Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

Objectives: The purpose of this review is to analyse the trends of clinical studies using oral appliance in Korean Medicine. Methods: We reviewed Korean Medicine papers by searching Korean web databases 'Korea Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP)', 'Korea Medical Information Portal (OASIS)', 'Academic Research Information Service (RISS)', 'Scientific and Technological Information Integration Service (NDSL)'. We classified the papers by the year of publishment, the title of journals, the type of study and contents. Results: 1. Clinical studies using oral appliance have been increasingly published since 2011. 2. Most of the studies were published in the Journal of TMJ Balancing Medicine. 3. 33 research papers were divided in to 6 original articles, 27 case reports. But almost presented a low level of evidence. 4. In the content of the studies, oral appliance were used for various diseases such as nervous system, musculoskeletal system and visceral system. Conclusions: We expect that various studies and clinical application will be actively carried out with the development of technology related to oral appliance.

Purpose: Cancer patients are at a higher risk of being unemployed or facing difficulty in returning to work (RTW) than individuals without health concerns. The aim of this study is to identify and describe interventions developed specifically to assist cancer patients to RTW after treatment. Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted from September to October 2018 in different international databases: PubMed, Medline, and Embase. Studies using qualitative, quantitative, or mixed designs were included if they satisfied the following criteria: (a) described an intervention to assist cancer patients to RTW during or after treatment; (b) conducted on patients aged 18 and over and diagnosed with cancer; (c) written in English; (d) published in peer-reviewed journals. Results: Fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria. Counseling with physical activity intervention, behavioral training to reduce fatigue, and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation programs were found to be effective. Conclusion: Interventions adopting a multidisciplinary approach were effective for RTW in cancer patients. This literature review emphasizes the need for more tailored interventions based on survivors' needs and characteristics in the RTW field.

This study investigates the overall research trends and related factors affecting the turnover of dental hygienists in Korea during the past 10 years (2007-2017) and analyzed the differences in the results of the research according to the main measurement tools. The literature review focused on turnover of dental hygienists in Korea. Inclusion criteria of selected studies were as follows: the domestic and foreign academic journals and theses published for the past 10 years (between 2007-2017). The most commonly used tool for measuring dental hygienist turnover was a tool developed by Lawler. The most used significant general characteristics is age and income, Job satisfaction (57.1%) and organizational commitment (40.0%) were the most frequently used predictors of turnover. The variables used for each turnover measurement tool were different, showing that the study results was different from according to the variables and significance level. Although there have been many studies related to the turnover of dental hygienists, different results have been shown depending on the measurement tools. When conducting research related to dental hygienist turnover, specific and clear presentation of measurement tool selection or development is needed.

We are currently living in an era where the use of computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing has allowed individualized orthodontic treatments, but has also incorporated enhanced digitalized technology that does not permit improvisation. The purpose of this systematic review was to analyze publications that assessed the accuracy and efficiency of the $Invisalign^{(R)}$ system. A systematic review was performed using a search strategy to identify articles that referenced $Invisalign^{(R)}$, which were published between August 2007 and August 2017, and listed in the following databases: MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Knowledge, Google Scholar, and LILACS. Additionally, a manual search of clinical trials was performed in scientific journals and other databases. To rate the methodological quality of the articles, a grading system described by the Swedish Council on Technology Assessment in Health Care was used, in combination with the Cochrane tool for risk of bias assessment. We selected 20 articles that met the inclusion criteria and excluded 5 due to excess biases. The level of evidence was high. Although it is possible to treat malocclusions with plastic systems, the results are not as accurate as those achieved by treatment with fixed appliances.

Flipped learning, which involves listening to lectures at home and performing dynamic group-based problem-solving activities in the classroom, is recently evaluated as a learner-centered teaching method, and interest and applications in engineering education are increasing. Therefore, this study aims to provide practical guidelines for successful application through empirical research analysis on the use of flipped learning in domestic engineering education. Through the selection criteria and keyword search, a systematic review of 36 articles was conducted. As a result of the analysis, flipped learning research in engineering education has increased sharply since 2016, focusing on academic journals and reporting its application cases and effects. Most of the research supported that flipped learning was effective not only for learners' learning activities(e.g., academic achievement, satisfaction, engagement, learning-flow, interaction), but also for individualized learning and securing sufficient practice time. It was often used in major classes with 15 to less than 50 students, especially in computer-related major courses. Most of them consisted of watching lecture videos, active learning activities, and lectures by instructors, and showed differences in management strategies for each class type. Based on the analysis results, suggestions for effective flipped learning management in future engineering education were presented.

The purpose of this study is to report the research trends of Korean medicine treatment for alopecia areata. We investigated the studies on Korean medicine treatments for alopecia areata via searching 4 web databases of Korea. 13 papers were selected, and we classified them according to publication year, published journals, the types of study, research subject, the methods of treatment, confirmation of recurrence, methods of evaluation, and institutional review board(IRB). We analyzed a total of 13 clinical studies of Korean medicine on alopecia areata based on various criteria and reviewed the research trends. Based on this, we suggested points to be improved and supplemented when conducting clinical research on alopecia areata in the future. Clinical studies on alopecia areata started to be published in 2001, and acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, herbal medicines, etc. were used as treatment methods for alopecia areata. Most of the clinical studies on alopecia areata were case studies, so it is thought that various types of clinical studies are needed. In addition, it is necessary to confirm the recurrence of alopecia areata and to improve the awareness of research ethics.

Background: The reoccurrence of occupational accidents in Sudan is evidence of a lack of effective Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) governance in Sudan. Methods: This scope review research articles on OSH governance in Sudan from different sources, including international websites, official government websites, original research articles in journals, and various reports. The five stages of the scoping review followed in this study are: identifying the research question; identifying relevant studies; study selection; charting the data; collating, summarizing, and reporting the results. Results: There is numerous legislation in place; however, there is no evidence of their enforcement, and no formal bodies at the national level are identified as being responsible for their enforcement. Conclusion: Having multiple authorities with overlapping responsibilities hinders OSH governance. An integrated governance model is proposed to eliminate overlapping duties and to facilitate the participation of all stakeholders in the governance process.

This study conducted a conformity review of Korean shipping industry policy and suggested that the Korean five-year shipping reconstruction policy has not violated the WTO (World Trade Organization) trade law agreement yet. In order to investigate the latest Korean shipping policy, domestic and foreign reports were reviewed, and after that, the WTO's published data and domestic and foreign journals were analyzed. Through this process, this study tried to review the conformity of trade laws by major Korean shipping policies. The shipping industry is a representative service industry, and subsidies for this are not subject to WTO-level regulation in principle. The purpose of Korean shipping industry policy is to support the shipping industry, a type of service industry, and even if the ship-building and manufacturing industries (shipper) indirectly spread benefits in the process, this is unintentional or private-level support. That is, this study concluded that It is understood that Korea's five-year shipping reconstruction policy does not violate the WTO trade law agreement.

Purpose: The concept of News-finds-me Perception (NFMP) is gaining increasing scholarly interest due to its wide-ranging findings and implications in digital communications and marketing. From the retail marketing and communication approaches, social media is an effective tool to effectively communicate and persuade customers and stakeholders. Nevertheless, a scarcity of systematic review studies that systematically assemble prior research in the field is recognized. Consequently, this research investigated the Scopus database for articles pertaining to NFMP. Research design, data and methodology: The search was conducted on August 24, 2023, retrieving 46 documents. Following a data-cleaning process, 31 documents remained, providing evidence of the subject area's five-year development. The data was refined with OpenRefine and analyzed with VosViewer. Results: An overview of the subject's expansion is presented, which comprises the most cited documents, authors, organizations, journals, and countries. Furthermore, the investigation examines the influential studies that furnished scientists with essential knowledge and identify the current research trend of the research subject. Conclusions: Based on the results, the study proposes theoretical and practical implications, encouraging academics to further integrate the concept with various communication and marketing theories, as well as the retail marketing context, to gain a better understanding of its complex impacts.
