology area is lively done, that in mathematics education area is not. Related to the open education, telelearning has 4 models: the distance classroom model, the front-end system design, the knowledge construction model, and the teaching model based on data. S/W, C/W, and H/W are the components of telelearning system. For an effective mathematics telelearning system, H/W and S/W which use multimedia with complex multimode information such as text, graphics, animation, video, and audio are necessary. Examples of telelearning systems on going are MIPOS, SDS telelearning system, telelearning system of the Naechon Elementary School, and Doorae Multimedia Application Development Platform.

In this study, we presented a App Inventor utilization Software Education program in the process of education for Computational Thinking improvement of elementary school girls. In order to analyze the effects of education programs that have been developed, to elect the 3, 4, 5 grade girls of the sample of volunteers by volunteers form collection as an experimental population, was charged with the development programs, and It was analyzed educational effect using the results of the pre-post tests. The results of the analysis, App Inventor utilization Software Education program that was developed in this study it was found that help in Computational Thinking kidney of elementary school girls.

This paper shows that mathematics and statistics are not only a necessity but a strategic element in contributing for the competitiveness of field of S/W and H/W. First, a survey was conducted to investigate the perceived importance of mathematics and statistics to the specialists of the field. Second, computer programming was implemented in university mathematics courses to understand the educational effect related to problem solving ability. Third, a educational case in which mathematics and statistics in S/W and H/W subject were combined was analyzed. Lastly, an effective plan for mathematics and statistics education in the field of S/W and H/W will be presented.

본 논문에서는 SDR SW 플랫폼을 기반으로 활용 분야에 적용될 수 있는 4종 S/W를 제안한다. SDR SW 플랫폼은 openAPI로 제공되어 확장성과 활용성 및 유연성 측면에 장점이 있다. 웹 서비스를 기반으로 구현한 4종 SW는 교육용, 경계용, 감시용, 교통용으로 각 S/W의 목적성에 따라 사용하는 파형과 밴드를 설정하여 운용하도록 구성하였고, 운용시에 발생한 데이터를 그래프, 도표 등의 시각적으로 사용자에게 정보를 제공한다. 교육용 S/W는 다중대역, 다중파형 설정 및 다양한 정보 제공, 경계용 S/W는 실외 특정 구역 감시, 감시용 S/W는 실내 침입자 탐지, 교통용 S/W는 실시간 차량 현황과 과속 탐지 등 각 S/W에 따라 특정 활용 목적에 기능을 구생하여 구현하였다.

In this paper, we proposed a real-time education assistive technology system based on haptic display to improve education environment of total blindness people. The proposed system consist of a lecture and writing S/W for educator and a previously developed haptic display H/W for total blindness people. The one has the major function which is quickly and easily writing to the education data, that will be provided to total blindness people, through familiar UI, the other has the major function which print out the tactile information about the education data. The result of implementing system not only provides a similar result using existing braille instrument and printer, but shows that it is effective performance and functionality because it can print out the education data in real time.

국내 S/W산업 육성을 위한 S/W유통센터의 설립이 본격 추진된다. S/W유통센터의 설립은 국내 S/W시장의 불확실성 및 관련기업들의 경영기반과 기술력이 취약한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 체신부가 지난해 9월 마련한 정보통신 S/W육성방안에 따른 것으로 한국통신(KOREA TELECOM)이 이를 전담 추진하게 된다. S/W공급자 및 수요자에게 매매장소 및 관련정보를 제공하고, S/W의 홍보.전시.교육.판매기능을 부여하여 유통구조의 개선은 물론 S/W에 대한 일반국민의 가치인식을 제고하므로써 S/W산업 육성기반 확립과 정보이용의 활성화를 도모하게 될 동 유통센터의 설립추진 개요를 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the employment rate of graduates in the fields of the S/W and H/W. In order to seek employment in various major fields of the S/W and H/W, firstly, this paper proposes the educational case study that increases the concern about employment and develops learner's ability in the unfavorable major fields. Secondly, this paper presents the future driving improvement for the employment rate on the basis of the department's special characteristics and the actual circumstances in the fields of the S/W and H/W. This paper conducts the surveys of each 40 seniors majoring in S/W and H/W respectively in order to measure the understanding of probability/statistics which has been used as tools in the unfavorable major fields. With the purpose of increasement on the employment rate, the paper is designed to have 3 steps, that is, a preliminary questionnaire for employment preference, major courses connecting probability/statistics and a post-questionnaire for employment preference, which eventually investigates the changes of the perception on employment. This paper is verified by the multiple regression analysis to approve the effect on improving learner's academic achievement.

As development of education contents has become more active, it is not much that way to preserve copyright of S/W consuming contents. So this paper studied way to preserve copyright of S/W from MAC address of ethernet and hard disk volume serial number. This study realizes the simple but powerful security algorithm to preserve copyright. So this tightens to preserve copyright of S/W of education contents and will contributes to decrease damages because of using illegal S/W.
