Various bacteria were isolated from the casing layer soil of the culture bed of P. ostreatus and their role in fruiting body induction of the edible mushroom, P. ostreatus, was investigated. Analysis of the bacterial community isolated from the casing layer soil revealed that the composition of genera and number of cultivable bacteria were different for each sterilizing treatment. Bordetella was predominant in the bulk soil whereas Flavobacterium was predominant after sterilization of the casing layer soil. Fluorescent Pseudomonas was predominant in the non-sterilized casing layer soil. Total number of the bacterial genera in the casing layer soil was higher than that in the bulk soil. In particular, an increase in the fluorescent Pseudomonas population was observed in the non-sterilized casing layer accompanied by induction of fruiting body and enhanced mushroom production yield. The results suggested that specific bacterial populations in the casing layer play an important role in the formation of primodia and the development of basidiome in P. ostreatus.

Recently, the role of container ports is radically changing, These changes are largely driven by the innovation process of Logistics such as Supply Chain Logistics and Global Logistics due to the international expansional of industry. Under this environment, It is required that the container port should act as a integral part of a Supply Logistics Chain especially to provide the customer-oriented logistics service. This paper deals with the development strategy of container ports coping with these changes in the view point of container ports as a Logistics infrastructure to provide customer-response services and necessary to the economic promotion of hinterlands. Strategy is suggested in the phases of the customers desire, the pattern of container cargo, the economic promotion of hinterlands, and interrelation of container ports in north-east Asia and also domestics through the analysis of competiveness of container ports.

In this paper, we propose a direction for improving 'Geospatial information open platform' service to support the converged and integrated geospatial information. Since there can be a number of issues relating to the support for geospatial information convergence industry, two qualitative surveys were performed to collect opinions comprehensively and specifically. The responses from 165 experts from 5 areas that use geospatial information were used, and the requirements of demanders were divided into the aspect of policy, aspect of data development and distribution, and aspect of data utilization support in order to effectively analyze the survey results. As a result, a total of 26 major issues were derived and it was deemed that it is necessary to find a way to expand the role of 'Geospatial information open platform' from "Open-API Oriented Passive Spatial Information Open Platform" to "Platform that Comprehensively Provides Active Convergence Support Information" order to resolve the issues derived.

Radiation and radioisotopes have a high value in terms of utilization that can be used in convergence with various fields. However, due to the specificity of radiation, the use of radiation and radioisotopes is more difficult than in other industrial fields and also involves complex regulations. There are no clear industrial technology standards in these fields. Therefore, the growth of the radiation industry, especially including small companies, is being delayed. Since industrial technology standards play an important role in providing an institutional basis for the continuous development and settlement of domestic technology, the development of technical standards for the radiation and radioisotope industries can lead to systematic growth of the domestic radiation industry. To this end, the technology classification of the radiation industry was promoted and classified into 7 major categories, and detailed classification was divided according to the characteristics of each technology. In addition, a demand and perception survey on the need for industrial technology standards was conducted on RI licensed institutions and companies, and as a result, 61.4% responded that it was necessary, and in particular, they recognized the need for radiation safety(63.3%). In this paper, the technical classification for the radiation field is presented as the first step in the development of industrial technical standards for the radiation industry. In addition, the plan of the current status information and preparation of standard procedures of each category will be discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the factors which influence the night-time economic development in Hanoi, Vietnam. The results can help policymakers achieve a scientific basis to plan the development of night-time economy in Hanoi. Research design, data and methodology: The research model is developed from literature review with 7 independent variables, including natural conditions and resources, infrastructure, safety, environmental issues, promotion and international integration, development of sharing economy, and institution and policy. This model is then adjusted by exploratory factors analysis to have 4 new variables: Institution and environment, Infrastructure and safety, Promotion and sharing, and Nature and resources. The model is regressed based on the data of 463 observations of night-time economy in Hanoi, Vietnam. Results: Consistent with the current literature addressing night-time economy, the results show positive impacts of all of the independent variables studied. Conclusions: It is recommended for the local authorities to strengthen advertising and promoting investment for NTE development in Hanoi city and also enhance the role of state management in NTE activities by raising awareness of the state management apparatus towards a more open-minded multi-dimensional view of the NTE, developing the NTE to overcome the barrier of thinking "if it cannot be managed, it is forbidden" in state management agencies, and defining responsibilities and authority among state management agencies in the management of NTE activities and strengthening decentralization and decentralization of powers for localities in the management and development of NTE.

Osteopontin (OPN) is a glycosylated phosphoprotein which mediates cell adhesion and migration, and is produced by bone, macrophages, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells. The many regulatory functions of OPN include bone remodeling, tumor invasion, wound repair, and promotion of cell survival. It is produced by renal tubular epithelial cells, and expression is upregulated in glomerulonephritis, hypertension, ischemic acute renal failure, renal ablation, and UUO. In this review, we discuss about osteopontin in general aspect, expression, role on the development and pathologic condition of neonatal kidney.

21세기는 문화의 시대로 불릴 만큼 문화를 고부가가치 전략산업으로 인식하고 있으며 문화산업은 다양한 파급효과로 인해 타 산업의 부가가치를 높여줌으로써 지역경제발전에 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 이와 같은 문화산업을 발전시키기 위한 제도적 장치로 문화산업진흥기본법이 제정되었고 이를 근거로 2010년 중앙정부로부터 안동시 중구동과 서구동 일원을 문화산업진흥지구로 지정받았으나 2017년 현재까지 활성화되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안동시 문화산업진흥지구의 현황 및 문제점을 파악해 보고 발전방향성을 논의해 보고자 한다. 연구방법은 문화산업 관련 전문가와 실무자를 대상으로 AHP 분석법을 활용한 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 설문의 타당성과 신뢰성 검증은 SPSS 23을 사용했으며 AHP 분석에서 가중치와 일관성지수 산출은 VBA를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 안동시 문화산업진흥지구를 활성화시키기 위한 상위계층의 3가지 요소(경제성, 공공성, 사회성)중에서 경제성이 가장 중요한 요소로 조사되었다. 중위계층의 경우 경제성 항목에서는 일자리 창출이, 공공성 항목에는 문화산업 정착 환경조성이, 사회성 항목에서는 도심문화 활동 활성화가 중요한 요소로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 요소를 중심으로 안동시 문화산업진흥지구 활성화 추진방향을 종합적으로 분석한 결과 공연 관련 산업을 집중 육성해야 한다는 결론이 도출되었다.

As the standards organization under ISO responsible for the development of all international financial services standards, ISO/TC 68 plays a key role in the development and adoption of new technologies in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. In this paper many of its current work projects are introduced for developing ecommerce standards. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with ISO and other international standard organizations. Each country try to adopt the international standards even though domestic technical standards and barriers. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, harmonization activities are nedded. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international trade, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce.

With the rapid growth of high-tech, the development of cultural and creative industries has gradually become the focus of national industrial development. With the proposal of China's "Belt and Road" strategy, the role of cultural and creative industries in the provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" in the entire international trade is becoming increasingly critical. It is necessary to explore solutions to improve the competitiveness of China's cultural and creative industries, factoring the surrounding cities of the "Belt and Road" as an example. Thus, this paper proposes the six-element diamond model based on innovation capability and government support to render a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries in the 31 provinces and cities across the country. The results show that the overall competitiveness of the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" cultural and creative industries is weak. Focusing on the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road", using the linear regression measurement model quantitative analysis, the four types of influencing factors affecting the development of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries along the "Belt and Road" were obtained. Finally, according to the four types of influence, the competitiveness improvement plan is proposed from the four aspects: government role, consumption preference, industrial innovation ability, and the introduction of high-quality talent.
