정신건강 치유를 위한 치유농장 서비스품질의 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA) (Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of Agro-Healing Services Quality for Mental Health Care)

  • This study aimed to examine the policy priorities to enhance the service quality of the agro-healing for mental health care using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The subjects were 67 people working in mental health institutions. The result of the IPA for the design of the agro-healing policy, in a total of 5 policy areas, the importance and performance were found to be 'above average', and it was confirmed that 'Keep up the Good Work' level. This is thought to have had a positive effect on raising the policy awareness of experts in mental health related institutions as the government's support for agro-healing and R & D increased according to the enactment of the act. Therefore, the results of this study provided basic information on the development and revitalization of agro-healing service quality for mental health care.

활성화된 근린 소규모 전통시장의 도시·공간 특성 - 서울특별시 관악구 사례를 중심으로 - (Vibrant Traditional Markets in Small Residential Neighborhoods; - A Case Study of their Urban-Spatial Characteristics in Gwanak-gu District, Seoul -)

  • Due to the changes in the contemporary society, small-scale traditional markets have declined and lost their functions as the center of neighborhood commercial and cultural affairs. While most traditional markets are deteriorating, there exist rare cases of neighborhood small-scale traditional markets that continuously maintain their vitality and popularity. This paper examines urban spatial characteristics of those markets. As for the cases, this paper inventoried eighteen such markets in Gwanak-gu, Seoul. The research methods include literature reviews, on-site investigation of total 18 such markets, and participant observations. The findings of this paper are as follows: There are distinctive differences in the urban-spatial characteristics of physical environmental factors between the revitalized markets and declining markets. In terms of neighborhood and commercial environment, the franchised super-markets are not necessarily in competition with small-scale traditional markets. The former often has symbiotic relationship the latter, if the small scale traditional markets are strategically located in between residential areas and subway stations, providing active pedestrian networks. There are many outdoor display stands in the revitalized markets, while the declining markets rarely have them. The market improvement projects such as transforming the open space into arcade space, hardly have effects on revitalization of the small-scale traditional markets.

  • This study is change of the street space of the port city of Yokohama and the transformation process of the canal. modern port city Yokohama is a region that was responsible for the development of East-West maritime transport routes in Japan in the 17th century and the inland transportation through fishing villages and ports. it has also grown rapidly as a regional port and new port. In particular, through the revitalization of trade between foreign settlements and Japanese residents in the port area, the existing fishing area became a modern port city space. Yokohama went through the following process and grew into a modern port city. The construction of the port harbor and the maintenance of existing logistics functions, the formation of the central horizontal axis through maintenance of the fishing village, the construction of the logistics movement route to the inland area through the construction of the canal, the expansion of the horizon for fire prevention and fire restoration, The formation of a new settlement space according to the movement, the transformation of the existing religious axis by the combination of the elaboration and the introduction of modern transportation, and the spatial connection between the inland cities.

국내외 공공임대주택 커뮤니티 시설의 사회통합적 계획 특성 - 영국, 싱가포르, 한국 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Social Integrative Planning Characteristics of Community Facility in Foreign and Domestic Public Rental Housings - In Cases of England, Singapore and Korea -)

  • This study is to analyze the social integration plan characteristics of public rental housing community facilities in England, Singapore and Korea. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of social integrated community facility planning and management system for the revitalization of the Korean public rental housing community. To this end, similarities and dissimilarities are derived by comparing cases of community facilities in apartments. Methods of this study include literature survey, analyzed government web sites in overseas cases. Also domestic cases are analyzed qualitatively through field visits, expert interviews, and internal data review. The results of this study are as follows: First, various community facilities plans are needed to accommodate the role of private and public spaces. Second, activate the professional community facilities operation system with public-private cooperation. Third, Community facilities should be planned as local infrastructure.

A Study on the Revitalization Pattern of Industry in Decline: Focusing on Korean Shoe Industry

  • Purpose - This study aims to study the activation pattern of declining industries by applying the Gompertz growth model using available resources based on the theory of industrial life cycle, classifying declining industries among Korean manufacturing industries, and identifying resource input characteristics. Research design and methodology - This study was conducted by combining the Gompertz growth model that predicts the limit of output based on available resources under the industrial life cycle theory. Using Gompertz model, this study analyzed the life cycle of 39 Korean manufacturing industries from the perspective of domestic production, number of employees, and fixed assets Results - According to a life cycle analysis of 39 manufacturing industries in Korea, the computer, textile, and shoe industries were classified as declining industries. Among them, research on resource input characteristics on the shoe industry showed that domestic production and the number of employees decreased, while the proportion of domestic R&D personnel and the number of research departments gradually increased. Conclusion - Among the declining industries in Korea, the shoe industry is considered to revitalize the industry, that is, to extend the life of the declining industry by offshoring its production site and improving constitution with a "R&D center for global" support.

농촌 폐교 활용 복지시설에 대한 이용자 인식 연구 (Users' Perceptions on Welfare Facilities using Closed Rural Schools)

  • School closures in rural areas is especially relevant because low fertility rate and population aging are common not only in rural but also in urban areas. This paper examined a variety of users' perceptions on welfare facilities using closed rural schools. For this study, the descriptive survey research design was conducted at the EZER located in Kyungsnangbuk-do. The sample size of 200 was selected through convenience sampling and data collection was completed by a self-completion written questionnaires. Main findings are as follows: 1) the level of users' relative satisfaction with welfare facilities using closed rural schools was generally positive, main factor associated with relative satisfaction was facilities and surrounding environment at closed rural schools, 2) socioeconomic usefulness of closed rural schools was also was generally positive, main factors for revitalization were adequate facilities and places, accessible and convenient places, 3) future necessity and willingness for welfare facilities using closed rural schools were overwhelmingly positive, children or youth were revealed as a priority service target. Finally, theses analyses show that a high proportion in the rural welfare sector, especially seemed to have a positive impact on bridging negative gabs between urban and rural in the socioeconomic development and social welfare.

프리캐스트 콘크리트 모듈러 개발 및 현장적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Precast Concrete Modular and its Application Onsite)

  • Currently, the Off-Site Construction (OSC) construction method, which emphasizes the minimization of field work, is being emphasized at construction sites due to the lack of construction skilled manpower, extreme weather, and the Severe Disaster Punishment Act. In this study, we developed a stacked PC modular, which is a method of stacking PC modules, and solved the lifting problem by reducing the weight of the unit module, which is emerging as the biggest disadvantage of PC modules, to around 20 tons. For the connection between modules, structural safety was secured through repeated history tests of the wall and slab connection. Walls and slabs satisfied all statutory fire resistance times through fire resistance tests, and residential performance was evaluated to be satisfactory through mock-up demonstration. The developed PC modular has been applied to the construction of commercial houses, detached houses, shopping malls, churches, etc., and has design results for many buildings such as dormitories, detached houses with 4 floors or more, and resorts, so it is expected that an atmosphere of revitalization of construction methods will be created.

지역축제와 연계한 관광문화상품 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 - 강원도 인제군 목공예산업을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Design for Travel Souvenir Connected with a Local Festival - Focusing on the Wood-Craft Industry of Inje-county in Gangwon-province -)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 인제군 향토축제의 활성화와 목공예산업의 동반 육성을 궁극적인 목적으로 하고 있으며, 이에 따라 'DESIGN HOSPITAL' 의 운영, '퍼즐(Puzzle)식 레이저 목재상감 기법'을 접목시킨 모듈화 생산공정 구축을 통한 지역고유성을 상징하는 목공예 관광기념품의 디자인 개발 및 축제와 연계한 생산 유통계획을 수립하여 제시하였다. 연구방법으로서 문화컨텐츠화를 목표로 추진된 타 시 군 지역축제의 관광기념품 개발 성공사례를 분석, 벤치마킹을 통해 인제군의 여건에 적합한 관광문화상품 개발계획을 수립하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 가칭 '문화상품 DESIGN HOSPITAL'의 운용으로 생산업체에 디자인 아웃소싱을 실시, 디자인 전문 브레인을 무상 공급하여 인력난 해소 및 단기간의 제품개발 능력을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 토대로 첨단 디지털 제작기술의 도입 및 활용에 의한 대량맞춤(Mass Customization) 생산을 적용하여 축제의 특성에 적합한 문화상품 생산유연성을 확보 가능토록 했으며, 차별화 된 마케팅 전략, 관광기념품 공모전을 통한 제품의 디자인파워 제고, 캐릭터 개발 등의 세부계획 실천으로 관내 목공예업체의 수익성 제고와 지역 문화/경제의 발전 가능성을 동시에 획득할 수 있도록 최적안을 제시하고자 하였다.

성숙기 도시에서 지역활성화 거점으로서 복합주거단지 개발에 대한 고찰 (Development of Residential Complex as a Base for Regional Revitalization in the Mature Level of City Development)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 도시도 성장단계에서 성숙단계로 진입하고 있는 사실에 주목하여 수익성 중심의 복합개발사업도 변화가 필요하며, 특히 주거시설이 중심이 된 복합주거단지는 공익성이 가미된 새로운 관점에서의 접근이 필요하다는 생각에서 출발하였다. 본 연구에서는 공익성을 가지면서 지역활성화의 거점 역할을 할 수 있는 복합주거단지를 '지역거점 복합주거단지'로 정의하고 (1)지역거점 복합주거단지의 개념 제시, (2)지역거점 복합주거단지의 개발원칙 제시, (3)지역거점 복합주거단지 실현을 위한 제도적 검토를 연구의 목적으로 삼았다. 각 연구목적에 대한 결과를 간략히 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역거점 복합주거단지의 개념으로는 주거시설을 중심으로 문화, 복지, 의료 등의 공익성을 가지는 용도를 복합하는 '용도복합', 지역의 부족한 커뮤니티 시설을 보완하여 지역 교류를 활성화하는 '사회복합', 보행 중심의 동선체계를 수평 수직방향으로 유기적으로 연계시켜 지역과 하나가 되는 '공간복합'이라는 세 가지 복합이 이루어져야함을 제시하였다. 둘째, 지역거점 복합주거단지의 개발원칙으로 개발목표, 개발개념, 개발방식, 공간구조, 공간요소, 공간위계의 6대 원칙을 설정하였고 각각의 내용을 정의하였다. 특히 주거시설은 사회적 통합이 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 주거유형의 혼합의 필요성을 제시하였고, 비주거용도의 시설은 지역거점 복합주거단지만의 정체성 확보를 위한 공통시설과 지역사회에 공헌할 수 있는 특화시설로 구분이 필요함을 제시하였다. 셋째, 지역거점 복합주거단지 실현을 위해서는 현행 도시 및 주택 관련 법규가 일률적이고 규제중심으로 본 연구에서 제안한 지역거점 복합주거단지의 다양한 용도복합 및 다양한 주거유형의 혼합 등을 구현하기 위해서는 주택법 등 일부 법제도의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

공동주택 제로에너지빌딩 인증을 위한 적정가산비 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of Additional Cost for the Certification of Zero Energy Apartment Buildings)

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 지구온난화에 따른 이상기온과 화석연료 고갈 등 환경과 에너지문제는 인류의 생존을 위협하는 중대 과제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 건축물 에너지 절감 및 온실가스 감축에 획기적으로 기여할 수 있는 혁신적인 건축물로서 제로에너지빌딩에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 시장에서는 추가되는 건설비용은 제로에너지 인증 활성화에 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 민간 분양아파트를 연구의 대상으로 선정하고 초기 설계단계부터 제로에너지 인증을 위한 세부 요소들을 친환경주택 건설기준에 근거하여 제시하였으며, 인증 세부요소들의 비용효율분석을 통해 적정 가산비용을 제시하였다. 아직까지 기술수준과 물리적인 한계로 인하여 공동주택에서는 3등급까지만 인증이 구현 가능 한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 생애주기동안 비용추이를 검토해본 결과 아직까지 제로에너지빌딩 5등급의 경우에서만 준공 후 13년 이내 모든 비용의 회수가 가능한 것으로 검토되었다. 앞으로 발주예정인 공동주택 사업 검토 시 본 연구에서 제시된 추가사업비가 적절히 반영되어 제로에너지빌딩 인증 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
