소비자의 인터넷쇼핑 구매경험과 기술준비성이 인터넷 의류쇼핑시 위험지각과 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumers' Purchase Experience and Technology Readiness on Risk Perception and Satisfaction in Internet Clothing Shopping)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' risk perception in internet clothing shopping and its relation with technology readiness and the frequency of purchase. Thereafter, this study examines how consumers' risk perception affect service quality and satisfaction at the apparel shopping sites. An on-line survey was made to collect data, and the replies from 785 people, who had an experience of apparel shopping on line, were used in data analysis. From factor analyses, risk perception comprised 3 factors of product related risk, delivery related risk, and security related risk, and technology readiness comprised 4 factors of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Based on cluster analysis, consumers were classified into 3 types in terms of the internet risk perception: low risk group, medium risk group, and high risk group. From path analysis, risk perception was decreased with high frequency of purchase and low discomfort and insecurity of technology readiness, and risk perception and service quality had an influence on consumers' satisfaction with the shopping sites.

  • 일반적으로 리스크 관리는 리스크 확인, 리스크 분석, 리스크 평가, 리스크 대책, 리스크 재평가를 포함하는 일련의 과정으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 쉴드 TBM 터널에서 발생 가능한 리스크 요인들을 여러 문헌 자료와 워크샵을 바탕으로 조사하였다. 리스크 요인들은 지질 요인, 설계 요인, 시공 관리 요인으로 구분되었다. Fault Tree도는 리스크들을 커터, 기계 구속, 배토(굴진), 세그먼트과 관련된 4그룹으로 분류하여 작성되었다. FT도로부터 12가지 리스크 아이템을 확인하고 각각의 발생확률을 구하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 해상교량의 선박충돌 해석을 위한 설계선박을 결정하기 위한 선박충돌 위험도 분석을 수행하였다. 확률기반 해석과정을 포함하는 Method II를 이용하여 선박충돌 위험도 해석결과로부터 선박충돌에 대한 설계선박을 선정하였다. 계산연간파괴빈도와 허용기준을 반복 비교하는 해석과정에서는 연간파괴빈도 허용기준의 분배방법이 포함된다. 주탑집중 분배방법이 주탑에 비해 과대평가되는 교각의 설계 수평내하력을 적절히 수정할 경우에는 보다 경제적인 결과를 가져오지만, 교량부재의 중요도를 고려한 가중치에 의한 분배방법이 설계인자의 특성들을 정량적으로 고려하기 때문에 보다 합리적인 것으로 보인다. 선박충돌에 노출된 교각 각각에 대한 선박충돌위험도 평가로부터 교량의 대표 설계선박이 선정되었다. 설계선박은 같은 교량에서도 선박통행량 특성에 따라 많은 차이가 있다.

대용변수를 이용한 상태기반 보전정책의 설계 (Design of a Condition-based Maintenance Policy Using a Surrogate Variable)

  • Purpose: We provide a condition-based maintenance policy where a surrogate variable is used for monitoring system performance. We constructed a risk function by taking into account the risk and losses accompanied with erroneous decisions. Methods: Assuming a unique degradation process for the performance variable and its specific relationship with the surrogate variable, the maintenance policy is determined. A risk function is developed on the basis of producer's and consumer's risks accompanied with each decision. With a strategic safety factor considered, the optimal threshold value for the surrogate variable is determined based on the risk function. Results: The condition-based maintenance is analyzed from the point of risk. With an assumed safety consideration, the optimal threshold value of the surrogate variable is provided for taking a maintenance action. The optimal solution cannot be obtained in a closed form. An illustrative numerical example and solution is provided with a source code of R program. Conclusion: The study can be applied to situation where a sensor signal is issued if the system performance begins to degrade gradually and reaches eventually its functional failure. The study can be extended to the case where two or more performance variables are connected to a same surrogate variable. Also estimation of the distribution parameters and risk coefficients should be further studied.

A risk-based framework for design of concrete structures against earthquake

  • Optimal design of structures against earthquake loads is often limited to reduce initial construction costs, while the cost induced to structures during their useful life may be several times greater than the initial costs. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the indirect costs due to earthquakes in the design process. In this research, an integrated methodology for calculating life cycle cost (LCC) of moment-resisting concrete frames is presented. Increasing seismic safety of structures and reducing human casualties can play an important role in determining the optimal design. Costs incurred for structures are added to the costs of construction, including the costs of reconstruction, financial losses due to the time spent on reconstruction, interruption in building functionality, the value of people's life or disability, and content loss are a major part of the future costs. In this research, fifty years of useful life of structures from the beginning of the construction is considered as the life cycle. These costs should be considered as factors of calculating indirect costs of a structure. The results of this work represent the life cycle cost of a 4 story, 7 story, and 10 story moment-resisting concrete frame by details. This methodology is developed based on the economic conditions of Iran in 2016 and for the case of Tehran city.

O2O 서비스의 지속이용의도에 관한 연구 : 이용자 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Intention of Continuous Usage of O2O Service: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of User Innovation)

  • Purpose Today, the increasing of internet use and the expansion of internet range provide us with many opportunities. Therefore, this study examine relation of perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, perceived risk, perceived usefulness based on previous studies. And we examine the effect of O2O service satisfaction on continuous use intention. Also, we studied the relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, perceived risk, perceived usefulness according to user innovation. Design/Methodology A Structural Equation Model(SEM) method was used to test the theoretical framework based on a sample of 451 respondents who have experienced the O2O service. Factor analysis and confirmation factor analysis was conducted to check the reliability, convergency validity and discriminant validity. To test moderating effect of the user innovation, multi group analysis was conducted. Findings First, perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, perceived risk have significant effects on perceived usefulness. Second, perceived usefulness of O2O service have a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, satisfaction of O2O service have a positive effect on continuous use intention. The relationship that perceived ease of use, perceived playfulness, perceived risk affect perceived usefulness is differ depending on user innovation. Based on these findings, this study suggested to marketing practitioners the need for different approach by a user innovation.

20인승급 소형 위그선의 안전성 평가 (The Safety Assessment of Small WIG Craft in the 20-Passenger Class)

  • WIG crafts are a high speed vessel with features of dynamic supported craft. These crafts, which are predominantly of light weight and operate any substantially greater speeds than conventional craft such as bulk carrier, tanker, container ship, etc., could not be accommodated under traditional maritime safety instruments. It means that there is the need for risk and safety levels to be assessed on a holistic basis, recognizing that high levels of operator training, comprehensive and thoroughly implemented procedures, high levels of automation and sophisticated software can all make significant contributions to risk reduction. To response this requirement, the Interim Guideline for WIG craft(MSC/Circ.1054) were developed in the view of the configuration of WIG craft, which fall between the maritime and aviation regulatory regimes. This paper reviews a safety assessment process and methodology to be used in the design phase of a new ship. The process and methodology is based on the risk-based approach and is applied to safety assessment in concept development phase of small WIG craft in the 20-person class.

종이소재 패션제품 구매결정에서의 지각된 위험 - 줌치한지 종이소재 가방과 지갑 제품을 중심으로 - (Perceived risks in purchase decision of paper fashion products - Focusing on bags and wallets made with Jumchi-Hanji papers -)

  • This study examined the risk components and risk types perceived in the context of purchasing decisions of paper fashion products. This study also identified the levels of perceived risk by consumers and the differences between age groups in risk perception. First, qualitative data were collected through a focus group interview with 7 Korean females in their 20s to 50s. The interviewees were presented with two types of paper materials (undyed and dyed Jumchi-Hanji) and products (bags and wallets) made with the papers. The interviewees mentioned 11 risk components which were classified into five types of risks: performance (easily torn/lack of durableness, lint/pilling/wear-out, lack of water-resistant, no washability, and deformation and discoloration over time), social-psychological (old and traditional image), aesthetic (lack of design diversity, unsatisfactory appearance due to repair), financial (expensive price, lack of usability in daily life) and time/convenience (difficulty in handling) risks. Based on the results of the interview, a measurement for evaluating the risk perception of paper fashion products was developed. Second, quantitative data were collected from 64 Korean women in their 20s to 50s using the measurement. Respondents who were presented with the paper materials and the products perceived the performance risk more strongly than the social-psychological risk and aesthetic risk. In addition, differences between age groups were found: younger respondents perceived performance risk and social-psychological risk more strongly than older respondents, but older respondents perceived financial risk more than younger respondents. Based on this study, strategies for the risk reduction of paper fashion products were proposed.

건설사업 참여주체 별 해외건설공사 국가리스크 핵심요인 도출 및 비교분석 (The Analysis of the Weights of Country Risk by Participants of Overseas Construction Projects)

  • 정부는 장기적인 관점에서 해외건설사업의 활성화와 수주 경쟁력 강화에 주력하고 있다. 최근에는 단순 도급공사 뿐만 아니라, 설계 및 엔지니어링, 건설사업관리(CM)) 사업의 해외진출 역시 점진적으로 늘어나는 추세이다. 하지만 현재까지 해당 분야에 대한 리스크 분석 사례는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 참여주체 별 해외건설공사 리스크에 대한 비교분석을 위하여 리스크를 계층화하고, 도출 된 리스크요인에 대하여 PI척도를 활용한 전문가 대상 설문을 실시하여 그 특징을 비교하여 보았다. 본 연구의 결과로써, 해외건설 국가리스크를 총 6 Section, 31개의 요소로 계층화 하였고, 이를 기초로하여 참여주체 별 중요도를 도출하였다, 또한 Risk Matrix에 따라 시공사 17개, 설계사 14개, CM사 17개의 핵심리스크 요인을 선정하고 이를 비교 분석 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 건설사업 참여주체 별 사업 특성에 맞는 리스크관리전략 수립 및 평가모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

협업공학 기반의 제품개발 지원 시스템 (A Collaborative Engineering Based System Supporting Product Development Process)

  • In order to keep and increase a competitive potential, industrial enterprises have to reduce their costs for product development as well as shorten lead time in product development processes. Moreover they have to respond to market factors and conditions such as increasing demands for functionality and individuality of products, short product life cycles, high pressure on prices and time to market. The improved functional requirement in connection with high time and cost pressure lead to high risk in product development. Technological fine improvements in connection with high time and cost pressure lead to high development risk. To cope with these challenges many enterprises have to collaborate globally. The collaborative engineering in product development is aimed to create distributed collaborative corporations and to facilitate the management of design conflicts. This paper provides a methodology for analyzing collaborative design process as well as the tools and the framework to support collaborative product development. The methodology can identify the interdependences among design tasks and teams. The tools and framework are implemented to facilitate the management of product development process.
