Internet shopping websites have offered comfort to consumers in shopping and built trust relationships with them by providing electronic agents for recommendation, escrow services, and customer centers etc. But as there is little big difference among the shopping websites in terms of technical competence, website design, operational policy, they recognize online feedback (reviews or recommendation of consumers or experts) and online feedback mechanism as important marketing tools. Based on online feedback related studies, this study explores antecedents (consensus, vividness of reviews, interactions in review boards) of the perceived effectiveness of review boards which are text-based feedback mechanisms and its consequences such as trust, satisfaction, and intention to use. The results show that the perceived effectiveness of review boards is significantly affected by vividness of reviews and interactions in review boards, and the impact of interaction in review boards on the perceived effectiveness of review boards is stronger than that of vividness of reviews. The results also show that the perceived effectiveness of review boards has a significant influence on trust and satisfaction with the shopping websites, and intention to use is influenced by both trust and satisfaction.

This study, by case investigation of book review, one of user-participation services in university library, and questionnaire investigation on librarians, aims at suggesting current statuses, problems, and improvement. This study investigated the services performed at 35 4-year universities establishing the department of library and information science. This study, except 7 ones which doesn't offer the service, investigated the service offered by 28 universities, classifying with 3 contents. As a result, the publicity and method in university library including event had an influence on use. This study was performed to increase participation rate and to promote reading activity. This study judged that book review is indispensible to university libraries. Libraries presented the opinions that, for the purpose of promoting active book review, libraries have to perform positive publicity, attractive event, support in the level of schools, librarians' wills, expansion of discussion cultures, offer of unified book review among universities, and linkage method with other organization reading program.
Objective: This study investigated the trends in pancreatic cancer research on Korean medicine in order to establish a direction for further study. Methods: Pancreatic cancer research on Korean medicine was reviewed using databases such as OASIS, KoreanTK, KISS, RISS, KISTI, and NDSL. The search terms were "pancreatic cancer" "Korean medicine," and "herbal medicine." There was no restriction on publication dates, and the reviewed studies were analyzed according to the type of research. Results: Nineteen studies were reviewed. The numbers and types of research were as follows: 9 clinical studies including case reports, 2 review studies, and 8 in vitro studies; there was no in vivo study. Among the clinical research were 3 descriptive studies and 6 case reports. The baseline characteristics and quality of life of pancreatic cancer patients were analyzed in the descriptive studies. In the case reports, interventions such as herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture, and acupuncture were used. Research articles on the review of pancreatic cancer were titled "Preliminary Study for Development of Korean Medicine Clinical Practice Guideline for Pancreatic Cancer" and "Systemic Review on the Tumor Dormancy Therapy." Cell lines such as PANC-1, MIA PaCa-2, and AsPC-1 were used for in vitro studies. These studies have reported decreased cell viability, induced apoptosis, and changes in cancer-related gene expression. Conclusion: Through this review, we found that using Korean medicine for treating pancreatic cancer is applicable. However, due to overall limited the number of study, the benefit of Korean medicine for pancreatic cancer may be substantiated to a limited degree. Better methodological quality and large controlled trials are expected to further quantify the therapeutic effect of Korean medicine.

Background: To implement medication management service in Korean nursing home (NH), medication review tool for residents in Korean long-term care facilities was developed. This prospective pilot study aimed to verify the applicability of this newly developed tool and to evaluate the drug related problems (DRPs) identified by pharmacists' medication review in NH setting. Methods: This study was carried out in two NHs in Korea. The elderly residents (65 or older) using 5 or more medications were eligible. Pharmacists conducted medication review and identified the DRPs and potentially inappropriate medications (PIMs) based on the newly developed tool. Results: Among 43 NH residents, 27 residents agreed to participate. The median age was 87 and about 55.6% of them were taking 10 or more medications. Pharmacists identified a total of 37 PIMs in 18 NH residents (66.7%) and 54 DRPs in 22 residents (81.5%). The most frequent PIM was general-PIM (26 cases) followed by PIM under specific diseases or conditions (7 cases). Out of 77 items contained in the tool, 15 items were detected in study participants. 'Continued use or regular daily use of hypnotics' was the most highly detected item (9 cases) followed by 'multiple prescriptions within each class of hypnotics/sedatives' (5 cases). Among 54 DRPs identified, pharmacist intervened 39 cases (72.2%) and interventions were accepted in 18 cases (46.1%). Conclusion: This pilot study demonstrated that newly developed tool is feasible for the nursing home residents. However, further studies with larger population are warranted.

Research design, data, and methodology: This research method uses a systematic literature review assisted by the Nvivo application and the PRISMA system, which selects from 427 articles to 53 articles to be analyzed based on publication and classification of the theme of its findings. This study describes publications, authors, themes, cited articles, and research themes. Results: This study shows the dominance of Malaysian writers and significant developments in 2020. In addition, the study shows the most popular articles based on the most citations and word cloud analysis. The primary topics of zakat distribution publications are management strategy, development, the zakat institution, and the recipient. Conclusions: The study advises that Future research could focus on zakat distribution's asnaf characteristics. Next, a study on administration expenses and scalability concerns in zakat collection and distribution planning can avoid wasting cash. This topic hinders zakat institutions' distribution services.
Background: The purpose of this exploratory study is to explain where, when and how the introduction of user fee system works in low and middle income countries using context, mechanism, and outcome configuration. Methods: Considering advanced research in realist review approach, we made a review process including those following 4 steps. They are identifying the review question, initial theory and mechanism, searching and selecting primary studies, and extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant data. Results: User fee had a detrimental effect on medical utilization in low and middle income countries. Also previous and current interventions and community participation were critical context in user fee system. Those contexts were associated with intervention initiation and recognition and coping strategies. Such contexts and mechanisms were critical explanatory factors in medical utilization. Conclusion: User fee is a series of interventions that are fragile and dynamic. So the introduction of user fee system needs a comprehensive understanding of previous and new intervention, policy infrastructure, and other factors that can influence on medical utilization.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to systematically review the trunk impairment scale that are used to assess the trunk control of stroke patients. Design: A systematic review Methods: Stroke subjects were categorized as acute, subacute, chronic. In this systematic review, the studies published between 2000 and 2020 were selected. A literature search using the keywords 'QUADAS', 'stroke', 'trunk impairment scale'. Data sources included RISS, GOOGLE Scholar and DBpia. We assessed the quality of assessment tools using Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies tool. Results: We reviewed 18 studies. 7 of the 18 studies reported reliability results, 10 reported validity results. The QUADAS tool quality evaluation of 17 literatures extracted except for one randomized control test among 18 literatures showed a range of 3 to 13 points. 5 of the 18 studies are presented with the Cronbach alpha coefficient indicating reliability using internal consistency, all of which are more than 0.8. All studies that presented test-retest reliability, intra-rater reliability, and inter-rater reliability showed high agreement with an intra-class correlation coefficient of 0.75 or more. Conclusions: A systematic review of the study of the application of the trunk impairment scale for stroke patients will help provide criteria for future studies and application of the trunk impairment scale in clinical practice.
