Parish nursing is a community health nursing role developed in 1983 by Lutheran Chaplain Granger Westberg. An increasing emphasis on holistic care, personal responsibility for a healthy lifestyle, and changes in healthcare delivery systems have undoubtedly facilitated the establishment of an innovative nursing role in the community. Parish nurses are functioning in a variety of church congregations of various denominations. The parish nurse is a educator, a personal health counselor, a coordinator of volunteers. The parish nurses helps people relate to the complexed medical care system and assists people to integrate faith and health. The purpose of this study is to investigate what the korean parishioners want in parish nursing and what type of role expectation from parish nurse. The subjects were 1138 parishioners of 23 churches of various denominations in nationwide Korea. Data were collected by self-reported question naires from Feb 4 to June 25. 1999. The data were analyzed by using percentage. frequency. $x^2-test$. multiple Response set with SPSS program. The results are as follows: 1. Desired parish nursing contents by parish nurses are: psychological counselling(23.4%) out of private counselling. stress management(21.1 %) out of private health education. Emergency care(14.1%) out of group health education. Blood Pressure check-ups (19.0%) out of Health check ups. home visiting(44.9%) out of patient visiting method. B T. pulse, respiration and blood pressure check(15.0%) in Care to serve in home visiting. spiritual preparation to accept the death(41.7%) in hospice care, advices to choice of medical treatment using guide(50.1%) in introducing and guiding of health care facilities, pray(21.7%) in spiritual care' faith support. 2. After performing parish nursing program through out the country, further comparative research between regions should be practiced and Korean parish nursing program will be developed and activated.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of expectation about counseling among self-stigma, public stigma and attitude toward seeking counseling. The participants of this study were 327 university students and this research investigated some results by using SPSS 17.0. The major results were as follows: this study reported the negative effects of public stigma and self-stigma on the attitude toward seeking counseling. Self-stigma showed a significant negative correlation with regard to expectation for the counseling, on the other hand, expectations about the social stigma and counseling did not show a significant correlation statistically. And this study verified the expectation about counseling partially mediated the relationship between self-stigma and attitude toward seeking counseling. The findings of this study provided meaning in that particular search was made for variables that mediate the relationship between self-stigma and attitude toward seeking counseling. This study suggested that the stigma of individual acts effects on using real counseling services than emotional issues with each individual. Finally, this paper suggested the needs of development about the counseling and the education program as a special intervention.

The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.
The purpose of this study was to analyze students' expectation for specialized subjects teacher's role of technical high school. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. A survey questionnaire was developed by researcher to collect the information needed for the study. It consists of 15 items. 428 questionnaires were used for analysis. A chi squared test was used for data analysis. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, when specialized subjects teachers lecture major theory subject classes, students of technical high school wanted it to be according to their level. Their practical class preference differed depending on their department. For the security guidance method during practical class, students most wanted teachers constantly instructing in class. Second, students of technical high school wanted their teachers to pay attention to personality guidance during student life guidance & counseling time. They hoped that teachers would not discriminate towards wrong doings. Also students wanted career the most as a counseling topic and expected a guidance role from teachers. Third, students of technical high school wanted teachers to work hard to create a harmonious class atmosphere when managing a class. They wanted teachers to have affection for class and students. They wanted teachers making jokes easily with students to get friendly. Fourth, students of technical high school hoped 'employment and entrance higher grade school' the most as a career guidance topic. They wanted teachers to consider their aptitude when they were counseling about finding a job and wanted to learn more about job information during employment instructions.
This study highlight the role of perceived cost on user's continuance intention to use mobile TV service in china. We proposed research model based on the expectation-confirmation model(ECM) and reclaim 243 questionnaires from experienced users in china. Above all, the analysis results support significant relationship perceived variables, satisfaction, and continuance intention of mobile TV. First, while expectation confirmation has positive influence on perceived playfulness and satisfaction, the effect on perceived usefulness is not significant. Second, perceived cost can significantly predict perceived usefulness and satisfaction, however, we found no evidence of a statistically significant influence on perceived playfulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on satisfaction, and perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived playfulness have a positive influence on continuance intention. This results provide implications from both theoretical and managerial perspectives and the limitations have been discussed for future research.
This study inquired into the life and experiences of two elder sisters who have different individual and familial risk factors and their younger brothers from the mixed-age preschool class through ethnographic research method using participant observation. The results showed that an elder sister from low-income multi-children family played her role very actively through caring for, learning and playing with younger brother during almost of the play situations. On the other hand, the other elder sister who has experience of depression, showed strong possessiveness and neglect of younger brother. As for psychological aspects of sibling relationship, the elder sisters were suffering psychological stresses resulted from excessive role expectation in family or from self-recognition on elder sister role, respectively.
Have elderly parents parted with parental role after the children were grown up? If they still have, what kinds and degrees of parental responsibilities endured? Do they actively perform the role? Do they satisfy to engage in parenting? The main purpose of present study explored these questions conceming rural old-aged families using data of 143 elderly parents aged 60 years and above. The results indicate that elderly parents perceived parenting adult children to be very important, regarding themselves as househeads to teach family members how to integrate together. The results also demonstrate that elderly parents performed parental role actively in teaching family rituals and providing emotional support. The elderly parents also report that they were fairly satisfied with involvement in adult children's lives. Our findings suggest that further in-depth research is required in eliciting the role parameters of elderly parents based on our social and cultural changes. In addition, it is encouraged to examine the adult children's expectation of their elderly parents for renegotiating and restructuring parent-child relationships when both are adults.
This study aims to explore the variable factors by which fathers affect nursing practices. for this study 544 married couples were interviewed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, wives have higher fairness than husbands in sharing their parental roles. Second, in some couples, there was a difference seen in the expectations of each parents nursing capability, but rarely were differences in real nursing practices actually observed. Third, all couples interviewed showed some disparity between their expectations of parental nursing capability and their real nursing practices, where the expectations for nursing capability were higher than the real nursing practices. Fourth, higher expectations for nursing capabilities from fathers result in them having better parental roles. Fifth, there is no correlation between parental nursing practices and social demographic variables. Lastly, the impacts on the parental nursing practices are ranked by relative importance as parental nursing capability, the wife's expectation for parental nursing capability and so on.
Based on the perspective of consumers and the method of value engineering, this paper uses "CSR expectation deviate level" to measure corporate social responsibility, and discusses the influence of corporate social responsibility on financial performance and its action path. This paper collected the questionnaire survey data of 878 consumers and the panel data of 98 listed companies from 2009 to 2012. The empirical results show that: (1) Consumers pay more attention to products and services, charity, environmental protection and their responsibilities to employees, and less attention to their responsibilities to shareholders or creditors and partners; (2) Corporate social responsibility is negatively correlated with financial performance, and corporate marketing ability plays a moderating role in it. That is, the smaller the gap between the level of corporate social responsibility fulfilled by enterprises and consumers' expectations, the better the financial performance of enterprises, which also reminds enterprises that they need to rationally allocate corporate social responsibility resources and constantly cultivate their own marketing capabilities, so as to better meet the level of corporate social responsibility expected by consumers. The value engineering method quantifies consumers' value perception of corporate social responsibility, which has a certain practical guiding role. Of course, there are some limitations in this paper, and future research can further explore the potential impact mechanism.
This study examines the factors influencing the use of mobile food ordering applications and their impact on consumption behavior amidst recent societal changes. It re-evaluates the relevance of factors from the UTAUT2 theory in predicting customers' behavioral intentions. Additionally, the study explores the moderating effect of confidence in food safety measures (CFSM). Quantitative research methods are employed. A structured questionnaire that measures the psychological factors, behavioral intention, and actual usage of mobile food ordering applications was used to collect customer data. Regression and moderation analyses are conducted to test the hypotheses and examine the moderating role of CFSM. The findings reveal that performance expectation, effort expectation, and habit significantly predict customers' intention to use mobile food ordering applications. Moreover, for customers with high CFSM, social influence, facilitating conditions, and hedonic motivation add additional contributions to their behavioral intention. This study extends the UTAUT2 theory by applying it to mobile food ordering applications and examining the influence of CFSM. It identifies the specific factors that drive customers' intention to use these applications and highlights the importance of CFSM as a moderating factor. The findings offer theoretical insights and practical implications for researchers and practitioners in the mobile food ordering industry.
