To improve the competitiveness of the hospital provides high quality medical services in a hospital coordinator role is emphasized. This study on customer orientation of the role ambiguity in order to identify the impact of degree of customer orientation were analyzed for demographic differences. Dependent variable, customer orientation affects role ambiguity as independent variables, and regression analysis were set. And the control variables are set to support situational factors, customer orientation on the role ambiguity and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Obtained through empirical results are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the hospital coordinator customer orientation, the difference between gender and medical subjects are not shown. Age, education, work experience, job title, and the hospital on the pattern of customer orientation has shown a difference. Second, according to the hospital coordinator role ambiguity about its impact on customer orientation analysis can be a role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication in achieving customer orientation was negatively affected. Third, role ambiguity, and customer orientation factors for the moderating effects of organizational support for the role of customer orientation can role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication was a statistically significant. Fourth, the role ambiguity factors and customer orientation for the administrative support for the moderating effect of customer orientation and role implementation is significant, but job implementation, opinion communication were statistically significant. Fifth, the role ambiguity factors and customer support for customer orientation and customer orientation for the moderating effects of role performance and the opinion communication was not statistically significant. However, job implementation was statistically significant. The limitations of this study are as follows: First, role ambiguity, situational factors and support due to limitations of the variable factors that may affect the customer orientation of a number of factors were excluded. So many exogenous variables in the measurement process can affect. Second, the variables measured as problems of self-assessment by the variable measuring the respondent's bias may occur. Third, This study is difficult to generalize. In other words, several areas of the province conducted by the empirical results of the survey as a limit on the overall generalization can follow.
The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing role adaptation in newly employed nurses and the consistency between role expectations before employment and after one year of employment. The results of this study may contribute to strategy development towards positive role adaptation in newly employed nurses. The data used in this study were collected from 111 nurses, the sample was drawn from all newly employed professional nurses working at Y Medical Center in 1987. The data were collected longitudinally in the 2nd - 3rd weeks, the 3rd month and the 12th month after employment. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The degree of change the importance of factors influencing role adaptation and the length of time after employment were investigated. the result showed that the degree of change was the greatest within the first 3 months after employment. Important factors related to role adaptation were working conditions, the environment of the assigned ward and the work load. These factors always displayed high scores without any great change over time. New employees put more importance on practical factors which were obtained through experience in their jobs rather than on ideal factors Which they had considered more important while in school. 2. Consistency between role expectation before employment and after 12 month of employment was investigated. The highest consintency item was the expectation about the variety of Patients, and the highest inconsistency was the expectation about their own welfare. An average score of 69.07 points was achieved from a maximum of 125 points for the 25 items. showing that expectations for role development before employment were not fully satisfied. In conclusion the administraor should assess the initial expectation at the time of employment of new nurses and she / he should make clear to the new nurses that these expectations may not be realistic. In this way the administrator can provide more satisfactory conditions towards the expectations of the new nurses and help them towards positive role adaptation and reduction of role conflict. Newly employed nurses have high and unrealistic expectations about socialization to the profession from their nursing educational program. It is suggested that a transitional training program should be planned and carried out for newly employed nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preceptor nurses' self-leadership on role recognition and job satisfaction. Method: The participants were 171 preceptor nurses worked in one of three general hospitals in Seoul. The data were collected from April 12 to May 12, 2011 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, Scheffe, and regression with SPSS Win 19.0 program. Result: The results of the study were as followed. The average score for preceptor nurses' self-leadership was 3.55, for role recognition, 3.81 and for job satisfaction, 3.28. The factors of the preceptors' self-leadership affecting role recognition were self-expectation (${\beta}$=260, p=.002) and goal setting (${\beta}$=199, p=.030), and those factors accounted for 18.9% of explanatory power. The factors of self-leadership influencing job satisfaction were self-expectation (${\beta}$=18.3, p=.021), and rehearsal (${\beta}$=-168, p=.030), and those factors accounted for 31.3% of explanatory power. Among the factors of self-leadership, self-expectation influenced both role recognition and job satisfaction. Conclusions: The results of the study indicate that to improve preceptor's role recognition and job satisfaction, there should be special training programs to enhance preceptor's self leadership.

Purpose: This study was a descriptive survey research to identify the factors that influence sick role behavior compliance in patients on hemodialysis. Methods: Structured surveys were used to collect data from 170 patients who are on hemodialysis three times a week through outpatient care at a university hospital located in G City using tools measuring resilience, family support, and sick role behavior compliance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple linear regression. Results: The results showed that factors that influenced sick role behavior compliance in the subjects were in the order of family support (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), age (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), and resilience (${\beta}=.23$, p=.003). Resilience, family support, and sick role behavior compliance were positively correlated. Factors influencing hemodialysis patients' sick role behavior compliance included family support, age, and resilience. These variables explained 30.2% of the variance in sick role behavior compliance. Conclusion: Based on these results, care intervention and the development of a training program that involves family in the treatment plan and process to support and encourage patients are needed to increase the sick role behavior compliance in patients on hemodialysis.
Most of previous studies on civil servants' stress factors and job satisfaction have been focused on low job satisfaction caused by stress from role relations and human relations. In case of fire officers, however, their stress is expected to be influenced by their unique job characteristics such as risk, urgency, stand-by, and shift. Thus, this study divided fire officers'stress factors into job-related factors (risk, urgency, stand-by, alternation) and role-related factors (role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload), and empirically analyzed how these factors affect their job satisfaction. According to the results of this study, fire officers' job characteristics and their roles in the organization had a significant effect on their job satisfaction. Particularly, among the job-related factors, urgency and stand-by had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and among role-related factors, role conflict and role overload had a negative effect on job satisfaction. In addition, fire officers' stress and job satisfaction were significantly different according to their job (fire fighting, rescue and first aid, fire administration, others), and according to their workplace (fire fighting headquarters, fire station, 119 safety center).
This study examined the determinants of distributor stress and organizational effectiveness in a global distribution industry. This study suggested distributors' role factors and mindfulness as the key determinants of their stress and organizational effectiveness. Employees' role factors were classified into three factors: role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload. Organizational effectiveness was classified into three factors: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Data were collected from 202 distributors in a global distribution industry. Results indicated that role conflict and role overload were significantly, positively related to distributors' stress, and that role ambiguity and mindfulness were negatively related to their stress. Results also indicated that role ambiguity was negatively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and that role conflict and role overload were positively related to turnover intention. Finally, role overload was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment and mindfulness was positively related to job satisfaction.
This study is intended to be used as basic data to understand the role of a food coordinator who creates an environment for eating and to develop menus by studying the expectations of female customers about the food coordinator's role. The reported concepts of the role of a food coordinator were divided into six factors-food(Eigen value 3,181), seat, cutlery, atmosphere, convenience, and sanitation. According to an analysis of the expected factors concerning the role of a food coordinator in terms of the amount paid, when women visited any restaurant once, the factors of "food" and "atmosphere" showed a significant difference(p<0.05) while the other factors did not. According to an analysis of the recognition of a food coordinator in terms of the number of visits, the questions concerning recognition of the job of "food coordination," the necessity of the role and the expectations of the role showed a significant difference (p<0.05). The question on willingness to pay, in relation to the role of a food coordinator, showed a negative response about the direct payment of guests regardless of the number of restaurant visits.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate role·activity factors, ideal·value factors stress and stress amount relationship in clinical practice of dental hygiene students. Methods: The participate in this study were 231 dental hygiene department students. the survey was conducted from August 24 to September 30, 2018, using a structured questionnaire(1040460-A-2018-036). The collected data were compared and analyzed using a ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: The factors affecting the amount of stress were investigated. Role and activity factors stress in case of too much assignment, repeat simple and funtional work, ideal and value factors stress in case of utilized as a subsidiary work practice institution rather than clinical practice, lake of awareness that the training institution is a trainee. Conclusions: School institution and departments form organic relationships with industries. Uniform training guidance for each training institution does not help with diversity or creativity and problem-solving skills. It gives some autonomy to the training guidance of training institutions, also a clear standard for the contents of the training. we need a system that can provide and evaluate basic guidelines for what students can do in clinical practice.
Purpose: This study was done to identify factors predicting sick-role behavioral compliance in hemodialysis patients. Methods: The subjects were 133 patients from outpatient dialysis clinics at seven major general hospitals located in D and P cities. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 14.0 program was utilized including one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: This study showed a positive correlation between sick-role behavioral compliance and social support (r=.29 p<.001), knowledge (r=.31 p<.001), self-efficacy (r=.52, p<.001) and age (r=.21, p=.015). The factors predicting sick-role behavioral compliance were self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.46), knowledge (${\beta}$=.25), and age (${\beta}$=.18). These factors accounted for 36% of the variance of sick-role behavioral compliance in hemodialysis patients. Conclusion: The results indicate that it is necessary to increase self-efficacy and knowledge in order to improve sick-role behavioral compliance in hemodialysis patients.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the role factors of local children's center life workers and turnover intentions, and propose a rational role in the work of life workers to suggest an intervention plan that can lower turnover intention. For analysis, data were collected and 221 cases were analyzed using dmfh google docs for life-service workers working at local children's centers. The analysis results are as follows. First, among the sub-variables of the role factors, role conflict was found to increase the turnover intention of life workers, and second, role overload increased the turnover intention of life workers. Based on these research results, policy and practical implications were proposed.
