심리적 안정감이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 잡 크래프팅(Job Crafting)의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Psychological Safety on Innovation Behavior: Focus on Mediating Effect of Job Crafting)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of psychological safety on innovative behavior mediated by job crafting. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 221 survey data from employees in Korea. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and Macro Process. The multiple regression analysis and bootstrap analysis were hired in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, psychological safety had a significant effect on innovation behavior. Second, job crafting proved a mediating effect in the relationship between psychological safety and innovation behavior. In other words, it has been demonstrated empirically that task crafting, cognitive crafting, and relational crafting, which are sub-elements of job crafting, play a mediating role in the relationship between psychological safety and innovative behavior. Research implications or Originality - This study expanded the study of Job Crafting in that it revealed the mediating role of Job Crafting in the relationship of psychological safety and innovative behavior. Second, this study has novelty in that it has established a sense of psychological safety as an independent variable that promotes innovative behavior, and that it has examined each other's structural relationship by adding a variable called Job Crafting.

The Authenticity of Business to Business Salespersons on Consultative Selling Competence: The Role of Customer Orientation

  • Purpose - The study investigates the role of authenticity of B2B salespersons has on their consultative selling competence. The study also examines the mediating effect of customer orientation between the authenticity of B2B salespersons and their consultative selling competence, as well as the moderating role of trust in the buyer-seller exchange. Design/methodology/approach - This research utilized a covariance-based structural equation model technique. The study assessed the research model's moderation effects through a stepwise approach, which allowed for an examination of the moderating effect of trust in the buyer-seller relationship. Findings - As a result of structural equation analysis, this study found that the authenticity of B2B salespersons influences their consultative selling competence by mediating their customer orientation significantly. In addition, trust in the buyer-seller exchange plays a significant role as a moderating variable between customer orientation and competitive selling competence, but it is not significant as a moderating variable between the authenticity and customer orientation of B2B salespersons. Research implications or Originality - This research proposed the role of authenticity of the B2B salesperson as a key factor in the trust-based relationship and a key variable of consultative selling competence. The study has taken the research on the authenticity of the B2B salesperson one step further from the study of authenticity of the brand and the company's leadership.

The Effect of Workforce Restructuring on Withdrawal Behavior: The Role of Job Insecurity, Career Plateau and Procedural Justice

  • This study examines the direct effect of workforce restructuring on the withdrawal behavior and mediating effect of perceived job insecurity. Empirically it also explores the moderating effect of career plateau and procedural justice on the above relationship. The study focuses on the mediating role of job insecurity and the moderating role of career plateau in relations to procedural justice, which will concentrate on the relationship between workforce restructuring and withdrawal behavior. For the empirical study, we collected and analyzed 442 survey data from employees of Korean companies. SPSS 24 is used for reliability, correlation and regression analysis. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, perceived job insecurity mediated the relationship between workforce restructuring and withdrawal behavior. Second, content career plateau had a negative moderating effect on the relationship between workforce restructuring and job insecurity. Finally, the moderating effect of procedural justice was not supported. This research extend workforce restructuring and career plateau related studies; by exploring the mediating variable and moderating variable on the relationship between workforce restructuring and the pertaining outcomes. Based on the results, we provide theoretical and practical implications along with future research recommendations.

TPM활동에 있어서 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 매개변수의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Studies on the Effect of the Mediating Variable Affecting the Business Performance in the TPM Activity)

  • 본 연구에서는 AHP 분석의 결과로 도출된 TPM의 스텝활동 중 가장 중요한 활동들과 기업성과와의 관계를 모형으로 구축한다. 그리고 이러한 스텝활동들이 매개변수를 통해 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 융합적 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 4개의 스텝활동인 현장불합리 및 로스개선, 준비 및 5S 활동 기본조건 체계구축, 초기청소, 설비효율의 로스분석을 독립변수로 선정하고 TPM 활동수준을 매개변수로 하여 종속변수인 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 분석결과 4개의 스텝활동들은 기업성과에 직접 효과를 나타내고 있지는 않지만, TPM 활동수준이 매개변수로 투입된 경우에는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 완전매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, TPM 활동수준은 매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 TPM에 참여한 사람들의 설비에 대한 자신감, 자기계발의 의식, 개인 업무에 대한 명확한 관리 등에 대한 인식수준이 높을수록 TPM활동은 성공적으로 기업의 성과에 공헌할 수 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

The effect of parental rearing behavior on self-esteem and gender role Stereotypes in Adolescents: Mediating effect of self-esteem -The use of Latent Growth Model-

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate about the effects of parental rearing behavior on self-esteem and gender role stereotype during adolescence and to reveal the mediating effect of self-esteem on adolescents' gender role strerotype. Also investigated the relationship among these variables and condition variables. For this purpose, used the Second Grade longitudianl Panel data of Middle School from the Korea Youth Panel Survay(KYPS). And the latent growth model was analyzed 3,449 men and women adolescents' cases of the first, the fourth and the sixth wave of the Korea Youth Panel Survey(KYPS) administered by Korea Institute for Youth development. And the structural equation model was used to investigate whether self-esteem mediates parental rearing behavior and male and female gender role Strerotype. The results of this study, the direct effect between variable factors showed that the more positive the parenting behavior of the second grader of middle school is, the more positive the self-esteem of male adolescents and the initial value of stereotypes of male gender role. It also affects the self-esteem of female adolescents and stereotypes of female gender roles but not statistically significant. The male gender role stereotypes were decreased in influence by the rate of change of parental rearing behaviors, and the initial value and the rate of change of self-esteem were statistically influenced to the male gender role stereotypes and the higher the self-esteem, the higher the self-esteem. However, there was no significant effect on stereotypes of female gender roles. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of self-esteem, partially mediated between the initial value of parental rearing behavior and initial stereotype of male gender role, but there was no longitudinal mediation effect. There was no mediating effect of self-esteem between parental rearing behaviors and stereotypes of female gender roles and there was no longitudinal mediation effect. The effect of condition variable gender was found that female adolescents are more affected by paretal rearing behavior than male adolescents and also affected by the growth process. The monthly income of households influenced the initial value of parental rearing behaviors and showed a difference in parental rearing behavior according to household income. And the higher the mother 's educational level, the more the self-esteem of male adolescents was affected.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the role of profitability as a mediating variable in influencing firm value. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The data used is panel data, with data analysis using multiple regression. Based on the Sobel test, profitability plays a role in mediating the effect of firm size on firm value. The effect of firm size on firm value is indirect, however, through profitability. Therefore, the market price of the shares of large-scale companies will increase if the resulting profitability is high. The capital structure and managerial ownership directly influence firm value. The results showed that managerial ownership and firm size had a positive effect on profitability, while capital structure had no effect on profitability. Capital structure and managerial ownership have a negative effect on firm value, while firm size and profitability have a positive effect on firm value. The main finding of this study is that profitability acts as an intervening variable in mediating the relationship between firm size and firm value.

세대별 개인·직무차원 만족이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 - 직장(일자리) 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Study on the Effect of Individual and Job-Level Satisfaction by Generation on Turnover Intention : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Workplace Satisfaction)

  • 이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Distribution of Brand Love on Customers' Behavioral Intention: Cases of Five-star Hotels

  • Purpose: The study focuses on the distribution of brand love on customers' behavioral intention at five-star hotels in Vietnam. Furthermore, the study also assesses the role of mediating variables and moderating variable involved in the research model. Research design, data and methodology This research surveys 458 customers using the services of five-star hotels in Vietnam through questionnaires on online platforms. Data cleaning and data analysis using SPSS 25.0 software combined with Smart-PLS 3.0 software were used in the research to evaluate the measurement model and structural model. Results: From the results of the structural model evaluation, it shows the positive distribution of brand love on customers' behavioral intentions towards five-star hotels in Vietnam. The mediating roles of brand engagement, brand equity, customer motivation, and the participation of the moderating variable, customer expectations, are determined by this research model. Conclusions: Based on the study results, the distribution of brand love positively affects customers' behavioral intention at five-star hotels in Vietnam, giving recommendations that have a positive impact on customer behavioral intention. In addition, the study shows the role of mediating variables as well as exploring the moderator's (customer expectations) in the distribution of relationships between customer motivation and customer behavioral intention.

영업사원에 대한 통제유형, 반응, 그리고 직무만족 간의 구조적 관계 - 역할명확성과 자기효능감의 매개효과 - (The Structural Relationships between Control Types over Salespeople, Their Responses, and Job Satisfaction - Mediating Roles of Role Clarity and Self-Efficacy -)

  • 본 연구는 영업사원의 통제유형(긍정적/부정적 결과통제, 긍정적/부정적 행동통제)과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 결과/행동관련 역할명확성과 자기효능감을 매개변수로 도입하여 이들 연구단위들 간의 구조적 관계를 조사하는 것이다. 제약업계 영업사원들로부터 수집된 자료를 통한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영업사원에 대한 통제유형이 역할명확성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 긍정적/부정적 결과통제는 모두 결과관련 역할명확성에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정적 행동통제도 행동관련 역할명확성에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부정적 행동통제는 행동관련 역할명확성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영업사원에 대한 통제유형이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 긍정적 결과통제는 자기효능감에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 긍정적 행동통제는 자기효능감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 결과통제와 부정적 행동통제는 각각 결과관련 역할명확성과 행동관련 역할명확성의 매개를 통해 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할명확성이 자기효능감과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 결과관련 역할명확성과 행동관련 역할명확성은 모두 자기효능감에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 행동관련 역할명확성은 직무만족에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 결과관련 역할명확성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 자기효능감은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 결과의 요약, 시사점, 한계점, 그리고 미래연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

학령기 아동의 일상적 스트레스에 따른 불안우울 : 분노조절능력과 부정적 자아개념의 중재효과를 중심으로 (The Anxiety-Depression According to Children's Ordinary Stress : Focused on Exploring the Mediation Variable)

  • This study examined to find out mediating variable between ordinary stress and anxiety-depression. The subjects were 2,844 4th grade elementary school in Korea. The instruments used were questionnaires about anxiety-depression, ordinary stress, anger control ability and negative self-concept. Data were analyzed by t-test and regression. Major findings were as follows: (1) There were significant difference in parent-, appearance-, possession-related stress, anger control ability, negative self-concept and anxiety-depression according to sex. (2) Parent-, schoolwork-, peer-, appearance-related stress and anger control ability had a significant effect on the anxiety-depression. The principal finding was that anger control ability had mediating role between ordinary stress(schoolwork-, peer-, appearance-related stress) and anxiety-depression in male, one side parent-related stress and anxiety-depression in female. (3) Parent-, schoolwork-, peer-, appearance-related stress and negative self-concept had a significant effect on the anxiety-depression. The principal finding was that negative self-concept had mediating role between ordinary stress(parent-, schoolwork-, peer-, appearance-, possession-related stress) and anxiety-depression in male, one side parent-, peer-related stress and anxiety-depression in female.
