INTRANET을 중심한 WORLD WIDE AFTER SERVICE 체계 구축-T사의 A/S시스템 사례-

  • 인터넷이 보편화되고 발전되는데도 클라이언트 서버 사용자는 보안의 문제 등으로 인터넷을 클라이언트서버와 연결하여 어플리케이션에 거의 사용하지 않고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 여기 소개하는 사례기업 T사에서는 현장에서 고객과 대응하면서 정보의 부족으로 즉각적 대응을 하지 못해 고객의 불만이 많았었는데 인트라넷을 A/S 시스템에 적용하여 사 용함으로써 업무에 획기적인 변화를 가져오게 되었고 고객으로부터 새로운 평가를 받게 되 었다. 또한 그로 인한 경비의 절감과 사원들의 사기앙양등 유무형의 좋은 효과를 가져왔다. 앞으로 영문판을 보완함으로써 내국인 중심시스템에서 명실상부한 웹 중심 업무시스템이 될 것이다. 물론 보안 문제 등 문제가 없는 것은 아니다. T사에서도 그러한 문제들을 방화벽과 암호 등을 이용하여 극복하고 있다. 본 연구로 클라이언트 서버와 인터넷을 연결함으로 많 은 업무개선영역을 넓혀가기를 바란다.

  • 한국의 대학은 높은 교육열, 자녀 수 감소, 일자리 창출 미흡, 전공.직업 불일치율 50%(OECD 2015 보고서)등 교육 수요자의 기대와 기업이 선호하는 인재양성을 해야 하는 대학교육의 위기이다. 이 위기에 IoT, 클라우드(Cloud), 빅데이터(Big data), 모바일(Mobile) 기술을 원활하게 지원하기 위한 소프트웨어(SW)가 필수적이다. 'SW 경쟁력 없이는 기업의 미래가 없다', 'SW 인재가 세상을 바꾼다'등 SW의 중요성과 비전이다. 미국의 구글, 애플, 페이스북, 트위터와 중국의 바이두, 알리바바, 텐센트 등도 SW를 바탕으로 전 세계로 뻗어가고 있다. 지금이 SW 강국으로 가는 마지막 기회로, SW 중심사회 실현을 위한 인재양성 확대가 시급하다.

  • According to the recent growth of the internet commercialization and differentiated QoS(quality of service), statistical traffic modeling is necessary for forecasting and controlling future network capacity. This paper reviews tile essential components in web workloads. And I propose adjusted internet traffic modeling using heavy-tailed distributions and intervention techniques.

  • In Software Defined Network (SDN), data plane and control plane are decoupled. Dummy switches on the data plane simply forward packet based on the flow entries that are stored in its flow table. The flow entries are generated by a centralized controller that acts as a brain of the network. However, the size of flow table is limited and it can conduct a security issue related to Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). Especially, it related to resource attack that consumes all flow table resource and consumes controller resources. In this paper, we will analyze the impact of flow table limitation to the controller. Then we propose an approach that is called Flow Table Management to handle flow table limitation.

  • 화상 회의, 개인 인터넷 방송 등의 실시간 응용 시스템을 위해 오버레이 멀티캐스트 트리가 충족 시켜야 하는 조건은 크게 두 가지이다. 트리상의 노드의 차수가 적절한 상한이어야 하고, 멀티캐스트 트리의 지름, 즉 트리 상의 경로 거리로 볼 때 가장 먼 두 사용자 간의 거리가 작아야 한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 위의 두 조건을 고려한 실시간 방송 IPTV 방송서비스를 전송하는 시스템을 구성하고, 실시간 방송 서비스에 적합한 오버레이 멀티캐스트 트리를 구성하는 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 이 알고리즘은 Cost값을 각 End-User들의 가용대역폭과 이웃 End-User들과의 Delay, 그리고 요구대역폭을 제안하는 Cost-Function에 적용한 후, M.S.T(Minimum Spanning Tree) 알고리즘을 활용하여 최적의 트리를 구성하게 된다.

A Study on the Factors to Customers Attitude for the Goods and Service Introduced in Review UGC (체험형 1인 미디어콘텐츠에서 소개하는 상품에 대한 소비자 태도 영향요인 연구)

  • This study analyzed the factors to customer attitude on the goods and service introduced in UGC(User Generated Contents) and explored the difference between Korean and Chinese customers. For the first research question, the hypothetical factors were selected through literature review, the area of which are media consumption, social media and effect of advertising. In this study examined 4 independent variables: information, reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation. Methodologies are confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression. Result showed that reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation are statistically significant. According to the β value, the biggest one is customer innovation, the second one is BJ attractiveness and the third one is reliability. The influence of information on customer attitude is not statistically significant. The result is well-aligned with the prior studies. The information factor's influence, however, is disputable because some prior studies shows that it is not significant when the research samples are recently developed channel such as mobile or social media commerce platforms. It is necessary to identify the root causes why the information factor is not significant in some research cases. For the second research question, this study used independent t-test between Korean and Chinese customers. The result shows that the difference in reliability, BJ attractiveness and attitude are stastically significant, and the ratings of Chinese customers are higher. This result caused by the difference of media commerce environment between Korea and China. Information and customer innovation didn't show significant difference.

A Study on the Effect of University Library User's Sense of Community on User Satisfaction and Loyalty (대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식이 이용자 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • This study measures and analyzes the university library user's sense of community, service quality assessment, user satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the effect of the university library user's sense of community on university library user satisfaction and loyalty mediated by the assessment of the quality of service is investigated. On the basis of study result, to improve user satisfaction and user loyalty, the direction and implications of library development are presented. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, precedent research and literature were investigated, and the study model and hypothesis were established based on theoretical background. In order to verify the hypothesis, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to subject who had experience using the Central Library among undergraduate students at the C National University, and the final 282 sample was used for analysis. To analyze the differences depending on the general characteristics of the samples, It is the result of an independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the mediated effects analysis using the PROCESS macro-programs models 4 and 6 of Hayes for hypothesis testing are as follows. First, The university library user's sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user satisfaction of university library mediated by service quality assessment at statistical significance. This showed that the higher the university library user's sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, and the higher the user satisfaction level of university library. Second, The university library user's sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user loyalty of university library mediated by service quality assessment and user satisfaction. This showed that the higher the university library user's sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, the higher user satisfaction level of university library and the higher the user loyalty level of university library. The results of this study showed that the university library user's sense of community has a direct and indirect effect on enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty through the service quality assessment.

  • Wearable device, along with IoT(Internet of Things), is considered the core of upcoming generation's convergence technology. Companies are intensely competing one another for prior occupation in the smartwatch market. Consumers that use smartwatch express their preferences by sharing their opinions through SNS(Social Networking Service). Through this study, emotions dictionary is built, which consists of attributes and emotional words related to smartwatch. Based on the emotions dictionary, SNS data has been categorized according to the attributes through opinion data model. Afterwards, overall polarity and attribute polarity of collected data are distinguished through natural language parsing, followed by an analysis of smartwatch reviews. This study will contribute to determination of which attributes of smartwatch to be improved, to arise consumer's interest for individual smartwatch.

  • In this paper, we present the design and implementation of an agent knowledge and QoS tuning methodology to improve the flexibility of agent-based flexible video-conference system. In order to improve the flexibility during video-conferencing, we propose a new T-INTER(Tuning-INTER) architecture of knowledge part in video-conference manager (VCM) agent in which an automatic QoS parameter tuning method is imbedded. The flexible video-conference system structured based on the proposed architecture can cope with the changes in service quality required by users. The VCM agent cooperates with other agents by protocols and executes the automatic QoS parameter tuning task whenever needed. By the tuned parameters, the system is able to flexibly cope with the internal or external changes and the burden of users can be decreased. In the experimental section, it is shown that our proposed system outperforms the existing system.

  • Smart TVs provide a variety of services and information compared to existing TVs based on the Internet. In order to provide more personalized services or information, it is necessary to analyze users' viewing patterns and provide customized services or information based on them. The proposed system receives the user's TV viewing pattern, analyzes it, and recommends a TV program or movie as customized information to the user. For this, the system was constructed with a preprocessor and a deep learning model. The preprocessor refines the name of the TV program watched by the user, the date the TV program was watched, and the watched time. Then, the multi-attribute LSTM model trains the refined data and performs prediction.The proposed system is a system that provides customized information to users, and is believed to be a leading technology in digital convergence that combines existing IoT technology and deep learning technology.
