  • This study aimed to explore the plausible application of Coaching in the major of family resource management. For this purpose, first, this study reviewed the historical background of the coaching. In the contents, the concepts and principles of coaching were identified. Second, The recent application of coaching to the various areas such as finns, centers, occupation and the academical fields in Korea as well other countries were investigated. Finally, this study connected the nature and emphasis of the family resource management with the philosophy of coaching, which focuses on the internal strength of his/their own change and development in an/a individual/organization. Also, the process of family resource management and coaching models which were regarded as the similar ones in the phases consisted of situation perception, exploring alternatives, planning, implementing and feedback. On the basis of these contexts, this study suggested the plausible classes applied coaching which are able to be introduced in the under-graduated and graduated courses.

  • Various changes in medical environments including growing elderly population, chronic diseases, deepening competition among hospitals since opening to foreign medical service, economic strategy for improvement of profit system have caused hospitals to be specialized. In this backgrounds, the purpose of this study is to receive basic data for architectural planning on the spatial organization of outpatient department in general hospital. The results of this study were as follows; First, major changes of outpatient department in general hospital are composed of 'co-work in medical examination and treatment', 'decentralization of diagnosis and treatment(D/T)' and 'patient-oriented medical service'. Changes by co-work system include appearance of medical offices for co-work, activation of specialized clinics, grouping of E/T section for outpatient and various types of specialized centers. Second, the grouping of E/T sections means the modification of E/T system and organization in general hospitals, and a new spatial organization will be needed. Third, the types of specialized centers are getting varied. they are classified into several types including disease-resource, social stratum-resource, human organ-resource, health-resource, rehabilitation-resource, alternative medical center and so on.

  • In this paper, we propose a resource allocation scheme for high-power user equipment (HPUE) in public safety communication environments. The use of HPUE is being considered to increase the throughput and communication range of a UE in the disaster area where normal communication links are not available. However, HPUE may cause higher interference to UE's in adjacent cells that are allocated to the same radio resources. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the potential interference through frequency planning and resource allocation. The performance of the proposed resource allocation scheme is evaluated through simulations in 3GPP public safety communication scenarios.

  • This study has the primary purpose to understanding the present situation through research on the actual condition about human resource outsourcing in the stocks and KOSDAQ enterprises, and would give the basic and useful data to develop human resource outsourcing. Data were collected from 1,500 charge of human resource management in the stocks and KOSDAQ enterprises which introduced or will be introduced human resource outsourcing. Frequencies, cross-tabs and independent-samples t-test were used to understanding the actual condition. Research findings are summarized as follows. First, as the introduction area of human resource outsourcing following training and development on the list were personnel information system, recruitment and selection. Second, tasks that transfer outsourcing supply firms owing to human resource outsourcing were common and typical operation function than complex and specific planning function.

  • Because shipbuilding is single-product production with limited resources, production management technology is essential to manage the resources effectively and maximize the productivity of ship-process. Therefore, many shipbuilding companies are conducting research on ship production plan and process considering various constraints in the field by applying modeling and simulation. However, it is difficult to provide accurate production plan on sudden schedule and process changes, and to understand the interconnectivity between the processes that produce blocks in existing research. In addition, there are many differences between the production planning and field planning because detailed processes and quantity of blocks can not be considered. In this research, we propose the integrated process-based modeling method considering process-operation sequences, BOM(Bill of materials) and resource constraints of all the scheduled blocks in the indoor system. Through the integrated process-based model, it is easy for the user to grasp the assembly relationship, workspace and preliminary relationship of assembly process between the blocks in indoor system. Also, it is possible to obtain the overall production plan that maximizes resource efficiency without the separate simulation and resource modeling procedures because resource balancing that considers the amount of resource quantity shared in the indoor system is carried out.

  • This study conducts an analysis of social media big data pertaining to island tourism resources, aiming to discern the diverse forms and categories of island tourism favored by consumers, ascertain predominant resources, and facilitate objective decision-making grounded in scientific methodologies. To achieve this objective, an examination of blog posts published on Naver from 2022 to 2023 was undertaken, utilizing keywords such as 'Island tourism', 'Island travel', and 'Island backpacking' as focal points for analysis. Text mining techniques were applied to sift through the data. Among the resources identified, the port emerged as a significant asset, serving as a pivotal conduit linking the island and mainland and holding substantial importance as a focal point and resource for tourist access to the island. Furthermore, an analysis of the disparity between existing island tourism resources and those acknowledged by tourists who actively engage with and appreciate island destinations led to the identification of 186 newly emerging resources. These nascent resources predominantly clustered within five regions: Incheon Metropolitan City, Tongyeong/Geoje City, Jeju Island, Ulleung-gun, and Shinan-gun. A scrutiny of these resources, categorized according to the tourism resource classification system, revealed a notable presence of new resources, chiefly in the domains of 'rural landscape', 'tourist resort/training facility', 'transportation facility', and 'natural resource'. Notably, many of these emerging resources were previously overlooked in official management targets or resource inventories pertaining to existing island tourism resources. Noteworthy examples include ports, beaches, and mountains, which, despite constituting a substantial proportion of the newly identified tourist resources, were not accorded prominence in spatial information datasets. This study holds significance in its ability to unearth novel tourism resources recognized by island tourism consumers through a gap analysis approach that juxtaposes the existing status of island tourism resource data with techniques utilizing social media big data. Furthermore, the methodology delineated in this research offers a valuable framework for domestic local governments to gauge local tourism demand and embark on initiatives for tourism development or regional revitalization.

  • Capacity payment mechanism has been adopted as the incentive scheme to achieve resource adequacy in Korean electricity market, however, the level of capacity price has been controversial due to its insufficient extent to incur financial loss for certain generators. Therefore, a new method is proposed to estimate the proper level of capacity price incorporating profitability of market participants and resource adequacy in this paper. The proposed method is successfully applied to test system based on Korean power system.

  • In the process of a mobile network evolution to the All-IP, it is inevitable to experience a transient period embracing both circuit and packet based data traffics. At the stage of those hybrid networks, it is important to build them in an efficient manner in terms of resource utilization which is closely related to the overall system operation cost. Especially, the multimedia telephony is one of the essential services in the advanced packet based mobile networks. In this paper an effective method of system operation is proposed for building up the multimedia telephony service while the legacy network co-exists. The proposed solution is based on the careful investigation of the usage pattern of the multimedia services in the evolving networks. This method is also expected to be a useful guideline for the network resource planning.

  • Integrated management of Korea national and environmental planing for sustainable development is suggested, and basic research is needed. In this study, national and regional plans were assessed using 'integrated management index of Korea national planning and environmental planning' to grasp the current status of integrated management on Korea national planning and environmental planning. As a result of the assessment, it was found that both national and regional plans need to improve considering the natural ecology part and water resource and quality part. In addition, it was derived that the detailed contents of the indicator can not be reflected according to the characteristics in the higher-level plan. Therefore, it has been found necessary to include proclamatory contents so as to be able to establish a detailed plan that reflects environmental goals in the lower-level plan.
