한국 포장디자인의 전통성에 관한 연구

  • As of today-half a century has passed after 1945, the liberation from Japanese imperialism-it's significant to introspect our culture. On the one hand our culture has succeeded due to the peculiar history, but on the other hand it hasn't. So to speak, it has gained in Quantity but lost in Quality. There are keen, international competition and exchange in the modern culture. So the Qualitive success of modern design depends on if it had an original character or not. According to Korean rapid industrialization, technological extence, and economic growth, the export has increased greatly, but package design hasn't been match for them. Korean expoters have been meeting with cutthroat competition in world market. Under these circumstances it's very important that we have a real understand and interest in our culture, we strengthen the competitive power of home products with good package design. This is our age of not home market but world market. We live in an age when design wins, so that we have to develop the good design native to Korea. Many designers have proposed their opinions with the characteristic designs, but it has been only a fragmentary and passive method. We must seek for the new method more positively. The effective and proper method resolves itself into the following four points. First, to understand Korean history and culture. Second, to have the exact grip of this economic situation. Third, to promote the national emotion. Fourth, in conclusion, to accord the package design with them. We cannot put off this task to overcome the cultural subordination, to place Korea on a firm cultural basis in the world, and to contribute to the cultural exchange of package design. 간호·간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 공감피로, 공감만족 및 간호조직문화가 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Compassion Fatigue, Compassion Satisfaction and Nursing Organizational Culture on Burnout in Integrated Nursing Care Units Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사의 공감피로, 공감만족 및 병동의 간호조직문화가 소진에 미치는 영향을 파악함에 있다. 서울과 경기 지역에 소재한 3개 종합병원의 간호·간병 통합서비스 병동 간호사 170명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 데이터는 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé, Pearson's correlation 및 단계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 소진은 이직의도, 근무 만족도, 건강 상태에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 소진은 공감피로와 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 공감만족 및 관계지향적 문화와 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 회귀분석 결과 공감피로, 공감만족, 관계지향적 문화, 연령이 소진에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수였고 연령이 낮을수록 소진이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 연령이 낮은 간호사 집단의 공감피로를 감소시키고 공감만족과 관계지향 문화의 긍정적인 면을 향상시키기 위한 전략이 필요하다.

종합병원 간호사의 회복력과 조직문화가 웰빙에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (The Convergent effect of Resilience, and Organizational Culture on Well-being in General hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 종합병원 간호사의 회복력과 조직문화가 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 함이다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 9월 1일부터 9월 30일까지였고, 종합병원에 근무중인 간호사 188명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 회복력, 조직문화 및 웰빙이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과로 일반적 특성과 관련한 웰빙의 차이는 연령, 결혼상태, 직위 및 근무경력에서 유의미했다. 회복력, 조직문화 및 웰빙 간에는 모두 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 웰빙에 영향을 미치는 요인은 회복력, 업무지향 문화, 관계지향 문화 및 결혼상태 순이었다. 연구결과를 토대로, 웰빙을 위해 회복력을 강화하고 시대의 변화에 적응하고 수용할 수 있는 건강한 간호조직문화가 조성될 수 있도록 전략을 세워야 할 것이다. 이를 통해 간호사들의 건강증진은 물론 간호 소비자와 조직에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • Multiplex have many screen in one place and provide customer Multiple Entertainment Option. Today multiplex cinema is a new culture place for the public to approach most easily in Korea. It also gave a chance to recognize how important a popular culture place is. but it has a problem that this space wasn't designed for customer and don't have even a rest area for them as they focused only on economic growth. therefore, in this study, it point's the utilization of Service Areas problems and provide basic data of interior design for customer.

Effect of emotional expression method type on subjective happiness

  • This study was a cross-sectional reaserch that analyzed the effect of emotional expression type on happiness level with structured questionnaires. A total of 186 participants in the study were in their 20s to 60s. Data collection was received from those who voluntarily agreed to the study from September 1 to 15, 2021. The collected data were frequency analysis, t-test, and regression analysis with spss 18.0. As a result of the analysis, it was found that people who perform superficial acts disguised as emotions were less satisfied with their current life (t=-10.482, p<0.01). People who do inner behavior showed high levels of happiness. These results suggest the following: It can be seen that in order to improve effective happiness, it is required to actively and truthfully act in a physical environment.

Fostering growth: The impact of STEM PBL on students' self-regulation and motivation

  • There is an increasing concern in the United States regarding the workforce's ability to maintain a competitive position in the global economy. This has led to an increased interest in effective science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of STEM project-based learning (PBL) on students' self-regulation and motivation to learn. Secondary students (n = 60) participated in a STEM summer camp in which STEM PBL was utilized. Results showed that students increased their self-regulation skills (t = 2.83, df = 59, p = .004) and motivation (t = 2.25, df = 59, p =.004), with Cohen's d effect sizes of 0.395 and 0.404, respectively. Student-centered learning and peer collaboration while solving real-world problems were likely the greatest contributing factors to the outcomes. Educators should utilize the results to provide opportunities for students to experience STEM PBL.

Statistical Hierarchical Analysis of Children Emotional Intelligence's Effects on Mural Preference, Emotion Cultivation, and Community Connection

  • To explore effects on each the emotional awareness, emotional expression, emotional empathy, and emotional regulation, of the sub-factors of the child's emotional intelligence, to mural preference, emotion cultivation, and community connection, the hierarchical multiple regression analyses are performed(as in Table 1, 2, and 3). As the results, we found the following facts. Children's mural preference, emotion cultivation, and community connection were expressed by the following equations in order, respectively. 이중배양법에 따른 Lactococcus lactis의 아토피 유발인자 억제 효과 증대 (Double-culture Method Enhances the in Vitro Inhibition of Atopy-inducing Factors by Lactococcus lactis)

  • 유산균이 활성화된 비만세포에서 발현하는 IL-4와 IL-13을 조절할 수 있는지를 분석하였고, GATA-1, GATA-2, NF-AT1, NF-AT2, NF-κB p65 전사인자의 활성을 억제하는지를 실험적으로 규명하였다. 이전 연구에서 T cell에서 CD4+/CD25+/foxp3+ 증가를 실험하여 항아토피 기능성이 있는 유산균을 탐색하였고, Staphylococcus aureus에 대한 항균력을 증가시키는 유산균의 이중배양법을 확인하였다. 여기서는 RBL-2H3 비만세포를 이용하여 이 배양법으로 배양한 유산균이 아토피 피부염의 원인이 되는 allergy 염증반응에서 얼마나 억제능을 갖는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 Lc. lactis culture with medium containing Lb. plantarum supernatants > Lc. lactis > Lc. lactis culture broth with medium containing Lb. plantarum culture broth > Lb. plantarum의 순으로 나타났다. 이 cell 수준(level of mast cells)에서의 순서는 이전 연구의 level of microorganisms (anti-S. aureus)에서의 아토피 유발인자 억제능 순서와 같다. 따라서 세포수준에서도 Lb. plantarum 배양상층액을 첨가한 배지에 Lc. lactis 배양한 경우가 활성화된 비만세포의 allergy 반응으로의 분화 및 활성을 가장 잘 억제하고 관련 유전자 발현을 선택적으로 조절하는 anti-allergy 효과를 나타낸다고 사료된다.

신규간호사가 지각한 간호조직문화가 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nursing Organizational Culture on Empowerment as Perceived by New Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the effect of nursing organizational culture on empowerment as perceived by new clinical nurses. Method: For the objective a sample of 175 new nurses from secondary/tertiary hospitals having not less than 250 beds located in B city was selected to complete a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and simultaneous multiple regression with the SPSS 14.0 software program. Results: As for nursing organizational culture as perceived by the respondent, relation-oriented culture had the highest average score ($3.60{\pm}.63$) out of a possible 5 points followed by hierarch-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture and task-oriented culture with $3.45{\pm}.30$, $3.19{\pm}.53$ and $3.05{\pm}.46$, respectively. The respondents' level of perceived empowerment was $3.06{\pm}.41$. The factors influencing empowerment according to nursing organizational culture were innovation-oriented and relation-oriented culture in that order. These 2 variables were statistically significant predictors and explained 48.6% of the variance in empowerment. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that emphasis should be given to nursing organizational culture strengthened by innovationoriented and relation-oriented culture, rather than task-oriented and hierarch-oriented culture, in order to foster harmonious empowerment among nurses at all levels.

패밀리레스토랑의 추가마케팅믹스가 고객의 전반적인 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Additional Marketing-Mix on Customer's Overall Satisfacton in Family Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of additional marketing mix on overall satisfaction of customers at family restaurants in Seoul and Kyongki-province. In this research frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple-regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. Additional marketing mix were divided into 3 factors. Employee(${\beta}=0.352$, t(p)=7.221(0.000) had the most positive impact on overall satisfaction. And physical evidence(0.160, t(p)=3.271(0.001) and process(${\beta}=0.114$, t(p)=2.338(0.020) influenced positively(+) in order. As a result, all factors of additional marketing mix influenced significantly overall satisfaction of customers. These additional marketing mix are regarded as effective marketing tactic to reduce intangibility of food-service business. Therefore restaurant company needs to manage additional marketing mix sufficiently to maintain of customers' satisfaction at family restaurants.
