국내 경관계획 관련지침 및 계획내용 분석 (Analysis of Guidelines and Content of Visual Landscape Planning in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 경관법 제정 이후 경관법에 의한 경관계획 관련지침과 경관계획의 내용을 분석하여 경관계획 진행사항과 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 경관계획의 특정을 살펴보기 위해 경관계획 수립 시 기초가 되는 경관계획수립지침과 경관계획보고서를 비교 분석하였다. 경관계획수립지침 분석은 실제 경관계획을 수립한 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 중요도-성취도 분석기법을 활용하여 각 단계별 지침 내용의 유효성과 현실적용 정도 등을 분석하였다. 경관계획보고서 분석은 법정계획으로 기본경관계획이 이미 수립된 자치단체 중 광역시, 시, 군별로 각 2곳을 선정하여 총 6개의 경관계획 보고서를 경관계획수립지침을 기준으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 경관자원조사 및 분석단계는 가장 체계화된 틀로 진행되고 있었으나, 지나치게 세분화되어 실제 경관계획 시 도움이 되지 못하고 있는 부분이 있었다. 반면, 경관구조분석은 경관구조분석에 대한 다양한 접근방법과 기법 등의 구체적 방안 제시가 필요한 것으로 파악되었다. 경관기본구상단계는 기존의 현황조사 결과와 상위계획 등을 반영하여 지역특성에 맞는 지자체 아이엔티티의 확립이 필요하며, 경관계획수립지침에서도 보다 구체적인 지침이 필요한 것으로 파악되었다. 경관기본계획단계는 지자체 간의 수준의 차이가 가장 큰 것으로 나타나서, 경관계획수립지침에서 계획 내용에 대한 구체적인 지침이 필요한 것으로 보인다. 경관계획수립지침 상 경관자원조사 및 분석단계에서는 '경관자원조사 종합 및 과제도출'과 기본경관계획단계의 '조망점 계획'이 추가되는 것이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study is based on the Ecological Design Theories related with the Village and Architectural planning. The purpose of this study is to propose the Rural Village Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment. To achieve this purpose, Normative Theory Study which means Logical Analysis of Ecological Theories in the new field of Ecological Village and Architecture Design, is done in accordance with the object of this study. This results derived of this study are as follows: 1. Six(6)-Environmentally Friendly Rural Village Planning Elements related with the purpose of this study, are clarified these are Land-use planning, Transfortation planning, Plants and Water, Living-thing Ecological System planning, Energy and resource planning, Village Culture and amenity planning, and Architectural Material planning. 2. Rural Village Design Method in consideration of Ecological Environment is porposed by means of the Normative theroy study analysis and contents analysis related with Ecological Village and Architecture planning which contain Ecological Planning Elements, and case study.

광산개발 타당성 평가 및 생산에 있어서 3차원 모델링 적용 사례 (Application of 3-Dimensional Modeling in Mine Feasibility Study and Production)

  • 3-dimensional modeling methods have been used in the every step of resource development; Exploration, reserve estimation, mine feasibility study, mine design and mine production. This report shows seven cases for which 3-dimensional modeling is used in resource development. Six projects deal with resource esimation, mine feasibility study and production. And another deals with mine rehabilitation. These cases show that 3-dimensional modeling method is beneficial to understand the real state of ore deposit and complex underground structures. Moreover, 3-dimensional modeling is the most efficient method for mine planning and management in the every step of resource development.

  • Efficient scheduling and resource management are the key factor to reduce construction project budget (e.g., labor cost, equipment cost, material cost, etc.). Resource-based line of balance (LOB) technique has been used to complement the limitations of time-driven scheduling techniques (e.g., critical-path method). Optimizing construction alternatives contributes cost savings while honoring the project deadline. However, existing LOB scheduling is lack of identifying optimal resource combination. This study presents a method which identifies the optimal construction alternatives, hence achieving resource minimization in a repetitive construction by using genetic algorithm (GA). The method provides efficient planning tool that enhances the usability of the system.

  • Korea Water Resource Corporation is planning the active application on the New-Renewable energy enterprise at Si-Wha region which is located in Kyonggi-Do, builded up as the national policy enterprise and also currently carrying out a tidal electric power station construction. This research is considered of geography circumstance of the region.   • Landscape elements of historical and cultural value and elements that have negative impact on landscape due to reckless development teem in rural area. Due to this, local government has established a visual landscape plan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process and content of domestic rural landscape planning process and to suggest improvements for it. For that, this study measure guideline of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs against guideline of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. To analyze the landscape planning guideline of australia which is similar to domestic rural landscape planning process, and to compare both guidelines. The results of this study are as follow. The stage of landscape resource survey and assessment progressed systematically, but it was not practical because for the lack of survey and assessment method. Therefore, it should be suggested for the survey and assessment technique. The rural landscape plan, established in master planning stage, do not necessarily reflect local government's landscape management on the ground of abstract technic of landscape management. For this sake, to develop evaluation method for development of landscape element seems necessary.

  • New information technology contributes to raising of business productivity in many construction companies. The application of construction integrated management system is expected to save the time of decision-making in business management and shorten the closing account schedule. Construction Integrated Management System based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system allows to control core business procedure by monitoring technique on real-time. In this paper, we achieves 10% raise up business productivity in site business area, and 30% raise up business productivity in head of nce business area by means of DW-CIMS (Daewoo Construction Integrated Management System)

  • Recently, many companies and consumers are using Internet to sell and buy goods and manage their businesses. And for most companies, they have Electronic Commerce system and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. But the two systems manage separately and the data are not integrative. So it is hard to mangement the system alike and the costs may be higher than the system which has intergrated information. ebXML-based Electronic Catalog (e-Catalog) can provide intergrated information. In this paper, we took a manufacturing industry company for example. We planned to construct the e-Catalog System, analyze the products of the company as well as design e-Catalog system using ebXML to connect EC with ERPs.
