수리계획을 이용한 금호강유역의 최적 물배분 시스템모델 (Optimum Water Allocation System Model in Keumho River Basin with Mathematical Programming Techniques)

  • This study aims at the development of a mathematical approach for the optimal water allocation in the river basin where available water is not in sufficient. Its optimal allocation model is determined from the comparison and analysis of mathematical programming techniques such as transportation programming and dynamic programming models at its optimal allocation models. The water allocation system used in this study is designed to be the optimal water allocation which can satisfy the water deficit in each district through inter-basin water transfer between Kumho river basin which is a tributary catchment of Nakdong river basin, and the adjacent Hyungsan river basin, Milyang river basin and Nakdong upstream river basin. A general rule of water allocation is obtained for each district in the basins as the result of analysis of the optimal water allocation in the water allocation system. Also a comparison of the developed models proves that there is no big difference between the models Therefore transportation programming model indicates most adequate to the complex water allocation system in terms of its characteristics It can be seen, however, that dynamic programming model shows water allocation effect which produces greater net benefit more or less.

하도만곡형상에 따른 수리특성분석 (The Analysis of Hydrological Property with Curved-channel Type)

  • This study selected 6 river reach, which have various curved-channel, included in an object of study as making the Nakdong River, which is a real nature river, as a point of an object of study by using SMS RMA-2 model, a 2D numerical analysis model, and applied project flood and analyzed and examined characteristic of hydrological property and super-elevation, which includes characteristic of the velocity of a moving fluid. As a result, in a river reach, whose width is wide, angle of curved-channel has impact on the velocity of a moving fluid of inside of curved-channel and in a river reach, whose width is narrow, the radius of curvature and width of the river have impact on the velocity of a moving fluid of inside of curved-channel. Also it found out that the ratio of reduction in water-level of inside of curved-channel is more bigger than ratio of increasing in water-level of outside of curved-channel when project flood is increasing and angle of curve is increasing. Based on this, this study would be used as a expectation of danger and preliminary data in planning real river or a business, that creates an environment.

하상퇴적물의 입도분포에 따른 수질특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Water Quality According to Particle Size Distribution of Sediments)

  • Analysis was done on the particle size distribution of sediments flown into Saemangeum from the Mankyung and Dongjin River. The organic pollutants and heavy metal existing in the sediments were analyzed, which was further used to study the properties of pollution in the sediments according to the particle size distribution. Conclusions shown below were made from these analyses. The particle size distribution showed a big difference between the upriver areas of Mankyung and Dongjin River. Particles under $75{\mu}m$ showed to be around 85% at Dongjin River, while it showed to be around 70% at Mankyung River. This kind of distribution in particle size concluded in greatly affecting the contamination density of the sediments. From the analysis done on the soil type of sediments, deposition in Mankyung River categorized into Silty loam and Sandy loam, where Silty loam covered most of area and deposition in Dongjin River categorized into Sand, Loamy sand, Silty loam, Sandy loam. Considering the weight ratio, the density of contamination of the sediments by particle size at Dongjin and Mankyung River has been analyzed to show that organic pollutants and heavy metals occupy more than 70% of the whole contamination in the range under the particle size of $75{\mu}m$.

도심하천 유입 오염원 관리시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of Pollution Management System with Influx the Urban Stream)

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 하천오염 관리의 중요성이 증가하고 중앙 및 지방정부는 하천오염 문제를 해결하기 위해 지속적인 노력을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공간데이터와 오염원 정보의 응용 프로그램에 대해 살펴보고자 한다(항공사진, 지적정보, 오염원, GPS 데이터 등). 본 논문의 목적은 하천오염 관리시스템의 개발을 위해 공간정보의 응용 프로그램을 제공하는 것으로 보다 자세한 프레임웍을 보여 주기 위해 GPS 및 GIS를 적용하여 하천 오염원의 정량적 분석과 관리계획을 수행 하였다. 그런 이유에서 공간분석을 통한 하천오염 관리시스템을 구축 하였다. 본 연구가 도심하천 오염원 보전에 관한 관리정책 수립에 기여할 것을 기대한다.

하천지형 구축 방법에 따른 홍수 시 예상 침수면적 산정 (Flooding Area Estimation by Using Different River Topographic Maps)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유역규모별 홍수침수면적을 산정하기 위한 하천지형 구축기법과 그에 따른 침수면적을 비교하는 것이다. 대상 지역은 경상북도 청도군과 의성군 내 14개소 하천이며 수치지도 DEM, ASTER DEM과 SRTM DEM을 이용하여 하천지형을 구축하였으며, HEC-GeoRAS, RAS Mapper, RiverCAD 모형을 적용하여 홍수침수해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과와 실제 침수흔적도와 비교하였으며, 각 해석 모형들과 하천지형 구축기법에 따라 침수면적을 비교하였다. 침수흔적도와 비교한 결과 HEC-GeoRAS 모형의 결과가 이 침수흔적도의 범람면적과 대부분의 유역에서 유사한 값을 나타내었으며, SRTM DEM이 ASTER DEM보다 수치지도 DEM과 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 중 대규모 유역의 경우 HEC-GeoRAS 모형과 Ras Mapper 모형, 소규모 유역의 경우 HEC-GeoRAS 모형과 RiverCAD 모형이 효율적인 해석 모형으로 나타났다.

생태계 기능모의를 통한 하천의 환경유량 및 서식처 평가 (Assessment of the environmental flow and habitat of the river ecosystem through ecosystem function model)

  • 국내의 하천은 급격한 도시화와 산업화로 인해 자연하천의 모습은 사라지고 이수와 치수 기능 위주의 하천관리가 이루어져왔다. 최근 하천이 갖는 자연적 특성을 회복하는 환경적 측면을 강조한 생태하천 복원 사업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으나, 하천복원의 시작은 생태계에 필요한 환경유량의 적절한 평가가 우선되어야 한다. 본 연구는 낙동강 제1지류 하천인 감천을 대상으로 부항댐 건설에 따른 유황변화 및 환경유량의 변화를 추정하여 하천생태계 서식처에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 감천의 환경유량을 평가하기 위한 분석대상은 감천에 서식하는 어류인 피라미, 긴몰개와 하천주변 식생을 선택하였으며, 미육군공병단에서 개발된 HEC-EFM (Ecosystem Function Model)을 활용하여 환경유량을 산정하였다. 평가된 환경유량은 GIS 분석과 연계 하였으며, 수생계의 하도내 서식처를 공간적으로 도시하여 댐 건설 전후 수생생물의 서식처 면적비교 및 서식처 연결성 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 하천생태계의 서식처 개선을 위한 환경유량 산정 및 서식처 연결성 분석을 통하여 하천 복원 및 하천환경을 고려한 댐 운영의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

감천 유역의 TOC 농도 추정을 위한 회귀 모형 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Regression Model for TOC Contentation Estimation in Gam Stream Watershed)

  • In this study, it is an object to develop a regression model for the estimation of TOC (total organic carbon) concentration using investigated data for three years from 2010 to 2012 in the Gam Stream unit watershed, and applied in 2009 to verify the applicability of the regression model. TOC and $COD_{Mn}$ (chemical oxygen demand) were appeared to be derived the highest correlation. TOC was significantly correlated with 5 variables including BOD (biological oxygen demand), discharge, SS (suspended solids), Chl-a (chlorophyll a) and TP (total phosphorus) of p<0.01. As a result of PCA (principal component analysis) and FA (factor analysis), COD, TOC, SS, discharge, BOD and TP have been classified as a first factor. TOCe concentration was estimated using the model developed as an independent variable $BOD_5$ and $COD_{Mn}$. R squared value between TOC and measurement TOC is 0.745 and 0.822, respectively. The independent variable were added step by step while removing lower importance variable. Based on the developed optimal model, R squared value between measurement value and estimation value for TOC was 0.852. It was found that multiple independent variables might be a better the estimation of TOC concentration using the regression model equation(in a given sites).

형산강 수조류의 분포와 서식지유형 (Habitat pattern and Distribution of the Water Birds along the Hyungsan River)

  • Habitat pattern and distribution of the water birds were analyzed along the Hyungsan River on nine sites during fifteen months from January 2001 to March 2002. Water birds including 16,186 individuals and 86 species in total were observed from all the surveyed sites at the downstream of the Hyungsan river. Site 5, which has been observed 4,669 individuals and 60 species of the birds, was the most favorite habitat for the water birds in the Hyungsan River. And the diversity of water birds from the Hyungsan river showed the fewest species and individual numbers of the water birds at the site 2 located at the estuary of the river and site 3, the small reservoir for filtering of the draining water from the industrial area. The similarity between habitats in the Hyungsan river was divided of three groups by the cluster analysis with the bird species and individual numbers such as coastal area, estuary sites, and rice paddy field areas.

  • The Yellow River, one of the longest rivers in the world and the second longest river in the north of China, enjoys the reputation of "Mother River". In recent years, more and more researches have pointed to the traditional culture of the Yellow River Basin. The traditional sports of the Yellow River basin belong to the ancient culture of the Yellow River basin. We assume the responsibility in protection and inheritance. This paper from the coupling of tourism and traditional sports to unfold the study by using the methods of literature and data, logical analysis, expert interview methods and so on: 1. The development of tourism leads to the development of Chinese traditional sports. 2. Tourism can make traditional sports get around and promote them as a kind of culture. 3. Let more people know, understand and learn traditional sports culture in a comfortable way, so as to pave the way for the inheritance of traditional sports. The research results of this paper can provide theoretical basis for more research on the development and inheritance of traditional culture in the Yellow River Basin.

낙동강 하구역 사주 주변에서의 퇴적물질의 유압거동 해석 (The Analysis of Inflowing Sediments Behavior around the Sandbar in Nakdong River Estuary)

  • In-situ collection experiments were performed to analyze inflowing sedilnents behavior as a basic study of topographical change in Nakdong River Estuary. Sediment rate and bed load flux ranged from 0.0004 to $0.472\;g/cm^2/day\;and\;0.0005\~1.7579\;g/cm^2/day$, respectively. The settling velocity of suspended particulate matter was estimated in tire range of $0.339\~1.010\;cm/sec$, The grain size analysis shows that surface sediments in backside of sandbar and bed load in front of dike have a similar grain size distribution. It is considered that the source of surface sediments in backside of sandbar were flowed in from Nakdong River. In order to verify the characteristics of inflowing sediments behavior, detailed surveys around Nakdong River Estuary need to be carried out, continuously.
